Nice rooms, friendly staff, great location close to the beach and many possibilities of free parking nearby (mid-June). I would only appreciate some raw vegetables for breakfast as there was none and highlight that depending on the season, the sun might not be shining on the pool after 5:30 pm which is a pity.

4 days stay The hotel seems new. The room has a good size but the beds are little hard for me. Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks. The floors are not carpeted, so if other guests are moving around furniture in the middle of the night, you will hear it :-) Staff was excellent and all else really great. Would love to return.

We have been there a week. The hotel is simple, but we were very comfortable. Of the rooms I would highlight the beds, they are very comfortable. The food is good and the staff very friendly. I wouldn't mind repeating next summer.

The rooms are okay, nothing special and a bit small, as well as the shower being narrow. All of them have a balcony with views to the pool. Service is good. They gave us clean towels every day and made the beds. There's is air conditioning on the rooms, a wardrobe, tv (which you have to pay a deposit of 30€ to get the remote) a mini fridge and a desk. Hotel’s clean and location is awesome. But I had a problem with shower room.

The building is very compact, and the rooms are simply designed. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. The hotel was perfectly located and clean. Just the lifts took really long to get down. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was located on the 8th floor and the other on the 5th floor. Sometimes it took us 10 min to get down as 1 of the elevator was broken. The pool was small but good. If you go at 10 when it opens its not busy at all

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Very friendly staff and speaks English. Clean hotel with all amenities. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA in the hotel. Nearby is a beautiful park, museums and the largest oceanarium in Europe. The sea is 15 minutes by transport.

Actually chose the wrong hotel, however its not too far from Albir centre, a bit of a hill to climb on your return journey, but over all ok. Lovely beautifully presented hotel with large spacious rooms and a good selection for food available to half board residents. The staff were also extremely friendly and kind to us, speaking fluent English and Spanish. They helped us order taxis, get new room keys when they deactivated and were just generally nice. Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. Every thing was faultless. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated. No English TV unfortunately. The cost was cheaper than some of the other popular hotels in Benidorm.

I paid €77 for a room (Travelling alone) Including breakfast which I thought was very reasonable. Booked here for a lads holiday. All the staff were really friendly & went the extra mile for you, nothing was too much. I didn't pay for a safe but his our cash. Unfortunately, I realised I'd left it and rang the hotel from the Airport. They went to my room and found the money and saved it for a friend to collect. £2380 was all returned to me in full. Ty for your staff honesty.

The hotel is in a really good position. Parking nearby is expensive though, €23 for up to 24 hours. Breakfast was great although an extra cost of €15 per person. There didn't appear to be anywhere really downstairs to sit. No sofas, just a small restaurant. Room was very clean. Duvet was a bit weird as it was sandwiched between too sheets so a bit annoying in the night! Overall a good experience.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Service beats other luxury hotels in Valencia we have stayed in. Restaurant food well above expectations. Was the only hotel that was able to offer us a room during the Monday Blackout despite losing all systems power. Staff were exceptional and very helpful during the Blackout period. Comfortable clean bed, very friendly staff, but the hotel was undergoing renovation and the ventilation was not set to a lower temperature, so I opened the window at night, it was stuffy in the room. But in the morning I heard renovation work from the street.

Rooms are nice and clean. But this place is woefully understaffed. Endless waiting time at reception. Pool frequently opens after 11 am, no idea why. Wifi is sloooow. They charge 10 euros for 40 minutes of Spa which most hotels just include for free. Mixed feelings about this.

Best experience ever! We have stayed here before and loved it! We were so excited to go back but we had to cancel our reservation with the hotel because my 82 year old mother fell and hurt herself.
