Hotel brilliant, rooms large with good sized balcony and immaculate all round. Breakfast OK and catered very much for the Spanish. We were on the 4th floor road side and found it very noisy both day and night (all night) not the hotels fault but the vicinity of the hotel which may put us off from returning. Staff brilliant.

The hotel is located close to the old town [full of character] and not far from the superb sandy beaches. The hotel is superbly clean throughout, the staff are most friendly and helpful and as a major plus was the superb and large variety of food at breakfast and evening meal. Even the drinks were fairly priced and we most definitely will stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is good but the decoration for the breakfast area is really bad. Especially if you have kids. Why are there XXL pictures of naked people? Looks satanic. —— They came back to me and had a very open feedback culture. The room was bright and the king-size bed was soft and comfortable, although two beds pushed together would be a bit small. The hotel staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel has a great location in the bustling city center, very close to the British Department Store, and there are shopping malls nearby that are within walking distance. The environment is nice, and the service is good, but the facilities are a bit old.

A large , clean and quite room, just what we needed for one night

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Silvia and Joan in the spa reception. Joan showed us all the options in the circuit of the Spa and left us to enjoy 90 minutes of relaxation in the beautiful area. Then came the 50 minutes oriental massage which was heavenly. Great stay att a nice hotel in a wonderful location. The Marconi offers a bit of a familiar feeling and really good breakfast. A few meters from the beach and everything else just a couple of steps away. The staff is friendly and they helped us in finding the absolutely best pastry we've ever tasted. The entrance and exit of the hotel's underground parking lot is on a one-way street, so you need to drive a few streets to get in! Our favourite hotel! Absolutely spotless, smells so fresh and clean. Breakfast is the best ever and the service is second to none. My only little snag is that it can get a little noisy outside in the early hours of the morning, in our experience loud Spanish men who have had a few too many!!

I would certainly stay here again, location is perfect, right in the old part of the city, super walkable and not loud. Rooms are nice, we had a small issue with a smell in our room but Patricia at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of it even personally helping move our stuff. The breakfast is great and the bar is very nice and lively. Would definitely recommend.

We had a LOVELY experience at Hotel Marques House. The location is amazing, as you can walk anywhere in Central Valencia. The staff was amazing, but I cannot compliment Patricia enough for her wonderful service. We had an issue with our room and it was taken care of as soon as the hotel could accommodate. As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. Having stayed at the Cabana several times now, I can find little fault. The location is good. The rooms would benefit from updating but are large with ample storage.
