We have absolutely loved our stay here the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food has been very good with a wide selection at all meal times. The staff have been friendly and very helpful

We booked for 1 night 2 adults and a baby and were giving 2 single beds pushed together with a 3rd single bed against the wall - we struggled to get in the room with our suitcase and pram

Great location for all things Barcelona. Rooms are good sized, clean and neat. Service is top level. Start your day with a great breakfast at the hotel, and grab a nightcap at the rooftop bar/restaurant.

It's very convenient to shop on the shopping street! My fiancee and I were afraid of being robbed after shopping, so we stayed on the shopping street! The service was very good and the hygiene was OK, but it could be moved closer, after all, the hotel is a little old

Our stayed was outstanding! The rooms were beautiful, with blackout curtains and a shower that you wanted to stay under for an hour

Service was incredible and the drinks were fantastic! SPECIAL MENTION TO RUBEN! when we checked out of the hotel there was a race going on and many streets were blocked, Ruben called us a taxi and he was kind enough to walk with us several blocks to meet the driver

This is a beautiful place to be with the family. We had a lovely time at this hotel for our 7days stay. Great staff in Coral restaurant, very welcoming ( Delicious food and lots of variety to choose from)

Gabriel at the reception (Olympic palace hotel )was very helpful through out our stay. Joy at the mini club ensured our kids enjoyed their play any time they are at the club. Cleaning staff are excellent with their job

Clean sheet, clean room and fresh towel supplied daily. Great time at the pool side with plenty to eat at the snack bar. The beach is also about 10mins walk from this hotel

I really love the location of the hotel, the view is breathtaking. The food is absolutely exquisite, down to every single little detail. Moreover, the staff are extremely friendly and polite

And now for the good (what is more): I think that not the place makes the man, and the people place. So I want to say thanks to all the staff from reception staff, chefs, waiters, to the maids

The hotel was clean. And the staff were very friendly. Food was outstanding and catered for everyone's taste. Location was very central within walking distance of everything.

Pool - big pool with loads of sun beds, never had to fight for a space (we did go end of September so not sure if different in peak summer) our little one loved the little splash park

All inclusive - never waited more than 2 minutes for a drink, good selection of soft drinks and alcohol. Includes ice creams too which is great for the kids

Rooms - cleaned daily, modern, lovely bathroom, pushed our 2 double beds together so had a massive bed for the stay which was lovely! Cot for baby too

Food: worst part of the holiday was definitely the food, by day 3 we couldn’t stand the smell of it and had to eat out for the rest of the holiday

Cons!! Check in: 2 buses arrived at the same time so check in was at least 45 minutes long, no one extra on desk to help busy period

If your room isn’t ready, it’s 6€ per suitcase for a locker (people just leave them outside in the hallway to save paying)

Canada place Hotel is in a great location for an easy walk to the town or the seafront

Not so vast on vegan options but easy to find plenty of vegetables etc suitable for those of us avoiding meat or dairy. Hotel bar was very typically priced for Spain. the drinks are strong and Piña Coladas were top notch

Balconies on the rooms that have them are kept clean and all of them are equipped with small table and chairs. Air con in the rooms we stayed in worked efficiently and the beds were comfortable

Some of the decor in the building is a tad old fashioned but everything is kept very clean. I saw House keepers mopping floors daily and they absolutely keep on top of everything

Parking in the adjacent street is free but if you want to pay for parking the hotel has a very large gated private parking space right next to the hotel

Food was buffet style loads of choice fresh daily and constantly replenished. Not poor quality and very varied

Visited slightly out of season so our room wasn't fully equipped for self catering, so can't leave any review for that. Lovely clean rooms, maid service was everyday. Pool is great with a lifeguard on duty

Family oriented apart-hotel. Apartments are correct & facilities are nice. We've got half board with breakfast n dinner included, the food is ok, but could be improved. Overall good experience.

We came here as a football group, no Wi-Fi until the morning of checkout! The air con wasn't working and just blowing hot air whichever settings we put on! Bathroom had flush issue, they simply refused to help till next day morning nor changed our room so we ended up doing it ourselves as had no other choice! The location of this place is quite further down from the "live areas", it is quite close...

I will give this place a 5 star rating because I have been there a few times and we really love the location, pool and animation team and some of the waiters and waitresses are great too and make your feel at home

Perfect stay ... Our room blew us away. We had two balconies and saw an amazing sunrise each morning. The swimming pool was also very nice.

