Clean sea and beach nearby. The food is OK.Boring and quiet. Took Breakfast and dinner was not pleasantly surprised that at dinner all the drinks and even water paid.The room is clean, no Minibar.

Hotel in a very good location, very close to the beach. Rooms large, clean. Food very good. Service very helpful especially the reception staff. We will definitely come back

Location wise the hotel is ideally located if a beach lover as it's directly behind hotel,the area in general I could only describe it as the courtown of Spain as it's surrounded with holiday camps were all the Spanish french and German come to holiday and restaurants etc are rightly aimed at these tourists,you will not hear any English speaking tourists at all this end,the other end of Blanes down...

Charged for water at the evening meal. Children's ice creams were a different price dependant on bar staff, same ice cream ranged from 1€ to 2 .50€ Hotel was ok, there are better hotels in Blanes

Lovely hotel absolutely spotless clean and staff very friendly,I was upgraded to half-board as I booked directly with the hotel which was a bonus, unfortunately it's the only thing that lets this hotel down,the food although well presented was always cold and desserts were repurposed from the earlier lunch as they were stale

Exactly 7 days without even cleaning the bathroom floor, much less the toilet and bathtub, the balcony and the bedroom floor were poorly cleaned, I recorded and showed the service they had provided to reception, they were asked to come back to clean and the same was done (nothing well done)

The staff were incredibly friendly everywhere: reception, restaurant, cleaning service, and maintenance. On our first night the kettle wasn’t working, and they fixed it immediately so we could enjoy our tea again

The hotel facilities are excellent: a spa, a salt-water swimming pool with jacuzzi features, sauna, and steam room. At the bar we enjoyed high-quality coffee, and the buffet was varied and delicious every day

What a fantastic hotel! My husband and I stayed here during the IFBB World Championships in November 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained

The furniture is in great condition, the bathroom is huge with a good shower, and the balcony was a wonderful bonus — large, with a sea view, a sofa, a table, and even a rail for drying clothes

Overall, this hotel combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for both relaxation and activities, and I would be more than happy to return!

Top quality food what made me want to skip my nap and go eat (and eat more than i should ahhahah🤣), super sweet perosnal, rooms like from american moovie, perfect cöeaning servis and equipment int he room

It might be because it’s a quieter season, but still, the quality could be improved. Overall, I’m satisfied with the stay, but the restaurant definitely needs some improvements

I’ve read the opposite on here before but I can’t see that being the case- perhaps some people are never happy?! Anyway, there was a lady in the restaurant (I think Monica) who was great, super happy and joking about with my son! The spa pool was really good to use when the outdoor pool was like an ice bath! We played padel on-site for a small deposit on the equipment

The room (twin) was huge, the shower and bath were great, the beds were super comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. All of the staff I spoke to were very nice and helpful

We have had big dance event here and all of us were making ohotos and videos there and wjat is the best, the noise isolazion was just perfect. Thank you for treating us so well

it’s a lot more quiet than your usual holiday hotel, which isn’t a bad thing. That being said we did visit mid October so I would imagine it to be busier during the summer

Hotel was great staff were great ,food was great ,had the best stay and as a solo traveler was made to feel safe ,will defo go again .even rang to make sure id got my transfer saftely .staff always happy to help.

However as I was just beside the lifts on the first floor. When I mentioned it to the front desk they immediately changed my room to quieter room. There was no drama just really pleasant about the change

A huge selection of food for the breakfast. Even though there were a lot of other guests, the dining room never felt crowded. Roses is one of our favourite resorts and we will definitely be back

Hotel Roses Platja is a really nice hotel with lots of original Catalan style with quality ceramic tiles and feature woodwork fixtures

We had a basic double room (two singles pushed together which is fairly standard in Spain) which was large but without a balcony and a bit squeezed into the corner of the building

That said there was a partial sea view and it was clean and comfortable. Shower over bathtub was a bit iffy with a shower curtain that didn’t exactly contain the (plentiful) water

Excellent hotel in terms of facilities and staff. A very nice pool, large and with varying depths. Also a good spa area and a variety of options at the hotel buffet. We would definitely stay again.

Great place and location to stay. Staff were all helpful and nice. The pool is not heated and at end of day it’s very cold. Got the half board but The greasy buffet food made me sick everyday so stopped eating there

Everything was perfect! From taste to presentation. Service was really professional. The best meat I had in a while. Maybe the dessert selection could improve. Though having a sorbet was a plus, for sure!

The location is very convenient, close to Gràcia Avenue, but it's a 10-minute walk to Casa Batlló. Our room had a balcony, so it was a bit noisy at night, but the bedding was very comfortable

The service and location are first-class! Because the hotel could not provide the room type I booked, they gave me a slightly smaller room and took the initiative to refund 30% of the paid room fee to Trip

we had a balcony with seaview , that was really good. there are many diner options surrounding the hotel. the small swimming pool is placed strangely , as in a shop window

Very decent hotel in this low season period, its location opposite the beach without having to cross a road can only increase its rating. Cleanliness, impeccable service at the reception. Not much to criticize.

We had a view on the sea which was nice, however it was extremely noisy as every night a group is playing songs until midnight just below the sea-view rooms

I don't understand the negative reviews for this hotel. Yes, it's a little dated and the pool is small. Although this is all in the photos before booking. It was a great location for a week in Lloret

Loved the location and lovely reception staff were really helpful the hotel decor is something from 70s and needs a little updated and rooms need soundproofing pool and hotel was really clean and food was average but as a solo traveler I was really happy that I could book a solo room and it was cheap and fantastic value for money so I'm very happy and would stay here again

Some behaviour from guests after a few drinks was appalling, felt sorry for the staff. Small supermarket, tobacco shop, restaurants and launderette all within a stone's throw from the hotel

The only flag I want to see flown in Spain is their own flag. The Spanish gov and business councils need to put an end to this crap. It was way worse in Barcelona but we were sad to experience in in Lloret De Mar

On the second floor, the water really smells. The room, mine at least on the second floor, was in perfect condition. The view and the location is very good (for the rooms which has a sea view)

The least enjoyable mention of our stay was not based on the hotel but the Palestinian protestors that gathered. in front of the official building a 100 yds away. We didn't travel to Lloret de mar to deal with that crap

The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. The hotel is a bit far from the Old Town attractions, but still walkable—around 20 minutes—and on a nice day, it’s actually a pleasant walk

The standard room was really big and well furnished. Everything was okay, with the exception of wi-fi that was not working properly, switching off for long periods

We used that as a one night stop and work during the day. A little outdated but the staff is lovely and thats is compensating it! The Internet/wifi is unstable

Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. They’ve got a mini fridge if you’re wanting to keep your own drinks cool. The bathroom is a little outdated and would benefit from a refurbishment.

Clean room, free bottled water x 2, friendly staff. However, we had to leave the hotel around 6am due to taxi's not being allowed in the vicinity after 7am due to a sporting event in the area

Staff were very helpfull, clean room. Shuttle to the airport at a reasonnable price (39EU). Water temperature in the shower was not hot and the small swimming pool on the roof was not heated so no one went swimming

It is an old building, so the walls do not have the best soundproofing, but we had pretty quiet floor and had no problems. Location is very central and surrounded by great places to eat
