Very average: We spent a few days on a half-board basis. The positives: clean hotel, friendly staff, very close to the sea and beach cleaned daily by the city

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional! A special shout-out to Sara and Giuliana, the receptionists were fantastic!

Daily housekeeping was provided and overall the hotel was clean and maintained. Breakfast was included in the rate and is basic, with standard options, but sufficient and unlikely to leave anyone dissatisfied

We stayed in Sabadell during the Christmas period for a sports commitment of our daughter with the local water polo club (CNS), so our visit was not for leisure or holidays, but for practical reasons

We didn't stay at the hotel but we did visit one evening for the buffet. Amazing air-conditioned dining room and a huge selection of food. a lot of seafood dishes but plenty of other options if you don't like fish

Stayed a week here in June via a Jet2 package holiday. Good position near the sea front and near a choice of shops and food places. Friendly staff who worked hard to make this a pleasant experience

There was some evening entertainment but we watched the football (Euro 2024). Short walk to very long sandy beach with watersports options. Rougher walking beyond town to delightful coves for snorkeling

Could have got by with less though enjoyed visiting other parts of coastline as well as Figueres and Girona. Hotel was comfortable, roomy and decent quality, strongly recommend

I found him to be quite rude and unwelcoming. He pushed past me a number of times without so much as an excuse me or a smile. Hotel is well located close to everything. Buffet was good quality and variety

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pi Mar, especially the view from our balcony! The room was not as pictured on booking website, much smaller and very in need of an update, however the view softened the blow

The pool area is also in need of some TLC. Staff at reception, house keeping and buffets were friendly and welcoming, all except an older male who I assume was the manager of the dining areas

The pool area looks great, but they keep it under lock and key, so access is limited. The terrace is very comfortable and in a location that should attract a crowd, but it was always empty

On arrival the male receptionist told us we didn’t have a balcony view, we did ask if we could have one but none where available, we looked out to a little side street ( no big deal ) The church out the back of the hotel rings on the hour, every hour and there is construction work on going in the hotel next door during the day ( people have to work ) The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the nightlife...

The miramar restaurant outside of the hotel, served amazing food and drinks. The same receptionist also sorted our taxi back to the airport

The shower in the room is also 10/10 Overall, a very pleasant stay, and for £179 pp all in. It definitely give me my moneys worth

We checked in 28th April 2026 for a 4 day stay. Room 606 The rooms where clean, the staff and receptionists where lovely

The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast was delicious and their orange juice was so good! I also enjoyed the fact that they recommended a flamenco dance to us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This year we visited in the offseason instead of in the summer and definitely had a different experience in the town. It was quiter and much easier for restaurant/tapas bar bookings and browsing the wonderful shops

The rooms were lovely, clean, modern and relatively spacious for a European room. I’d recommend getting a sea view as you are so close to the water that you can hear the waves

As we stayed for 5 nights in lateral sea view deluxe room this time we had plenty of time to explore Calafell and Vilanova

Our frontal sea view was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and we had tea/coffee facilities. We did notice since our last visits 8 months ago, that their are some maintenance issues here and there

We took the table down to reception in the end to get it replaced on our 3rd day. As we had paid extra for a balcony sea view room it is reasonable to expect balcony furniture which is usable

There are downsides, but a little: 1) in the morning under Windows of there staff and talking loudly, wakes up ahead of time 2) the Breakfast is modest, by the standards of 4 stars, even very modest 3) we dragged towels, but when the officer reviewed the cameras, found the two thieves - they were an elderly family 4) the sea is rocky, but quite cold (by the standards of mid-July) 5) concerts in the...

