Hotels with sea view in Catalonia

Our room on the first floor had obstructed view of the beach, with a row of trees blocking it. I also had a few issues with the room, which i complained about. It took a few days but i was moved onto the third gloor

Being out of season the hotel was very quiet and only one pool open. However the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were full board and whilst only the main restaurant was open all our food was cooked fresh for us

This room was much better with a view of the beach from the balcony and a sink in the bathroom, not in the main bedroom as my previous room Melina the manageress arrangeg the move

Nice spa hotel Quite nice spa hotel with some improvements to do - - Shower facet was broken on our room - Shower door was broken on our room - The room was quite dusty, cleaning was moderate at best - Breakfast and dinner were excellent - Spa is quite nice

We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay

I said: "cancel my "full board", I don't need money back. " They said: "we can't because you booked through *******, in order to cancel it, even for NO REFUND, you need to contact *******"

You can use a sauna, bikes ( free of charge), pool, jacuzzi and outdoor bar. Views are stunning so make sure you book a sea view room. Rooms are very spacious, the only suggestion is the decor of the rooms - bit outdated

The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were very spacious. The ones in the bedroom are quite noisy when moving. And the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. The pool and sauna were very nice

She is so professional, kind and knowledgeable and is always willing to help in every scenario. If we ever buy a hotel in Sitges, we will steal her

She is incredible and so fun and hard working. Also, Augustina at the front desk is beyond amazing. She is the reason we come back to Sunway

Good facility and seaview rooms, staff is nice. Location out of city center but calm and in chic district! Highly reccomended!

This hotel has is extremely quiet because it’s at the far end of town, which is obviously very close (as Sitges is a small town)

Our room was lucky enough to have a sea view, the bed was super comfy and huge! Bathroom was super roomy with a really nice shower, also have a bath so take a bath bomb and take advantage

Close to the sea front literally a 2 min walk with the option of taxis and buses. Direct buses into Salou, Tarragona and also to PortAventura

Plenty of choice even for the pickiest of eaters. The entertainment every evening was great fun the team certainly put on a good show. The pools are spacious and the adult area was really nice also

Alexandra was at reception and she was so helpful and very pleasant. All inclusive was excellent, cocktails on tap, and the food considering its mass cooking was always fresh and really nice

The hotel is stunning, and very very clean

The second day of our stay we asked for hotel help, she said she’ll contact the hotel manager. We were coming to the reception 3 times a day, left our phone number twice, so that the manager could contact us directly

An excellent hotel with excellent service, I would recommend it to everyone. The room was spacious, clean and had an incredible view of the city and sea

Amazing hotel, very budgted, near to beach, only five minutes walking distance. Staff was really friendly, the hotel is now running by totally a new mangement, multi-lingual staff. Definetly recommended.

The room we were given was a good size, air conditioning, mattress and pillow a bit hard, I like it that way, large wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub, flat screen TV and a small terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking the street

Breakfast menu service, sandwiches, bikinis, hamburgers, pizzas, mixed dishes, Indian food, they also had all kinds of drinks and cocktails, they even had shishas with different types of flavours, all at affordable prices for a hotel

This hotel was really excellent value for money. We just stayed for one night but had a very comfortable stay. The included breakfast was really great and set us up for the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel very close to the sea with good cuisine and good services. The staff is very attentive. The rooms are spacious and well insulated so you don't hear the neighbors.

We only stayed for q night but on that basis we thought the hotel reception were efficient and our room was clean and modern. The location is beach front so no distance to walk to the beach

Great hotel for a family break. Right next to the beach, very clean well managed pool. Stayed as full board and was not disappointed. Always a good choice of fresh cooked hot food

Next to the bus stop for Port Aventura with regular pick ups and less than €2 and 20mins each way. Nightly entertainment a bit hit or miss. Would definitely stay here again

I spent a wonderful weekend at the Hotel Don Angel where they were hosting the Bachata Sensual Weekend. The hotel is located at the promenade of Santa Susana. The location is great if you want to be close the beach area

Basic clean bed comfortable. I did make a slight complaint as for a catered hotel no room has a kettle or coffee facility in rooms. Food choices was nice staff friendly in restaurant and reception.

The rooftop is great and waiters/waitress are so friendly. I was surprised to receive my birthday gift, a bottle of champagne, from hotel ! This is an unforgettable stay in this five stars hotel!

