A couple of members of bar staff a bit moody but overall really helpful, friendly staff including the kids club hosts. A lot of the entertainment was geared towards other foreign guests but did bingo & disco

But you can attend, once at a time you don’t have to. I remember the flamenco evening! In terms of children's entertainment in the hotel there is nothing. But this is Salou, not far from PortAventura and Barcelona

Lovely hotel, room was a good size & clean. Complementary shampoo conditioner, shower gel. Was sometimes sewagy smell in the bathrooms. Food was lovely, lots of choice & always something that you liked

The area was clean & we will definitely go back to this hotel, but not during peak holiday season as not enough lifts for rooms & i can imagine the pool area & restaurant would be extremely packed

Police presence was good along the seafront & strip so no looky, looky men harassing you. Very close the Winnie the Pooh weed cafe

All inclusive cocktails made from scratch & very generous with the alcohol. Burgers, hotdogs, chips freshly cooked. Rooms cleaned every day & beds made

such a wide and varied selection and options to eat. From fruit, salads, meat, cheese, sweet treats, cereals, breads, hot food, juices, tea,coffee, syrups, yoghurt and different milks

Great location near train station. Few mins walk to village centre and variety of restaurants and shops. Amazing beach view, hotel provides towel to bring to the beach or pool

Our room was sea view which we liked, but didn’t even gave a kettle or coffee machine, which we asked for and were provided with a kettle. The swimming pool is clean, but is only open 8am-8pm, which is inconvenient

Excellent hotel, accommodating staff and beautiful location.

Food was replenished as quick as it disappeared. The hotel itself was very clean. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and cheery every morning

We stayed here for 2 nights, but were mostly disappointed. I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel as it lacks many features. First of all, different employees come up with their own rules and policies

Room was light and airy, bed and shower first class, pool good but unheated and staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again when we return to Tossa

Good hotel with perfect location The hotel has a great location — two beaches are just a short walk away. One is smaller and perfect for families with young kids, and the other is bigger

Fabulous place to stay in Tossa just outside the main area but 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the centre of town, 15 minutes to the castle

The only fresh vegetable available was tomato, and the cheese was not always fresh — although the staff replaced it immediately when we mentioned it. Overall, we had a good experience

The bathroom was a bit old, and during our stay the in-room jacuzzi didn’t work, but we understood that some rooms have more modern bathrooms. The only downside was the breakfast

Later our friend told us there is a shuttle to the bus station, I thought the front desk staff should've thought of that option as we clearly said we are coming to a wedding

Great location for all things Barcelona. Rooms are good sized, clean and neat. Service is top level. Start your day with a great breakfast at the hotel, and grab a nightcap at the rooftop bar/restaurant.

It's very convenient to shop on the shopping street! My fiancee and I were afraid of being robbed after shopping, so we stayed on the shopping street! The service was very good and the hygiene was OK, but it could be moved closer, after all, the hotel is a little old

We decided a last minute trip to Barcelona for my birthday. We after a couple hours of searching around, we found Hotel Claris to be the best in the area, a lot of places are close by and a very safe area

Service was incredible and the drinks were fantastic! SPECIAL MENTION TO RUBEN! when we checked out of the hotel there was a race going on and many streets were blocked, Ruben called us a taxi and he was kind enough to walk with us several blocks to meet the driver

Lovely hotel to stay at, staff were very frienly and accomodating. They left a birthday card for me, desert and bottle of champange. The hotel is ideally located and only a 2 block walk to the hop on hop off bus tour

I was there 4 last nights untill it was closed for the end of the season. Food was good and not only cold as someone wrote. Everything is good with this hotel and I'm looking forward to return there next year

I had an absolute fabulous time, and the young man on night shift call Henry who could speak English was so helpful as I flew into Madrid and and had to get two trains and Taxis to get to my hotel and I was so worried about getting back to Madrid I ask the receptios Henry who could speak very good English who told me I had to go to camp Taragona to get the fast train to Madrid he was very helpful pointing...

Hello! We stayed at this hotel from July 25th to August 5th, 2025! The hotel is very conveniently located, both to the beach and to the Bus Plana bus stop! It's also very easy to get to the amusement park and the airport! The service is also excellent! The staff is friendly and quickly resolves issues! Everyone goes out of their way! I definitely recommend it! A solid 4-star

We stayed at Best San Francisco and were very satisfied! The rooms are comfortable, the food is tasty and varied, and the staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The overall atmosphere is excellent

For those who prefer a quieter stay, it’s better to choose a room on the opposite side if possible. Apart from that, everything was great – a wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday!

