We stayed here over the summer last year and we had a really nice time. The first time we were given a wheelchair friendly room and so we asked to changed which the staff happily accommodated. There are two pools but it could get busy during peak times. We tried the food at the restaurants and the drinks too which were really nice. The breakfast was very poor. There was hardly anywhere to sit and the food was awful. The hot buffet was lukewarm and poorly stocked, no glasses for orange juice, coffee machines out of beans and overall a bad experience. Rooms felt quite basic, there wasn’t any way to cool them so we slept for three nights with the balcony door open.

I requested a refund for 1 night as I had to get an early flight back as my mum got took into hospital I didn't stay but the hotel would not refund I've stayed before at tgis hotel and was ok

Beautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. The room is quite big, the transportation is OK, there is a bus downstairs. The service is OK. Because I wanted to change the bed type, I asked the front desk after one night and they gave me a new room. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Science City. I came to this hotel for my anniversary with my partner and the service from the hotel staff was just amazing! The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast had a huge variety and was delicious, and the location was pretty central. Would definitely recommend.

A real 4 stars hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the service were outstanding. The people of staff were always kind, friendly and available. In the room we found slippers, bath kit and a super soft robe. Special mention for the breakfast: great variety and quality. They also give you beach towels if you need. We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

Visited the Hotel Cimbel Benidorm in November for the fiesta. From the moment we stepped in to the reception area I knew the hotel would be a grt holiday. The hotel has a good location with convenient access to public transportation—metro, tram, and bus stops are all within easy walking distance. However, there were several disappointing aspects to my stay. The sauna and pool facilities didn't match the advertised photos. Room cleaning was hit & miss, some days cleaning done, other days just towels changed. Entertainment was poor, not much variety in the evening unless you just want ballroom dancing. We didn't have water and weren't informed it would happen. The reception smelled horribly of sweat at night, and there was no coffee maker in the room. Very well located. The shower was tiny, you could barely fit.

Not far from the airport or city center, and there's a subway station right downstairs with a large supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. The staff were also quite friendly. However, I think the air conditioning in the room isn't working so well, probably because the hotel is a bit old.

Stayed here on a Sunday night. Everywhere was closed and we could only go to a Carrefour a short drive away. The room is spacious but the bathtub was a little dangerous because the shower screen couldn't open fully so I could only slip in from the end. But end of the bathtub is curved and when it is wet is is extra slippery. I nearly slipped and fell. Overall still an okay stay.

We booked a junior suite. Good sized room. There is a kettle but no teabags to make tea! The bed was comfortable. The cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Everything was just luke warm. Plenty of choice with pastries which were nice. This hotel is well worth the money for couple of nights stay. Great location. Friendly staff.

Brilliant place staff was excellent

My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. Was a bit of a walk to the main strip and the old town but we were prepared for this and would definitely stay here again.