The reception desk is as usual, a disaster. with uncoordinated people with a calculator instead of head. Their unique worry is to invoice even if everything has been previously paid

The balconies and views from our room were incredible. We could see both the mountains and the sea. The family room provided two separate spaces for us and our children which was great

The location is perfect , the staff is very helpful and the food and drink was amazing! I am gluten intolerant so I really appreciated the allergy labels at the breakfast buffet as well as the gluten free bread, muffins and crackers offered

The hotel is right on the beach and close to the Main Street of town with shops and dining. The pool area was very nice with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling at a nearby excursion provider

We also loved the walking on the trail along the coast that has amazing views and coves to swim in. I wish the hotel provided lounge chairs for the beach as an amenity (they are rentable for $9/day)

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and excellent food service. The only minor gripe that I had was the towels were washed out grey and the bedding was not the best. The room was also a little tired but clean.

Our room had a small balcony overlooking someone’s back garden and tatty buildings

Came for a few days with my husband and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would love to come again in the future

The facilities are more than you could ask for, big outdoor pool, a water slide that is bigger and better than it looks on the pictures, a kids pool that my toddler loved! alongside good tennis courts, volleyball area, 5 aside football pitches and crazy golf

All these things would be expected on a holiday, but it is the staff at Pola Giverola that really make the place shine. Kind friendly and helpful regardless of what is needed 👍

We stepped out of the humid spanish heat, into a perfectly chilled modern apartment, set open plan over 2 levels with a balcony that boasted a sea view

I was tempted to score this place down, just so as not to draw the crowds in, but then I realised nobody knows me, or is in the slightest bit interested in my opinion! For anyone reading, give this place a go, you will be amazed

We came here not sure what to expect as Tui gave it 3 Ts. whatever that means?! We arrived and made our way to our rooms

unfortunately this is where it gets bad the food at the buffet was bad, tortilla that I had was still frozen and the meats where very bad cuts of beef with bones and very greasy burgers. also no hamburger buns available

We was a family 8 including a baby and they kept trying to split us up during meals times and restaurant management was extremely rude Pools was freezing but think this is due to time of year Location Hotel was really good and ideal Only let down was the food if this was changed we would return but I dont think we will

Most* staff were pleasant, some areas could do with more TLC and cleaning throughout the day(staffing levels reduced?) Pools are great and food was varied in the Mediterranean restaurant although very busy

Snack bar was good as it is order as requested. Many close shops and short walk to beach. I didn't have issues with noise from our room. I just wished we had full hotel as advertised

We went sep 20-27th , only 1 of 3 restaurants open. Bars available were reduced to one at night , 2 in the day. Facilities and services were being reduced day by day during our stay

Restaurant was ok breakfast same most days and cold and same goes for every dinner and tea food was stone cold even if you got there when it opened

Our kids enjoyed the pool but preferred the sea. 2 min walk to the beautiful beach and beach view restaurants abundant. Tossa de Mar is such a beautiful quiet relaxed place the hotel was the icing on the cake

We are a family of 6 and stayed 11 days with 2 balcony rooms, breakfast included. Shout out to the hotel tossa beach center staff for organising a lastminute taxi for us on leaving as our pre-booked taxi didn't show up

The staff are lovely with me, but they are brilliant with my mum. The food is much improved since last year, so that's a plus and the location couldn't be any better. We'll definitely be back next year 🌝

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Joamr and his colleagues made sure we had an amazing stay. We enjoyed the pingpong table and the 2 swimming pools

There is a very shallow pool for small children (2-6 years old) with a water slide and the water level is up to THEIR knees, so they can play there without floats and the parents can just seat around and watch them

Amazing hotel with friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms, very nice breakfast. Superb pools and lot of sunbeds. Location is perfect as it is very close to the beach and city centre. All in all perfect holiday!

There is a bar open between breakfast and dinner which serves decent food for lunch (Burger, sandwich, pizza, etc. There is a nice kids club open until 23:00 with activities for the children

Spent a week there and staff and facilities were excellent. Buffet meals were delicious with an enormous choice.

Stayed in room 410, decent balcony and side sea view at the front of the hotel. Would need to re-address the bathroom door not fully closing. Other than that, room decent enough

Reception staff were helpful when i requested a late checkout in another room 329, which also had a decent side sea view. Overall, enjoyable short stay at the hotel

The staff was so nice particularly an elderly Spanish lady we met on entering our room she noticed there was no cot and within minutes was back with the cot and set it up! She was so nice as we're all the staff we met

We had only breakfast it was fine. Our room was cleaned daily and new towels given. The location and facilities were perfect for us

However service wasn’t helpful, they barely speak English, most time they were mean and gave us weird stares, the cleaning service just changed our towel. Location is delightful- 3 minutes away from beach

We stayed at Hotel NH Collection Barcelona Pódium back in May before and after our cruise and it was a great experience! The staff at the front desk were wonderfully helpful and kind, we had super easy early check ins and late checkouts, the bellman was very helpful bringing our bags to our room and hailing us a cab

The room was good as well and on our second stay at the end of our trip they were kind enough to upgrade us to a suite!! The pool and rooftop area was lovely and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, I wasn’t expecting such a great spread so that was pleasantly surprising

The staff even went above and beyond with making my stay extra special with a surprise (and very tasty) birthday cake and snacks in my room. I definitely would be staying here again!

