Been coming to benidorm for years and love the servigroup hotels. Our favorite being calypso but fancied a change. The Venus doesn’t disappoint. No space, no shelves, no wardrobe, no shower enclosure, the entire bathroom floor stays wet.

Location is not good if you want to be near any attractions. The small room is modern decor and has all you need, and the hotel provides a ticket for a welcome drink at the bar.(small prosecco). Check in took 15 minutes, and we were only ones there. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside as it is on a major street and it is noisy.

Stayed at this hotel recently and it does exactly what you need for a lively Benidorm break. Great central location close to the beach and nightlife, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s expected given the area. Overall, great value for a fun stay.

Poor location and average level of services (whilst the room rate has nearly doubled in the last 7 years) ; the only advantage is the rooftop pool but considering the rates these days for the level of service and amenities (you have to beg to get a few coffee sachets in the room, no water bottle etc.), I won't go back.

Stop by at Benidorm and travel to Altea, this hotel is good as a middle point. It's convenient to get to the highway to Altea. The direction for the hotel car park is not clear.

Staff are lovely. Straight up the main road to the beach, about €5-6 for a taxi. It was equivalent to a Premier Inn in the UK. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast. Pool and rooftop was nice. Bar staff were friendly and put the football on when I asked. First drop on the coach from the airport, 2nd last pick up on the way back to the airport.

Had alot of teething problems at the start of our visit where lots of things went wrong. But hotel really really tried to put things right with some superb staff. Especially "Super" Oscar at the bar and Mayte who helped us sort our taxis for the day. As well as our fabulous shuttle bus driver (sorry cant remember his name) who was really awesome.

We stayed here over the summer last year and we had a really nice time. The first time we were given a wheelchair friendly room and so we asked to changed which the staff happily accommodated. There are two pools but it could get busy during peak times. We tried the food at the restaurants and the drinks too which were really nice. The breakfast was very poor. There was hardly anywhere to sit and the food was awful. The hot buffet was lukewarm and poorly stocked, no glasses for orange juice, coffee machines out of beans and overall a bad experience. Rooms felt quite basic, there wasn’t any way to cool them so we slept for three nights with the balcony door open.

Excellent facilities, lovely suite / apartment. To use the kitchen facilities in the suite there is a local charge of around 15 euro per day. This includes fridge / freezer, microwave, grill, fan oven, toaster, pots, pans plates, cutlery etc. The sea view from the suite is amazing.

The room was bright and the king-size bed was soft and comfortable, although two beds pushed together would be a bit small. The hotel staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. It's conveniently located near major attractions and transport links, making it easy to get around. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.

The hotel has a great location in the bustling city center, very close to the British Department Store, and there are shopping malls nearby that are within walking distance. The environment is nice, and the service is good, but the facilities are a bit old.

The hotel is quite old, and after checking in, I noticed the bathroom mirror light kept flickering. The repair team responded quickly, but it broke again as soon as I left the room. 🤣 The view from the window was nice, and the two windows (one inside, one outside) provided good sound insulation.
