Hotel Bari in Can Pastilla

Overall bad experience, checked into our room, toilet was left unflushed and the floor was dirty, very unhygienic. The second room we were given after complaining still had a dirty shower and rubbish left on the balcony. We Left after about 40 minutes however, were still charged for a full day as apparently if you stay longer than an hour you acquire a minimum charge of a full night. However when we showed proof of being there less than an hour this rule changed to applying immediately after check in, no matter how long you had been there. Also requested you leave the keys in the hotel when you go out which felt a bit strange. Do not recommend

I work for hospitality and I understand ética. Definitely understand this horror place is 2 stars,but work etic and respect is not there. No uniforms we don't know who we paying and they have scammed me already and even cancel my stay despite tell him them I will be there soon. Rooms are horrible, 1 toilet roll per 3 days stay so good luck. Bed sheets are used and for sure never washed until someone complaints. Floor is dirty bathroom smells. And looks like is more a alterne than a respectfully place. After 5 minutes came to the room and find this horror I told them about it and ask for refund. (Wich they gave back imediatamente but because I start recording) They inspected the room before they pay me wich I understand but the way he done was just walk see and looked outside the window and look for excuses. I walk 2 minutes to find a better hotel and same price clean room better breakfast. I recomend Hotel Balear it's 3 stars and it's clean and charges the same. !

This is probably the worst hotel on Mallorca.
There is very bad smell in the rooms and the toilet is not so much clean and it's terrible! If you want to use air condition, you have to pay 7€ per day. Never going there again!!!

I stayed at [Hotel Name] and had all my jewelry stolen from my room. The hotel management was completely unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility. Their security measures are inadequate, and the customer service is appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible Experience - Jewelry Stolen
I had an awful experience at hotel Bari in Mallorca. During my stay, all my jewelry was stolen from my room. I immediately reported it to the hotel management, but their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, the hotel took no responsibility and offered no compensation. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to their lack of security and poor customer service.

Very bad experience

- You need to pay extra to use air conditioning
- Bed tissues were damaged and dirty
- The guy at the reception asked lots of questions about my request of an extra pillow and took more than a day to give me it
- The guy at the reception was very impolite and came to bother me and my husband saying we could not eat in the tables in front of the hotel because we had bought it in another place. But the hotel has NO food to sell, so it makes no sense.
- The hotel and rooms are super ugly.

Worst hotel in my life

Nice personal, still it's a 2 star BB. Don't have air-conditioning, or TV, you have to pay all separated.
