Clean spacious room. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Parking off site is available for a charge. Able to unload the car outside the hotel was an advantage as the car park was too far away. Close to the old town.

This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage...

The room had no proper window which you could look through, but was in central location and clean. Overall, I was happy with the reception, the bathroom and anything else I needed. I stayed for a night in Benidorm.

We regularly visit this hotel and on every occasion, our stay has been consistently excellent and the best value for money. We have a Cockapoo dog who is also made to feel welcome with a bed, bowls and a small treat. Alannia Guardamar is a great site to visit. The staff are friendly as are many of the campers from other countries. The facilities are clean and well-maintained and any events are advertised in plenty of time. A good holiday is guaranteed!

I love Alannia Guardamar. Over many years I have experienced good and not-so-good meals in the restaurant, but the meal we had recently surpassed them all. Recommended by Vicente we enjoyed a shared mixed salad followed by the most delicious seafood paella. Totally wonderful. Both the food and the service were excellent.

We ate Paella at the restaurant, which was recommended by Vinicent. The meal was absolutely DELICIOUS. We will be going back again.

Very comprehensive site, plenty to do. You need transport to go anywhere, limited walking areas. Excellent toilet/shower facilities.

Although we didn't stay the campsite was impressive with a variety of cabins and caravans. There was a painting class going on in the main building. Everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves.

Except the pool on the roof, everything was very good, the food and cleanliness were phenomenal, I loved the foam party, the cleanliness was very good, the restaurant was very clean and varied, the views of the hotel are not very good. It only faced a narrow street but generally everything was fine, but they didn't give me the all-inclusive option and it's one of the things I always look for.

Came for a wedding and stayed for 4 nights. The food while not horrible, is not something I would say is even okay. Only thing that i enjoyed were the watermelons. Now it was late so not sure if this is the standard quality.

The stay was nice. Views are gorgeous and the pool was beautiful. Service was good and the rooms were clean but we did have a few hiccups getting everyone to get into their rooms requiring multiple trips to the front desk.

I didn't stay in the hotel, but I came to the rooftop bar quite often in summer, and every time two bartenders were trying their best to spoil my evening. They were rude, never smiled (especially the older guy), they almost spoiled my birthday there. Thay have no idea what good service is. Yeah, and the prices were higher than the normal ones. Brilliant staff, fab breakfast, lovely to find out they have a roof terrace with hot tub. Clean rooms with a king size comfy bed and great power shower. The only small negative was the windows aren’t sound proof so unfortunately we were woken up by a bit of noise on one night in the early hours.

My second time stopping at RH Canfali and it won't be my last. This occasion was a 5 night stay with my wife and it was perfect. Christian on reception is a real asset to the hotel. Great location but a lot of noise at night due the bins being emptied. I was very disappointed after advising two different reception staff that my shower had flooded the bathroom and water made its way to outside my room still nothing was done. I had to use towels to soak up the water and had neighbours knocking on my door. Shower was not fixed so was unable to use the following day 😢

This hotel is underrated in many ways. The rooms are completely renovated, and I actually love how they preserve the "classic" style of a hotel in many ways when it comes to cleaning (not like those that pretend to be ecological just to save a buck). The pictures on this listing should be updated as it's much better than depicted here. Also, as the reviews so say, the staff in the hotel is great.