Pool - big pool with loads of sun beds, never had to fight for a space (we did go end of September so not sure if different in peak summer) our little one loved the little splash park

All inclusive - never waited more than 2 minutes for a drink, good selection of soft drinks and alcohol. Includes ice creams too which is great for the kids

Rooms - cleaned daily, modern, lovely bathroom, pushed our 2 double beds together so had a massive bed for the stay which was lovely! Cot for baby too

Food: worst part of the holiday was definitely the food, by day 3 we couldn’t stand the smell of it and had to eat out for the rest of the holiday

Cons!! Check in: 2 buses arrived at the same time so check in was at least 45 minutes long, no one extra on desk to help busy period

If your room isn’t ready, it’s 6€ per suitcase for a locker (people just leave them outside in the hallway to save paying)

Canada place Hotel is in a great location for an easy walk to the town or the seafront

And the food is nice, and the chef even kindly recommended me what to take because I don’t know too much about the food in Catalan. Over all super nice experience, the location is close to the beach

VUELING delayed my flight so we spent 2 nights here. It was San Juan, and it was super fun with people dancing every night, watching firework etc

Very close to the beach, the hotel has parking space but you need to pay for it at your own expense The bed in the hotel is quite comfortable

There is a train station at the door, which is directly accessible and convenient for entering the city

The staff were friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. The pool was large and clean, and there were enough sunbeds for everyone. The view from the room was wonderful on the sea.

In low season no problem parking in the street outside the hotel. A good place for an off-season weekend break

Great location, exactly what I was looking for.

The staff is friendly, many of them are Russian speakers. The room is good for 4*: 2 large beds, powerful air conditioning, TV, bath-toilet and balcony with a gorgeous sea view. Bed linen and towels are changed every day

The dining room has a relatively large menu, everything is very tasty, the dining room staff works promptly) wi-fi is also available, but it is quite weak, so it would be better to buy a SIM card with net

Gabriel at the reception (Olympic palace hotel )was very helpful through out our stay. Joy at the mini club ensured our kids enjoyed their play any time they are at the club. Cleaning staff are excellent with their job

I couldn’t praise this hotel enough, plenty of pools to chill around and the food was incredible especially at lunch. The rooms are average for a family hotel

Entertainment has been amazing and this hotel is very close to a lot of things bars, beach etc

Outdated rooms in the Palace part. Everything is old, the bathroom has toilets with chalk stains, you have to stand in the tub to use a very old school small shower head. The water changes temperature

Lovely family room, plenty of space for 2 adults, toddler and baby (cot provided). Toddler had a sofa bed in a separate room divided by a sliding door and blackout curtain. Shower/ bath was warm and powerful

Kids pool in one of the other hotels and at first we thought it was far away but there are plenty of shortcuts around the hotels making it so easy to get around the 4 separate buildings

Hospitality tray in room with free safe and fridge. We absolutely love the musicians who play in the outside dining area which in itself is beautiful, we will be back

Nice breakfast but above all a top staff. We arrived very late and receptionist was waiting outside to welcome us and guide us to the parking Space

On the day of our check-out, we had to leave early and we got a breakfast bag for on the way. Everything was arranged and clearly communicated. Beach and restaurants nearby on walking distance

This hotel is just a short walk to the shops and bars with Aldi being three minutes up the road

While we were there there was a large group of women and a large group of cyclists who all breakfasted early and who had tables reserved for them. This did not bother us as we went down to breakfast later

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and excellent food service. The only minor gripe that I had was the towels were washed out grey and the bedding was not the best. The room was also a little tired but clean.

Our room had a small balcony overlooking someone’s back garden and tatty buildings

Came for a few days with my husband and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would love to come again in the future

The lady at the reception was so welcoming in fact all the staff were always listening to request and always trying to greet you when you leave and re-enter hotel

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Easy walk to the town and a nice walk along the promenade where you can walk for miles or a short stroll. Our room was very clean with a small balcony and sea view

Perfect stay ... Our room blew us away. We had two balconies and saw an amazing sunrise each morning. The swimming pool was also very nice.

The balconies and views from our room were incredible. We could see both the mountains and the sea. The family room provided two separate spaces for us and our children which was great

The hotel is right on the beach and close to the Main Street of town with shops and dining. The pool area was very nice with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling at a nearby excursion provider

We also loved the walking on the trail along the coast that has amazing views and coves to swim in. I wish the hotel provided lounge chairs for the beach as an amenity (they are rentable for $9/day)

I do hope that the hotel continues to look into finding solutions for the bathroom issues. We really did love our stay at the Hotel Aromar. The appreciated the staff who were friendly and helpful

Positive: very clean hotel throughout, rooms are beautiful, wonderful sea view, pool area has plenty of sunbeds, most staff are very friendly and professional, great selection for breakfast, excellent location

Hotel wasn't too bad but we paid extra for a sea veiw and the view we got was just trees and the bathroom door is a 2 foot from the pillow on the bed and can see straight thru the big gap directly into your partner eyes whilst there having a crap, so not the greatest for privacy or hygiene

I would stay again despite the negative comments because the Positive outweighs negative at this lovely hotel, but would stay on a bed and breakfast basis

The hotel was generally clean and well kept. However, the amenities in the rooms were very limited and honestly disappointing. There were no slippers, no pens, no stitching kits

The roof top adults only area is a gem. We took our own drinks as there is no roof top bar. Glass elevator running upside the hotel lovely views & the train line does not disturb your sleep at night

Half-board, should entitle guests to at least one free drink of their choosing with every evening meal. ALL these things should be standard provision for a 4* hotel, therefore I would say this hotel is a 3* Plus

So far so good very nice rooms and location the services seem great and the food is of normal all inclusive quality.

