Hotel Costa Mediterraneo - Adults Only +16 in L'Arenal

I booked this place because the pictures looked good and the price was cheap. I initially booked one day, but after arriving, I felt it was nice and extended my stay for two more days. Every room has a balcony, and after a few days, I felt it was indeed very nice. First of all, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the kitchen had a microwave. The receptionist (the uncle and the young man, possibly the uncle's son) patiently answered my questions. On the first day, only the top-floor rooms were available, requiring me to take the elevator to the fourth floor and then walk down one flight of stairs. Fortunately, the young man helped me carry my suitcase to the fifth floor. Later, I found the top floor quite nice—quiet and with a very large terrace. So much so that the receptionist offered to move me to the fourth floor the next day, but I was too lazy to unpack and also thought the top floor was great, so I stayed for three days without changing rooms. I also saw the most beautiful sunset here, but unfortunately, I caught the tail end one day and completely missed it the next… They don't have their own parking lot, but you can park for free on the side street in front if there are any spaces available, or there's a very large free public parking lot about 100 meters behind the hotel. It's also less than 100 meters to the main street in front, where there are direct buses to the airport or Parma. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. I turned left at a T-junction with lots of yachts. The beach there was quite small. I asked the uncle when I got back, and he said the beach was bigger if I turned right. By the way, the locks on their doors were hard to open. I found I needed both hands 😄😄 Left hand holding the lock, right hand inserting the key, both hands working together to turn it made it easy to open, but one hand just turning the key wouldn't work… Anyway, in Mallorca, you need to know your accommodation requirements. If you just want something clean, well-equipped, and reasonably priced, choose this place. If you want a place you'll love at first sight, you'll have to go somewhere several times more expensive…

Nice hotel, personal are kind and helpful. Room clean and tidy, unfortunately no fridge in the room or any other amenities than soap, it was in summer and there was air conditioning to cool down temperature. Unfortunately no breakfast or restaurant and a small pool, but overall clean and nice play to stay, around 11min walk to the beach.

It was nice small room. The bed was not stable enough . But it was ok to sleep. Big balcony. Klima also working. No noises.

It’s rather basic and not very close to the beach, a lot of hotels nearby. The staff is nice, the hotel is rather clean. The bathroom and furniture needed renovation.
Cozy area by the pool, to relax with a drink or a book.
A bit overpriced for the service and quality of accommodation it offers.

Exceptional service location is perfect pretty much a simple walk to beach and food locations and mainly activities
