Booked a couple of rooms here for family for Christmas. Popped in earlier in the year to speak to staff and found them very helpful. Rooms were large and great views over the beach. Visited the Hotel Cimbel Benidorm in November for the fiesta. From the moment we stepped in to the reception area I knew the hotel would be a grt holiday. Pleasant room with a good view, only stayed one night but all good.

Room is very nice, however if it faces the street you will hear cars, people and music at night. Very nice shower facilities. Service is very good, many breakfast options but just one coffee machine which can get busy. Lunch options are good however if you don't want fish options you'll need to plan ahead with the staff for buffet service. Pool area is very nice.

A place you want to stay in A really fantastic please. The parking is not always easy, but the service and the Personel are nice, attentive. The food is good and the rooms are comfortable.

The location is perfect, and the restaurant staff are really nice. The reception staff were also nice except one evening the sauna didn't work and the young lady got a bit annoyed when I asked when it will be fixed. I thus could not use the sauna during my stay here. The food doesn't have any vegan and very few vegetarian options but other than this everything else was good.

My husband and I are staying at this hotel for the third time. We particularly enjoy the great location, fantastic breakfast on the beach, friendly staff, and excellent room service. The deluxe rooms upstairs are spacious, but unfortunately, the bathrooms are a bit dated; we prefer the modern shower to the old bathtub. All in all we feel very comfortable hier and will recommend this hotel to our friends

The hotel is very well located, n the apartment large however the cleanliness was minimum, from the first day the floor was very dirty which I could tell from the bottom of my socks, the bathrooms need a total reform, the apartment was quiet as it was out of season and perfect for access to lots of attractions in the old town.

Brilliant place staff was excellent

My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. Was a bit of a walk to the main strip and the old town but we were prepared for this and would definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel! The location is excellent, it's right next to the central downtown area and I got to do lots of exploring every day. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned well daily. Only issue I had was the controller for the lights didn't leave a lot of flexibility, would've preferred more individualized controls for each light.

The property is a little dated and my room was very basic, but it was very clean and any requests were dealt with very politely and quickly.

Property needs a re-vamp, but it was clean throughout, the gentleman who booked us in was great, friendly and polite. The room was clean, crisp white bed linen, toilet and shower also very clean, the price we paid for one night was very competitive too. Only one restaurant nearby so that was disappointing.

Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. We've been coming here for a decade and everything has been great. We haven't stopped recommending this establishment. Until today, I ended up having an unnecessary argument with the receptionist and an employee (I think they're new this season). It was a very unpleasant situation. At this point, with the unprofessional practices I've seen, I don't think I'd come back again.

After a bad encounter with an airbnb, I was scrambling to find somewhere else to stay and got recommended here last minute and I’m really glad I did. This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby. And the old town is approximately a 20 minute none strenuous walk away. Plenty of sun loungers to top up your tan top.

We stayed here for two nights based on reviews, however we felt it was in the middle of nowhere. Had to wait an hour for a bus into town. Beautiful clean room, received an upgrade from being a Silver perks holder. Pool amazing with Pink café and views of the salt lakes. Enjoyed all my meals in the restaurant along with many cappuccinos and Sangrias! All staff from Reception to the top floor and lovely ladies cleaning rooms very polite, efficient and friendly.