However small rectifiable details took away its 4* rating. There is no iron in any of the rooms in this entire hotel. There is no kettle in the room either and there is a charge to use the safe

Very beautiful location. Food was great was lots of variety. Almost every night there was some sort of entertainment. The staff were so nice and really pleasant. A fridge in every room. I will definitely go back

Currently halfway through our weeks stay here and I haven't found anything i'm not happy with. Rooms are clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. We're all inclusive and there is so much choice at each mealtime

The local rail network is an added bonus if you want to visit Barcelona/Girona/other resorts along the coasts. We booked as an end of season cheaper deal and if I wanted to do that again I would return here

Our kids enjoyed the pool but preferred the sea. 2 min walk to the beautiful beach and beach view restaurants abundant. Tossa de Mar is such a beautiful quiet relaxed place the hotel was the icing on the cake

We are a family of 6 and stayed 11 days with 2 balcony rooms, breakfast included. Shout out to the hotel tossa beach center staff for organising a lastminute taxi for us on leaving as our pre-booked taxi didn't show up

The staff are lovely with me, but they are brilliant with my mum. The food is much improved since last year, so that's a plus and the location couldn't be any better. We'll definitely be back next year 🌝

WE cannot highly recommend this hotel enough. Spotless clean, Friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms with fridge and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was vast with great variety

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Joamr and his colleagues made sure we had an amazing stay. We enjoyed the pingpong table and the 2 swimming pools

They have scrambled eggs, different types of cheese and salami, bread that is always freshly baked to sweet croissants, muffins, pancakes and various sweet pastries, as well as fresh fruit and juices

The facilities are complete, newly renovated, and very clean. The surrounding area is quiet, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

Due to a surprising but a very much appreciated room upgrade, I receved a large spacious and comfortable room beautifully adorned and maintained on the top floor (4th level)

In the bathroom there is soap and body lotion, shampoo and hair conditioner, from a toothbrush and toothpaste to a hair protection cap and a comb

We stayed at Hotel NH Collection Barcelona Pódium back in May before and after our cruise and it was a great experience! The staff at the front desk were wonderfully helpful and kind, we had super easy early check ins and late checkouts, the bellman was very helpful bringing our bags to our room and hailing us a cab

The room was good as well and on our second stay at the end of our trip they were kind enough to upgrade us to a suite!! The pool and rooftop area was lovely and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, I wasn’t expecting such a great spread so that was pleasantly surprising

The staff even went above and beyond with making my stay extra special with a surprise (and very tasty) birthday cake and snacks in my room. I definitely would be staying here again!

For my Wife's birthday, when we got back to our room the staff left cake, other deserts and candles and two birthday cards. The roof top pool was very nice, had a cool view of the surrounding area

The hotel is also in a really great location, it felt really safe in the area and it was also really central to most sites you’re probably planning on seeing while in Barcelona

Our room had a small balcony that looked out over the front square of the hotel, this was very nice at the end of each day to open it up and have a drink

But overall we had a great stay and it's a good hotel

Nice big room, bed and bathroom Great to see out to the sea- looking over a cemetery didn’t worry me. I think they should fix the awful noise in one of the two lifts as that was mentioned in a review here a while ago

So many options to choose from

Great location if you want to be near the beach, there's some nice beach restaurants and bars within 15 mins walk. The room is clean and comfortable although there is No hair conditioner and the hair dryer is not good

A wee bit out of the way for city sightseeing but was a comfortable hotel for the 2 days pre cruise.

stayed here for only one night with breakfast. Tho the location is quite far from the nearest metro station(10-15mins for a normal pace) still very safe. We also appreciate the breakfast being served

The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the train station, and there's a subway station right outside, making it incredibly convenient for getting around! Plus, there are three supermarkets nearby, so you can find anything you need!

I would highly recommend Abba Santa! It was VERY clean, the staff were super nice, and the location was great. There was a metro stop right in front of the hotel and it was a block away from a major transit station

The room facilities are outdated. There is a subway station near the hotel, and it is close to the train station. The bakery opposite is very good.

Absolutely recommendable hotel. Terrace on the 7th floor was amazing.

You could not get any closer to the beach and the outside bar area and seating area was very pretty with great beach views. This hotel is also situated by lots of shops and restaurants
