Nice Hotel with SPA facilitys, friendly stuff, clean and quite.

Visited on a road trip around Poland with my 8 year old daughter and father (who is disabled). Everything was great (including massage for me and my daughter l). The room was not fully equipped for a disabled person, though. Perhaps I just booked too late.

Nice, large rooms with a great location. The breakfast deserves special mention. The buffet is excellent, even offering honey in the set menus. A minor drawback is the weak shower pressure, which is related to water conservation.

Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. The shower is dangerous if you're older. It's placed inside a bathtub that is so high-sided and narrow that you slip when it's wet getting in and out. I had to sit down and swing my legs over. The hotel was large. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but a few things needed replacing like the drain plugs in the sink. Also around the bathroom mirror needed replacing as it was black. These issues didn’t present a problem.

Everything was so perfect, I was able to check in early which was a great help. My stay included breakfast but they offer late breakfast which was the only disappointment I had but overall it was amazing.

The hotel's location is decent, and the staff are easy to communicate with. The cleanliness is good, and the surrounding area is quite nice. It's suitable for business trips, and getting around by taxi is very convenient. Definitely recommended.

Very well organised breakfast, food is structured by product groups, amazing range of breakfast options, delicious 😻personal is friendly. Spa zone access is provided for 1h/day, but it’s a plus, cause it’s not crowded then. Lobby is perfectly decorated, the smell is fantastic near the Christmas tree 🎄🫶💥

The room was large and clean, the bedding was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. The facilities were complete, and toiletries were plentiful, all from the L'Occitane brand.

This hotel was a dream! As a gold member I did not book via the webside because I was offering a super package incl.half pension!. Super friendly staff! Very helpful, giving me early check in and late check out! Also the sauna was perfect, very clean and well provided! I really recommend!

This is a very conveniently located property. We used the parking lot in the back for about $15 which made it easy and worth it. They have a nice jacuzzi spa area downstairs to use. Room was pretty spacious. Blackout blinds could have blacked out more. Only woken up twice, at 2 and 4 by drunk people outside but it was a weekend.

A nothing special hotel, very central and good check-in. Room was a decent size and bathroom clean but a bit on the small side. The curtains were not block out which was not very good when the sun was rising around 4 am. There was also a lot of noise in corridors and from above floors.

I had the best stay at St. Lukas! I cant wait to go back!! Big, spacious and clean hotel rooms. Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped us to rent e-bikes. I would never recommend this hotel. It's like a children's hotel. I couldn't rest here because of the children's noise. The spa is okay. The food is okay. However, a foreign man working at the buffet was constantly harassing the worker girls. This was a rude and ugly situation. My family and daughters were disturbed.

Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded.

It is a big resort. Owned by Turkish guy it starts to look like all inclusive in Bodrum. Rooms are ok, service is good, spa (pools, massage, etc,) is very good. Unfortunately food is only average quality and i would expect better food quality at 4* place. In my opinion place is ok but little bit overpriced.

We stopped by Poznan on our way from Gdansk to Berlin. It is a beautiful city with characters and the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. The only thing to be aware is due to the train station structure, it is still 10-15 minutes of walk to reach the hotel with stairs to climb so not as close as how it looked from the distance.

Sheraton Poznan Hotel has good breakfast, a peaceful atmosphere, and friendly reception staff.

This place was frustrating and I’d love to come in and train the staff properly in customer service. For a four star hotel it needs a look at. Firstly the man at reception was really miserable as we checked in. There was no ramp so everyone has only their suitcases up the steps just to get in the place. Great place to stay, in the city centre of Elblag. Everything was great including breakfast. Just be aware, close the door in your room, otherwise an alarm will come on. Parking entrance is quite wide and it’s easy to park, for a city centre at least.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was nice and there is a large SPA with a pool, steam bath, dry sauna and jacuzzi. I recommend. There is space in the rooms and facilities, conference room, etc. The matress and pillows need a bit more comfort, maybe it is a good idea to order extra pillows.

It feels like it is coming from the late 90's vision of luxury :) Golden door handles, mirrors and red carpets but lacking some cleanliness here and there. There is kind of night club / cocktail bar which was relatively crowded with some conference guests, not my cup of tea.

The room was spacious, and the location was very convenient; it was a 10-15 minute walk to the square. Schindler's factory was also a short walk across the river. The hotel breakfast was acceptable; European breakfasts are pretty much the same, I suppose. The room's soundproofing was slightly poor, probably due to the building's design and materials.

A good idea was a soda water machine in the hallway. You could pour water into a bottle. There was only an empty bottle in the room. You filled it up as many times as you wanted :-) The machine had sparkling water, not still water.
