I had a great stay here for four nights. It is a very cozy place perferctly located between the old city, the city of arts and science and the beach. The hotel is also easy to reach from the airport by the metro. Only downside I can think of are the loud room doors during the closing process as some other guests mentioned it on Google. I really enjoyed my stay here! I had the best beach view and the best thing is that the beach is just in front of you. It has a great pool and the food is very good. A large , clean and quite room, just what we needed for one night

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Silvia and Joan in the spa reception. Joan showed us all the options in the circuit of the Spa and left us to enjoy 90 minutes of relaxation in the beautiful area. Then came the 50 minutes oriental massage which was heavenly. Fabulous hotel and staff... especially Miguel Angel.. reception staff excellent..they help you with everything....decent standard of food.. exceptionaly clean...perfect location for old town..we love this hotel and have just returned from a 9 night stay...I hope we are lucky enough to go again.

Stayed 1406 10th November 4nights. Good view of the croo lit up at night and the island. Food good not Michelin but we eat well at Breakfast and evening meal. Staff i found helpful and polite. The staff in the dining area were all very friendly and hard working but sadly it goes downhill from here. The room was okay but a little tired in places (Aircon unit dripped onto bed, TV very old). The pool now has a cover on so to swim you need a swimming cap. Just home after another wonderful stay at the Riviera Beach .. this Hotel just keeps on getting better !! We were nervous around visiting for St Patricks Day .. Wow what a place check in lady was amazing room spotless and great shower , towels changed and bedding every day if wanted .The food was best ever had at a hotel so much choice and quality food , think I put half stone on , terrace bar great fantastic prices and suntrap .The riviera music lounge was great as well great acts and again great prices deffo be back .Right near shops bars and local amenities

Our 3rd stay here, always enjoyable. The staff are all lovely & give excellent service in restaurant, outdoor bar & reception. Good excellent quality & choice much better than many 4 stars we have stayed.