We had a truly wonderful stay and would give this hotel more than five stars if that were possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed

The room was extremely comfortable, and the location was very convenient for getting around the city. What really made our stay special, however, was the warmth and professionalism of the entire team

Nice place, near the sea, a large number of visitors in the weekends, during the week nice atmosphere, beach pebbles and sand, a beautiful view of the cliffs is interesting and beautiful reefs.

The lobby area leads to spacious bedroom with lovely big double beds, huge tv, and generous balcony with furniture (ours overlooked the street/another hotel but it was fine and very private), bathroom with walk in shower, jacuzzi bath and patio doors also leading to the balcony which can be opened, separate WC

I would return for the salty water pool alone. Hidden in the basement spa, a luxurious delight, where you could listen to underwater relaxing music while floating and be refreshed by a mist or a tropical rain

Fantastic location steps away from Fenals Beach and a short walk to Lloret de Mar centre. The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The suite/apartment is very big and furnished in grand style

It was clean and nice to swim in. The downsides were the numerous broken plug sockets in the room, some of which did not look safe. I think this would be a hazard if staying with young children

I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind not everything being perfect, especially because of its location. It will be amazing with a bit of investment to restore it to its former glory

we had a balcony with seaview , that was really good. there are many diner options surrounding the hotel. the small swimming pool is placed strangely , as in a shop window

Very decent hotel in this low season period, its location opposite the beach without having to cross a road can only increase its rating. Cleanliness, impeccable service at the reception. Not much to criticize.

We had a view on the sea which was nice, however it was extremely noisy as every night a group is playing songs until midnight just below the sea-view rooms

Right on the sea front. Pet friendly. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. Staff very helpful and the breakfast was good, quite a lot of choice

it doesn't look like a 4-star hotel, but the quality of the services is good, the staff are friendly, the food is not very diverse but very tasty, the room is quite big, the bathroom is ok, clean, nice view of the sea

Just arrived home after spending 7 nights in 4R Casablanca, firstly the lady on reception was so welcoming & so helpful during our stay, the room was beautiful, so clean, the view overlooking the beach was fabulous ,we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the waves & chilling on the balcony

The breakfast had a great array the food was very enjoyable. All the staff were just so friendly & greeted everyone with s smile. such a lovely holiday experience, it was our 1st time in Salou we’ll be back

This is such a lovely hotel, we had a great week long stay, booked at the last minute via their own site. Our room (503) was spacious, with a balcony over looking the pool area

The bathroom and shower is large, with a walk in shower, very secure under foot and powerful. The beds are excellent and we slept well. The rooms are cleaned daily, lots of towels and a TV with some English speaking

We used Vintaged across the road from the hotel for a warm welcome, great coffee and good food. Blaines is fairly flat for walking purposes, this hotel is also easy to access if your mobility is not good

The beach, and town centre is 10 mins walk away, lots of taxis around and a good supermarket 5 mins from the hotel. We got the airport bus to Blaines bus terminal which was 3 mins walk away from hotel

While there is a lot going on around the hotel, its in a residential area, everything goes quite around 10. 30 ish so sleep quality is good. We were very happy with this hotel

The staff were so helpful and efficient, special mention to Leaf (lady on reception) who booked our return airport taxi, (65e) as the bus schedule changed on 7th Sept

Great rooftop deck, 24/7 access, porter helps with everything. There is a bar downstairs, always open. 24 hour access. There is a safe in the room. Can't write anything bad - everything is great!

The location is excellent, very close to the beach, within walking distance. There was a small issue with the amenities, but they resolved it quickly. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

A very cozy cottage, next to the road, with convenient transportation and dining, 300 meters from the beach, comfortable for running, and a small balcony where you can hang clothes, smoke, etc

Clean and good boutique hotel Clean and well positioned boutique hotel on the boardwalk of Barceloneta. Close to good restaurants once you walk into the barrio and away from the tourist road.

Breakfast attendant was eager to help and please. Desk staff anticipated needs and addressed them well, even arranging a taxi to the airport for us. We would return for another stay.

Good location. Near by lot of terrible bay view restaurants and lot of good ones few blocks in land. Good breakfast with oatmilk coffee service. Single room is smallish.