For my Wife's birthday, when we got back to our room the staff left cake, other deserts and candles and two birthday cards. The roof top pool was very nice, had a cool view of the surrounding area

The hotel is also in a really great location, it felt really safe in the area and it was also really central to most sites you’re probably planning on seeing while in Barcelona

Our room had a small balcony that looked out over the front square of the hotel, this was very nice at the end of each day to open it up and have a drink

While there were no bathrobes or water initially, they brought them quickly, even late at night. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, and you’ll need to take the metro to reach the city center

They have scrambled eggs, different types of cheese and salami, bread that is always freshly baked to sweet croissants, muffins, pancakes and various sweet pastries, as well as fresh fruit and juices

Modern and sophisticated bedroom furnishings with a good size bathroom with new utilities and a walk in shower with rainfall shower head. All beautifully maintained with added luxury bathtowels

Due to a surprising but a very much appreciated room upgrade, I receved a large spacious and comfortable room beautifully adorned and maintained on the top floor (4th level)

In the bathroom there is soap and body lotion, shampoo and hair conditioner, from a toothbrush and toothpaste to a hair protection cap and a comb

The location is good  Staff is helpful, I borrow adaptor at reception I stay 5 night   No refill in bottle water No refill in tooth mug (actually it is paper cup)  Attached the picture from my room

There are plenty of great cafés nearby, which I would highly recommend instead. The reception staff actually suggested this as well when I asked, which I appreciated—they were very honest and helpful

There are multiple nice drinking/dining options on the street La Rambla. The room was comfortable, with a nice balcony. The rooftop terrace was also enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful

The location of the hotel is perfect for the first time visitors of Barcelona, like us. Many of the important landmarks of the city are only in a few minutes walking distance

My wife and I stayed here earlier this year and had a wonderful time. We felt like this was a very central place we could stay and walk to almost everything in the city

I was overall very happy with my stay. The hotel is neat, simple, and well maintained—nothing fancy, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay

Nice big room, bed and bathroom Great to see out to the sea- looking over a cemetery didn’t worry me. I think they should fix the awful noise in one of the two lifts as that was mentioned in a review here a while ago

Great location if you want to be near the beach, there's some nice beach restaurants and bars within 15 mins walk. The room is clean and comfortable although there is No hair conditioner and the hair dryer is not good

A wee bit out of the way for city sightseeing but was a comfortable hotel for the 2 days pre cruise.

stayed here for only one night with breakfast. Tho the location is quite far from the nearest metro station(10-15mins for a normal pace) still very safe. We also appreciate the breakfast being served

Clean sea and beach nearby. The food is OK.Boring and quiet. Took Breakfast and dinner was not pleasantly surprised that at dinner all the drinks and even water paid.The room is clean, no Minibar.

Location wise the hotel is ideally located if a beach lover as it's directly behind hotel,the area in general I could only describe it as the courtown of Spain as it's surrounded with holiday camps were all the Spanish french and German come to holiday and restaurants etc are rightly aimed at these tourists,you will not hear any English speaking tourists at all this end,the other end of Blanes down...

Charged for water at the evening meal. Children's ice creams were a different price dependant on bar staff, same ice cream ranged from 1€ to 2 .50€ Hotel was ok, there are better hotels in Blanes

Lovely hotel absolutely spotless clean and staff very friendly,I was upgraded to half-board as I booked directly with the hotel which was a bonus, unfortunately it's the only thing that lets this hotel down,the food although well presented was always cold and desserts were repurposed from the earlier lunch as they were stale

Exactly 7 days without even cleaning the bathroom floor, much less the toilet and bathtub, the balcony and the bedroom floor were poorly cleaned, I recorded and showed the service they had provided to reception, they were asked to come back to clean and the same was done (nothing well done)

The staff were incredibly friendly everywhere: reception, restaurant, cleaning service, and maintenance. On our first night the kettle wasn’t working, and they fixed it immediately so we could enjoy our tea again

5 out of 5⭐ We stayed in room 611 which had a stunning direct view of the sea and a lovely balcony with a sofa, table and a small drying rack for clothes which was really handy

The hotel facilities are excellent: a spa, a salt-water swimming pool with jacuzzi features, sauna, and steam room. At the bar we enjoyed high-quality coffee, and the buffet was varied and delicious every day

Nice terace and we were happy, no drinking people, staff is very polite, breakfast is good bu there are so meny exclentbrastaurants left from the hotel so it's ridiculous to spend money on tipical and not so good food

The only small issue we had was a slight smell coming from the bathroom shower and toilet, but it didn’t take away from how nice the room was overall. The food and drink in this hotel are honestly fantastic
