I stayed here for 5 nights as a solo parent travelling with three children. We booked via easyjet holidays. 1 - arrival was great bus transfer with beni express no issues. Nice welcome from the hotel. We arrived late though meaning we had missed dinner. A small sandwich offering would have been a good gesture instead We had to find somewhere to eat as soon as we got there. Second day was the new years...

The staff in the dining area were all very friendly and hard working but sadly it goes downhill from here. The room was okay but a little tired in places (Aircon unit dripped onto bed, TV very old). What an amazing hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great choice of food. The showers are amazing and oh my God the views are beautiful. We have stayed at many other hotels in benidorm but for us this is by far the best one. Good location right next to the beach and easy access to the main town.

This hotel deserves more than 3*. Check in was seamless. Great location with views across Benidorm. Rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and the shower was really good plus nice fluffy towels. This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. The hotel customer service is excellent, especially the lady in the first picture; she was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! I'll recommend this hotel to my friends if they go to Valencia.

Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by. The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast, but it was the first room where I had to wait for water to cool down instead of waiting for it to heat up. I also missed a fridge or kettle. But I liked the beds and the pillows were perfect. The skybar is great to visit as well and have a nice drink with a great view.

A Great little hotel. I booked at last minute and normally stay in an apartment in Benidorm. I was not disappointed. Clean, Tidy and well presented Hotel. We had room service each day, clean towels each day. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast choice was really good with lots of hot and cold options. Highly recommended! We spent three nights over New Year's Eve at the hotel. This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Our room was large and roomy. It was right in the middle of everything - restaurants, bars, grocery store, bus stop, parking lot and attractions. Had a short 4 day break at Mont-Park in Benidorm, the hotel is in a great location with the beach within a short walk, the Old Town was a flat walk about 15-20 minutes. You get what you pay for really. Rooms clean and cleaned everyday. Pool was lovely, nice small hotel so not too busy. Great location - close to the strip and all main restaurants/bars. Entertainment is no good but there’s so much going on elsewhere we didn’t stay in for that. We paid for breakfast - food quality was a big let down. Would stay here again though for the price.

Booked 4 nights 3 days, Full board at the Beginning of December. The Hotel is basically fine, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the Food was acceptable. It was very reasonably priced and I don't have any complaints. I did jump in the pool and swam one length. It was freezing. The hotel is good enough that I would go back. For the money it was great.

Pool and outside beautiful, Rooms are tired as you can see, some rooms small with no balcony or views but you can pay at reception for a from facing and view room if needed and wanted. We only used the spa. 1 hour circuit. The hotel is very clean and modern, right on the beach front. The spa is small but perfectly adequate. Nice warm temperature and everything works and it's never crowded. We've been twice and most definitely will go again.

Excellent Marriott hotel set on a golf course. I wasn't there for the golf but the hotel is within a short drive a multiple towns. The hotel has plenty of room both in your room and the public areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are great quality.

I arrived in late June. The days were sunny and the nights were breezy. The hotel was fantastic! It's just across the street from the beach, and there are poolside performances in the evenings. There's a bar and an infinity pool on the rooftop. If you're coming for a vacation, you can book a room that includes two or three meals a day. What a lovely stay in Alicante.Came here for 5 nights with my partner. Fantastic location close to local buses and trams, short walk from the beach and restaurants. Hotel was very clean with daily cleaning service, staff was friendly, breakfast had plenty of options although on one occasion we had to wait for available table but it didn’t take long. Would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms are better than pictured. Honestly very very nicely designed. Great room amenities too. The staff have been great, attentive and friendly. The gym is average, or below average but fine. The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.

Great hotel with a luxerious feeling. Everything you need and good service. A little far out of the cetre. Recommended if you have transport, like a car or bike.

Room was a great size, with tea, coffee and mini bar provided. Reception staff helpful but we had to wait until 3 pm to check in. Location not great, residential area 45 minute walk into town

We stayed here for a week in June , at first I was worried because there was work going on , but it was okay me and my husband enjoyed watching the trucks coming and going to the site we especially enjoyed catching the bus to the old and new town of benidorm , we found the room lovely and clean , the cleaners worked really hard , the reception staff were very professional and we were checked in quickly...

Comfy rooms, helpful staff, delicious food. Location could be better - uphill walks required. Go for a frontal sea view room if you can!

Really nice hotel we stayed for 4 days. Food was really good with a great selection especially at breakfast 😋 and the pool outside was excellent 👌. Only downside is the lack of English at reception, some didn't understand anything i said which made life difficult & the beach is a long trek not great in 30+ degrees and a long walk uphill to the hotel. Overall a lovely hotel!
