Good hotel for spending a few days with friends
The only thing I didn't like was the bed. Very, very hard, and you can feel the springs. A very old mattress.
Good 4 star hotel more suitable for business.. location is just a couple of minutes away from Valencia expo center.. room are ok spacious.. not so many shops and restaurants in the area. Recommend is you have work in the expo center .. the sound insulation needs some improvement you can hear people in the hotel hallways
Nice hotel with very friendly staff
I recently stayed at Port Feria Hotel in Valencia and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, check-in was smooth, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The room (404) was clean and comfortable, offering everything needed for a short stay. However, I would like to mention one issue that needs attention — the bathroom requires some maintenance. The shower area seems...
Nice rooms with helpful staff. We stayed at the end of September and heat was not available in the individual rooms. The location of the hotel is tucked away with little to no available restaurant options or amenities.

Very clean. Great location with a bus stop right outside to take you to the centre or the old town. Room was great, comfy bed and good shower. Would definitely stay here again
While the room was impressively clean and featured a lovely balcony view, the sleeping arrangements were a major letdown. The "double bed" was actually two singles pushed together with 2 separate mattresses, and because they were on wheels, they constantly moved apart during the night!
Great location for a beach holiday, but it's a bit far from the city center. However, public transport is very convenient.
Got the room towards the back (It has a large balcony, but the sea view is really just very partial) Still, the room, was spotless clean. Beds were ok comfy, not great, not terrible. Bathroom was newly renovated, very nice shower. Aircon (for heating) worked very well. No fridge (just for those really wanting one) Location is good, 5min from Tram stops, 3min from the beach. Overall, a solid no nonsense...
Good place, actually only thing that brings the score down is the lack of isolation in the rooms. Especially the showers/toilets. If i lay in bed and have the shower door open it's like u have ur neighbour's inside ur room... And the breakfast is very basic but still OK.
The hotel was fine and in a good location near to the beach. However, my elderly and disabled mum who was in a wheelchair struggled as they only had a single disabled room on a separate floor to all of us even though she needed our assistance. She struggled with the steps up to the dining area which was more like a school canteen. When she felt weak one morning and couldn’t eat her breakfast, she took...

Great service from the concierge staff, pretty close to the city centre, however, no bottled water is provided in the room which I’d expect a four star hotel to have this in the room
Centrally located, just about 7-8 minutes walk from the train station. The hotel was clean, the lobby is nicely decorated. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and the bathroom was also quite large. Breakfast was good, wide selection of sweet and savory food. No big issues, only minor ones: The wifi was weak, we often lost the signal. The rooms are mainly sound proof but you can hear your neighbors...
Great centrally located hotel. Mid range 4 star. Comfy rooms. Service mediocre to good, depending on the staff member. Would definitely return for the central location.
This is a nice hotel to start exploring Valencia. Th hotel is close to the old city (just across the street). But the hotel is located in a quit street. The roms are nice. But a 4-star room? Almost. It is in the small details. Like having real glasses in stead of carton-cups. A plastic chair in the room. Just does not do the 4 star-rating. Breakfast is decent, sometimes the warm buffet was more cold...
Great hotel, big room, beautiful decoration. Good location! They also help you store ur luggage before u can check in.
I had a nice weekend stay at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised how quick the check-in was. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, which made the stay especially comfortable. The location is excellent, with bus and metro stations just nearby, and the historic part of the city easily reachable on foot. One small area for improvement...

Nice basic hotel. Great location. Staff have access to free parking on site and guests have to find limited street parking. Reception shouted at us for parking in large staff parking next to entrance and told us to drive out in the street and park 200m away.
Food was plentiful with a good variety but not hot enough. No facility for re-warming if allowed. Unfortunately the lounge was shut off due to restrictions but I feel that could of been managed better with limited seating and adequately spaced out. Pool was good but not open long enough. It was only open from 11am until 2pm. When the guard left the pool the pool was out of use. Not much use for an...
Simple clean rooms nice location although not right on the beach but certainly walkimg distance. Dated but not worn out. Mostly 55+ year old guests though..paradise for older folks with evening entertainment for them around the pool in the evening.
I've been staying at this hotel for twenty years or so and have never been disappointed. The staff are helpful, everywhere is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. It's a SPANISH HOTEL so if you want chicken and chips every day then you'll be disappointed. On the other hand if you want real Spanish food with a huge choice for lunch and dinner then this is the place for you.
Convenient location near the beach and shops. Comfortable beds, basic but clean bedrooms. Would have appreciated more healthy food for breakfast.

Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. Rooms were well appointed and nicely cleaned daily. Location was a little away from the livelier part of Benidorm but handy for Old Town an Poniente beach. All in all a good hotel and would stay again
Excellent hotel. Great variety at breakfast. Hotel is located in a quiet area next to the police station. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great customer service. Everyone friendly from check-in to check out. Highly recommended.
Me and my 6 year old son had a fabulous stay. We arrived before the checked in time and was no problem. Supper friendly staff, actually terrific and hospitable staff! Feb 2026. Nice hotel. Small, clean, quiet. The food is pretty good with lots of variety, loads of veggie choices and a fairly quiet dining hall. Generally people seem quite respectful. I can only share my experiences of the restaurant, which was absolutely phenomenal. Excellent food and the service was brilliant, with reasonably priced meals in a pristine and relaxed environment. The waitress Brook was very friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well catered for. Thank you very much 👍🏻 I highly recommend!
Very good hotel with excellent service, only breakfast is a bit poor.
The hotel is very comfortably furnished and located right in the center of Alicante. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel features an intimate pool and an excellent rooftop with a stunning view of the castle. The Fondillon restaurant offers tasty food at reasonable prices. The breakfasts are varied and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Quite pricey for Alicante but lovely room and fab roof top pool (heated) overlooking Santa Barbara castle. Minibar / fridge, kettle and coffeemaker, UK etc TV channels. Very nice staff (a special shout out to Cristina). Only thing missing for me was a bar. Apparently there's one up top but closed when we went. The cosy library would be perfect spot for one. Welcomed with a fresh glass of Cava and Ivan was very helpful with an amazing sense of humour. Room and facilities were amazing. Can't wait to stay again.

Fantastic location, right on seafront but limited views due to hotel next door. Ten minutes walk from historic old town on seafront. Lovely promenade. Good facilities with newer sister hotel. Only downside was the doors which had to be slammed to close properly and that reverberated through building.

We stayed at the Hotel Alameda during Easter week as part of our third visit to Benidorm, and I have to say this place really impressed us. Had a 3 night stay at this hotel. The location is really great and central to everything. The superior room was spacious and had a separate lounge area but could do with renovating. Entertainment is no good but there’s so much going on elsewhere we didn’t stay in for that. We paid for breakfast - food quality was a big let down. Would stay here again though for the price.

Highly recommended! We spent three nights over New Year's Eve at the hotel. Excellent location, right next to Plaza de Ayuntamiento, but at the same time very quiet as the hotel is in a side street and the windows are very well soundproof. Friendly and efficient staff. Car park accessible from the lobby. Beautiful room with terrace (Deluxe room), very good housekeeping.
Great location, highly recommend!
It's an older hotel, with great photos. Rooms are old fashioned and our faced a blank wall courtyard with noisy exhaust. There's better options for the price. Don't understand all the great reviews.
Amazing location, walkable to main sites around ciutat vella. The staff is accommodating, and the rooms are okay. Nice spacious bathrooms, comfy bed. Just some rooms have a very ugly view on the back of the hotel with some beat up houses giving a favela vibe, hence the 4 stars.
This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Our room was large and roomy. It was right in the middle of everything - restaurants, bars, grocery store, bus stop, parking lot and attractions. A little longer (about 10 mins) walk to the laundromat. The staff was awesome! They were all very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was nice with a large variety. I would definitely stay here...

The hotel restaurant staff Valentina and Ivan truly went above and beyond to make our experience special and make us feel completely at home. No question was too difficult and no request was ever too much — they handled everything with exceptional kindness, warmth, and professionalism. Both were incredibly welcoming and, above all, genuinely attentive to every detail and all of our needs. Their outstanding...
Its been a wonderful experience in Daniya Alicante. The staff are very pleasant and ready to help at all times. Valentina was really helpful, she was all over the place ensuring our comfort at dinner times. The hotel is very tidy and in a good location.
Good priced , clean place , nicely located. Very accommodating. Only issue we encountered is the canteen staff did not speak English and with our full board chosen as an extra it was buffet at times and ordering from the menu and times, so with the language barrier it just made things abit difficult. If it had a buffet for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place would be perfect for a get away...