Lovely hotel, we booked a premium room with a balcony, room was nice balcony overlooked the park car but as soon as you walked down the steps the wall to ceiling sea view hits you and it’s amazing ❤️❤️❤️ we have stayed in tossa for over 20 years in most of the hotels and this beach front location is definitely something special

Had a very pleasant stay visiting Girona and cycling. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Cycling room downstairs was wonderful

The location of Hotel Ciutat de Girona was perfect. The street was quiet but within easy walking distance to the train (15 mins) and all the touristic sights, shops, and great restaurants

The hotel is run very efficiently. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room (junior suite) was huge. We had a great balcony/terrace, and great view towards the sea

We had a room with facilities for disabled on the ground floor which was easily accessible, only one down side was the toilet for disabled in the restaurant which was down two steps with no ramp, but all in all a great stay and we will definitely go again

What a lovely place to stay after a long day of bike riding. My room was very clean, had a very large terrace and was very close to the beach. It was a lovely stay and all of the staff were kind and helpful.

We spent three nights in a luxury double. Staff were so helpful and attentive both at the reception, the restauramt, housekeeping, bar etc. Great location, just one lock back from the beach, but very quiet

All the staff - be it on reception, in the breakfast lounge or cleaning the rooms are very friendly and polite. The buffet breakfast here is also always excellent with a great choice of high quality food

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and I do rate it very highly and I am more than happy to give it 5 stars. There is never an issue storing my bicycle safely inside

Nice small hotel, well located within walking distance of the beach. The breakfast is good though it could use a bit of variety from one day to the next.

Hace to say a little bit expensive, but most of the hotels in Spain are if you are looking for a good one. Nevertheless the staying was lovely and having the beach in front with the views is so worth it.

Located in the perfect position mid-way between St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos and a stones throw from the sea with gorgeous views of the bay from your balcony this is one of the best hotels on the Costa Brava

I have been there with my girlfriend for our 2025 holiday. We spent there 8 nights and luckily we chose a room with a view over the seaside

And the view is simply amazing! The room is simple, nice and clean and it's equipped with a small fridge. They also have a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor. The food is really good and fresh

The property is in a great area and the beautiful cove beach area is right out front. The only thing lacking is the restaurant next door, it isn’t best but there are many other food options around

Floor was freezing and yet, no slippers. Though we dont really need it, it would’ve been appreciated regardless. They have a nice balcony and gym but we didn’t use it. And there was no breakfast buffet when we stayed

They gave us a makeshift King size bed by putting two double bed together. They also provided a nice pack and play bed for the little one. They can really make the stay better by having robs and slippers available

It was rather clean, only we found haira on the toilet seat when we firat entered the bathroom so it wasn't ours

The hotel was built in 1902 and was pristinely maintained-it was like walking into history. The lovely garden and fountain, pool and outdoor patio were beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay in such a lovely hotel

Unfortunately the heating in our room was not working. Only one towel provided for a couple. We were too tired to complain about the heating as we only stayed in the room for about 5 hours in total

We are from the United States, traveling as a couple and the Hotel Guitart Grand Passage was the perfect option. When searching online it can be overwhelming but you will be happy to stay here

This was the best hotel of our trip to Spain! The location is fantastic. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the metro, but only 2 minutes to Diagonal Avenue, 8 minutes to Passeig de Gràcia, and 10 minutes to Casa Milà

This area felt very safe; we walked around past 10 PM without any concerns. There are plenty of supermarkets and breakfast spots nearby, making everything convenient. All the front desk staff were very nice

The only downside was that I tried to contact the hotel multiple times before check-in but couldn't get through. The room was large and very clean, much bigger than the hotel we stayed at later in Madrid

Double rooms on the upper levels are great. I had a single room on the ground floor, which is small and with the small balcony in front of the entrance.

The only down side was that they don't refresh each day the water which should be made available for free in each room considering we were there many days and it's an expensive hotel when you stey more than couple of nights

The balcony lock in the room was broken, and the front desk said we had to wait an hour for someone to come and fix it. We waited two hours and no one fixed it. We were then moved to a very poor room on the first floor

It's really easy to get a taxi right outside – no need to download any ride-sharing apps before you arrive, you can just hail one. Taxis accept card or cash, and if you pay by card, you get a receipt

There was a club right in front of the hotel, so it was noisy, but I slept well after a long day of traveling. The hotel was relatively clean. The location wasn't great for the price.

Hotel Condado Barcelona is truly a gem — although rated as a three-star, it feels more like a solid four- or even five-star property