Stayed for 2 weeks at the end of June so not quite peak season. Had a lovely sea view room from which we could hear (and see) the sea. Room was ample big enough for 2 of us

Stayed a week here in June via a Jet2 package holiday. Good position near the sea front and near a choice of shops and food places. Friendly staff who worked hard to make this a pleasant experience

Despite emailing the hotel a number of times in the weeks before my holiday asking for any possible upgrade to a sea/pool view room, there was unfortunately no opportunity to upgrade

Reasonable sun bed area and adequate pool. Limited food choices for meals and quality not the best. Higher cost than some similar hotels in the town

The air con in the room wasn't very efficient, more like a fan blowing. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was adequate. We had breakfast which was repetitive, all the usual choices plus bacon, eggs, beans or tomatoes

We booked a sea view and requested a high floor at check in but unfortunately the Hotel was fully booked so we got more of a tree view than a sea view beside a derelict Hotel on one of the lower floors

The breakfast and the food is served in a buffet. The prices are very low because of the season we went. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The beach is right across the street and there is also a pool in the premises

Breakfast buffet was okay with some options for those who don’t eat pork like us. They staff were friendly enough though some of them don’t speak English at all, yet, they were helpful

They were no kettle or free coffee and tea for the first time in a hotel world wide. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and apparently they don’t have in-house maintenance

When you fly 8 hours and drive a further 3 hours to get to your hotel you expect a bottle of water in the room especially when the resort fee is $55 per night

Excellent location with a 5 star swimming pool and 2 min away from the beach. However, the rooms are in low condition and very basic for a 4 star hotel

The beach was beautiful but the attendant we encountered was very rude This is the third time we have visited this hotel, and we will not return

They also drove us to the bus station with our suitcases after we checked out. If you are coming with suitcases, just make sure to contact them in advance and request to pick you up

Anyway, all my tiredness faded away once I settled in my room, opened my curtains and my balcony windows on the third floor. Highly recommend staying here should you be here for a visit to the Salvatore Dali Museum

Great location, with amazing view. The place mirrors well the description: Casual lodging with panoramic view. • Room: basic, large, not many comforts (no air-co, but a fan). But balcony is large enough and view

The only thing that was inconvenient was that you have to climb for around 15 minutes from the center to reach the hotel. Later i found out they have a private bus taking you down to the city every 15 minutes

When I arrived I was very tired, having spent the day exploring Roses (Espagna), eating in town (just about 200m from the beach) surrounded by the Pyrenees mountains - breathtaking

To get laundry back in the same day, one is charged 50% of the cost. Other than that, overall one can survive. Comfortable bed, proximity to sea, proximity to public transport, proximity to taxi line

Had a fantastic stay! The early check-in was hassle-free, and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. The amenities provided made our stay super comfortable, and the breakfast was a great inclusion

The hotel suited our trip to Barcelona because we wanted access to the waterfront and to the city by bus and metro. The room was super and we would have used the pool if it was warmer weather

Although a €10 taxi fare from town, it is a great location close to beaches. Also close to both hop on hop off lines with an easy stroll. Great restaurant and the pool was refreshing

The breakfast was great with a large selection of local cheeses, meats and breads along with the usual breakfast offerings

We stayed in a family room at Hotel Balmes and overall found the accommodation spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The housekeeping was excellent, and the hotel staff were consistently helpful and solution-oriented

However, we felt that the breakfast was quite limited for the price, and the coffee did not meet our expectations. Apart from this, our stay was enjoyable and we appreciated the hotel’s service and hospitality

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious with beautiful artwork. We had a room looking out to the courtyard and it was very beautiful and very quiet

The staff are all very friendly and kind. The location is also amazing, very central with great shops and restaurants around, steps away from metro and within walking distance to many attractions

The second time I stayed here, I was just as happy as I was on my first visit. Although I didn’t get the expensive breakfast, the hotel is clean, the room is very nice and clean. Albeit small. 

When we experienced an issue with our first room, they assisted us immediately and handled the situation with great courtesy

I really enjoyed my time at Dalia Rambles. The location had easy access to all the sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed practicing my Spanish with them

Well located, just the avenue to cross to be on the beach, small suite of 42m2 with sea view, living room, large bed 2 meters wide, whirlpool bath, shower, 2 TVs, roof terrace with swimming pool (given the weather, not used), well soundproofed, clean, friendly staff, metro station 5 minutes walk, just a shame that there is no restaurant at the hotel but there is a bar and breakfast service

Our favourite thing about our stay was how big the beds were! My boyfriend woke up saying he was lost in the bed it was so big! This made the long days of walking so worth it! We will definitely be coming back to stay here

We stayed here for a week and we couldn’t recommend more! Location is perfect and a 10 minute walk from the metro and the beach is 200m away. Pool area is small but lovely and the views are great

Theft There are a lot of thefts around the hotel. They broke into my car by breaking the window.

Disappointed to find lack of coffee making facilities in room though, this should be considered an essential in any modern hotel, much more important than the ubiquitous shower cap and cheap toothbrush
