Hotel is good but the decoration for the breakfast area is really bad. Especially if you have kids. Why are there XXL pictures of naked people? Looks satanic. —— They came back to me and had a very open feedback culture. I came to this hotel for my anniversary with my partner and the service from the hotel staff was just amazing! The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast had a huge variety and was delicious, and the location was pretty central. Would definitely recommend.

A real 4 stars hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the service were outstanding. The people of staff were always kind, friendly and available. In the room we found slippers, bath kit and a super soft robe. Special mention for the breakfast: great variety and quality. They also give you beach towels if you need. Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week, the it's located about 3 miles from benidorm so nice am quite but only 1 problem the lack of public transport if you want to go anywhere, so if you need to travel it'll be taxi everywhere unless you have a car.

Very pleasant, clean, and I highly recommend the hotel's restaurant. The dishes are simple but very good, and the 20€ set menu (starter + main + dessert) is excellent value, unlike other restaurants in the area which are expensive and not very good. The pool was a bit cold at the end of April, but that's a minor detail.

The rooms are quite new and modern, which is great if you're driving as there's plenty of parking. Plus, all the major supermarkets are right next door.

The room has a balcony, which was lovely for a drink in the evening as it wasn't too hot. Breakfast was plentiful, and it's not far from the airport – about a 10-minute taxi ride. I was very satisfied with this stay.

Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by. The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast, but it was the first room where I had to wait for water to cool down instead of waiting for it to heat up. I also missed a fridge or kettle. But I liked the beds and the pillows were perfect. The skybar is great to visit as well and have a nice drink with a great view.

Hotel with good location. Spacious room and good breakfast with lots of choice . My recent stay there was no WiFi for 24 hours , everybody needs WiFi these days when travelling. The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

The bedrooms are spotless and very comfortable and the sea views change from one hour to another. Its the perfect relaxing refreshing hotel to unwind and enjoy a well deserved holiday. We will be back.

Great Family Hotel Lots of kids and lots of pool games.

Clean, good sized rooms and comfortable. Location is ideal and good access to beaches; shops and restaurants. Market is outside once a week, easy access to national park also. Local airport is about 20 min drive and Valencia is about 1hr 20 away; no specific parking, but it is easy to park on the side streets behind hotel - don't leave car on the sea front near the hotel Mon / Tues as there is a market...
