We had a great time in Benidorm (2.-9.8) hotel was great , stuff on reception was so gently and professional, stuff in restaurant, too. The food was fantastic, we had 3 meals, and really, so much choises for eating, salads, meats, fishes, vegetables, fruits, cakes, creams, I recommend this hotel because is on fantastic location, too... Great location, pretty much next to the old town and less than 10 minutes to the beach front. Contemporary feel to the hotel. Didn't eat there, but had a few drinks, that were cheap for hotel prices.

My Husband and l stayed for a week at the Voramar hotel , and would certainly recommend it to anyone. Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean. Staff all very friendly. Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Our room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was a delight, served in an airy dining room with comfortable furnishings. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout offering good advice regarding trips and local sights. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

After a bad encounter with an airbnb, I was scrambling to find somewhere else to stay and got recommended here last minute and I’m really glad I did. Ana was super welcoming, reassured me of my safety and offered to help in any way she could. We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes. Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc. And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. Prices are really good for the amount of service and convenience that you get.

Overall, the room was clean, and the hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the city centre. However, there was no air conditioning control, and the soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring room, which affected the comfort of the stay.

This hotel has a good central location. Other than that…. Not so much. Room was dated but the real issue is very poor maintenance, such as soap build up on bathtub, silicone joints on bidets gone, poorly solid shower heads, no electrical outlet near night table (only behind TV). Noise: you can hear ppl walking by hallway, doors opening and closing, ppl talking.. not such a quiet good night sleep here...

It’s very centrally located in Alicante which is good; it’s a bit old but has charm.  It’s good value for money. The breakfast was OK, sufficient.

Room was big, bright, and spotlessly clean, as indeed was the whole hotel. Excellent friendly staff, and excellent location. However, as I have some mobility issues, a handrail on the 3 steps and/or short steep slope necessary to get to the lift would have been a great help. However, this is a minor fault and doesn’t detract from my overall 5* marking.

Newly renovated hotel with huge garden and pool. The spa is fantastic (it has a super cold ice bath, 2 saunas and 2 pools) and the dinner is also great. The breakfast was also good - it could be even better if they offered fresh coffee too. We will be back, thank you!

My husband and I loved our 13 nights stay at SERAWA. The staff was very professional, kind and caring. The breakfast buffet was great. We especially enjoyed their Christmas lunch and New Year's Eve dinner specials. The location of the hotel is ideal.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I had the best beach view and the best thing is that the beach is just in front of you. It has a great pool and the food is very good. It has a great variety of things to do. The staff is nice and there is a parking next to the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is that you can see the beach at all time and that it’s super close.

An excellent stay in the heart of Valencia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were small but modern and comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views and some excellent wine. The room was exactly as booked and shown in the pictures on the site. It was clean, reasonably spacious. A separate toilet and shower. Plenty of storage. Cleaned/refreshed daily. It was quiet both inside & outside.

First time in Alicante we weren’t sure what to expect but this hotel was great! The staff were so nice and the room was perfect. Also the bar upstairs had such fun drinks! Breakfast was great every morning, we especially loved the fancy Nespresso machines and the chocolate donuts hehe. Truly enjoy the stay in a well-maintained apartment with good amenities and in a good location. Double-glazing windows helped to dampen the street noise during busy period. Host is very responsive to questions.

The hotel is located close to the old town [full of character] and not far from the superb sandy beaches. The hotel is superbly clean throughout, the staff are most friendly and helpful and as a major plus was the superb and large variety of food at breakfast and evening meal. Even the drinks were fairly priced and we most definitely will stay at this hotel again.

Food was good,rooms were clean, not a long walk to the beach every morning. Staff were always helpful and polite. Overal good relaxing easter break.

Nice hotel in the old town 5 minutes from the beach, the rooms are very clean with toiletries provided the pool area is clean , and the staff are very friendly I am full board but you can do all food options l am here at the minute eating lunch the food is very good with enough options to suit anyone I'm in room 111 on the first floor facing the pool. Enjoy

14 nights here. Room ok. Never air con and heater Thankgod as was very cold a few days.Heaps of hot water and nice to have a bath and shower.all Staff lovely. We enjoyed the food 9 times out of 10. Great location, hotel and rooms very clean. Lots of variety at mealtimes, bottle of wine available with meals. Starting with our booking in, the reception staff was very helpful. All the staff were very pleasant and gave service with a real smile! We stayed for 5 nights in February, but I would imagine the outdoor seating area would be busy in summer months
