This was a second time. Everything was perfect. Again, excellent service from Osvaldo at the dinner. This guy delivers every time. He should get a bonus or something. We've been to this hotel many times and we enjoy its no-frills value for money accommodations, high quality food, and the friendly and efficient staff. Bar prices are reasonable, too. The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. On the day of departure they let us almost beg for our cold lunch and gave us pork sandwiches knowing that we are a Muslim family.

The hotel is very large, which means that when it's busy, as was the case during the San Isidro holiday weekend, there are often long queues, especially during dinner and when using the elevators. The service is good, and the staff tries their best. The food quality is what you'd expect from a three-star hotel.

Hotel almost at the end of the coast, but it has its advantages - close to wild beaches, more activity to walk to the center and more peace in the area. The hotel is very clean, we could see how the ladies clean even the inside of the wardrobe in the room. I would change the bedspreads. Stayed seven night in Madeira Centro hotel. I feel the hotel owes me nothing and have very few complaints. Rooms were modern and very clean. The hotel is pleasant and has plenty of staff. Perfect place to stay if you like both the city and the beach. It's in "Centro" of everything you come to Benidorm for. My full recommendation. I will add that the breakfast buffet was excellent (but very noisy)

Location superb. Very central. Room great on the whole, we had a superior triple room, with a lovely view of the sea and bay and town, but is lacking some basic features to reach its 4 star status. - hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on when used and do not need to have towels changed. - small ledge in the shower to put shampoo etc. - hand held shower head should be higher as it is at waist height...

This was a much needed break in the current crisis and it more than exceeded our expèctations. We have stayed here many times and really recommend this hotel. Cleanliness was fantastic, our room was spotless as was the pool area and diningroom and their rooftop bar is amazing. Loved it!

I stayed only for 4 nights in November to be honest absolutely fantastic from check in to check out ! Breakfast was excellent 👌 Nadia who serviced my room was brilliant absolutely spotless . Indoor pool for winter and gym were great additions. Cannot wait to revisit

The hotel was nice and location was great. However for us the food was the biggest let down. We paid full board but we hardly ate there because it was not food that we would eat. It was mostly fish dishes which we both do not eat. If you had children then it would be a struggle if im honest food wise. Overall though nice hotel.

We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. It was especially great this time as we had a day pass to the new park 'Pirates Island' next door to magic natura and it was a brilliant day. We have and would recommend the parks to everyone

Work trip. Room was clean. Lifts don’t seem to operate well. No water in the rooms, or any facilities for tea of coffee. Not somewhere I would choose to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean and you receive a water bottle that can be refilled anytime in the halls. The hotel is in a great spot — right next to the beach and within easy walking distance of the town center. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful sea views and is definitely the highlight. A great hotel with amazing views of the Mediterranean and the Peñón de Ifach. The location right by Playa del Arenal is perfect. Rooms are modern, clean, and have balconies with beautiful views. I have been to the Calypso several times now and I have never been disappointed. We got a good deal with jet2 just before the prices went through the roof. We requested a room near the lift due to some mobility issues and that is what we got This is the first time we had went full board and I am glad we did . Room cleaning was hit & miss, some days cleaning done, other days just towels changed. Entertainment was poor, not much variety in the evening unless you just want ballroom dancing. On a positive note, big thanks to Caroline who was always there to help. And Lawrence on the bar is a credit to the hotel.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is in a nice area and walkable. Also great public transport links. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. They had Spanish and English speaking staff. This was very convenient. I didn't use the restaraunt as there were many great locations in the surrounding areas for food and drink. It is also close to two Large supermarkets.

Clean and comfortable. Housekeeping on the 13th floor were excellent. Reception staff are friendly and efficent. Rooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear.

This is a genuine review and we could honestly say it was a fabulous hotel. We booked a Premier room which has extras like bathrobe and slippers and little treats. Honestly, for €60 euros a night, this does the job. If you’re travelling alone it’s really perfect. Bed is a bit wobbly, no safe and hairdryer and stuff like that, but it’s a 2 star hotel, I mean there are rating systems for a reason. Breakfast is completely fine and included in the price. I stayed here during my study abroad trip! Be aware that it's not just a hotel for traveling guests but also for university students staying in Spain. A very nice hotel, very close to the beach. In the groud level you can find a gym and a restaurant. The first floor there are areas for study. You can go, also in a rooftop for great view.

This hotel at Peñiscola, Spain by the Mediterranean, is something else. It is not a luxury hotel but is a hotel with a hearth. The amount of delicious food, the sweeming pool and the girls that serve you are amazing. And the prices!! I believe, are unique for such a good service.

We stayed for 4 nights and found everything to our liking. The room was large & spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, great view over the castle, WiFi good. There was an excellent choice of food in the dining room, we had booked half board & enjoyed every meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at the Agora hotel again & also recommend it to our family & friends!

Pastry at breakfast is fully industrial type. Coffee is Netscape machine. The "embutidos" are medium - low quality type. You have some fresh fruit and cereals plus fried eggs, sausages and other hot dishes. The bathroom in our room is shown some aging in the dush but still acceptable. The location of the hair dryer is unacceptable, too close to the sink tap.

Overall I would say my stay here was pretty comfy. Adults' pool was a great surprise and very nice to have, nice views and relaxed atmosphere. WiFi didn't work as expected though (it didn't even reach my room) but worked fine on the lobby. Breakfast was good and comolete. Our room was big (two king size beds side by side,which made for a huge bed) and wide corridors.

Our room (Junior Suite) was nice and very spacious. It has two large and confortable beds. The living room was also nice and has access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The cleanless was good and the dinning room serves the classic continental breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Peñíscola's old town and its castle and fortifications.

The best hotel in Benidorm for us. The moment you arrive you feel a great sense of relaxation. The decor is fabulous and the pool area is lovely with a warm pool and plenty of natural greenery. I'd recommend one of the treatments at the hotel. It was well worth the money. Food was slightly disappointing as not much choice but always fresh and well presented.

Just returned from our trip to Benidorm and cannot praise or reccomend the Mercure Benidorm enough! We stayed in the Deluxe room which was absolutely incredible. The minimalistic style, cleanliness, amenities and space that the room provided was the best I’d ever experienced. Beautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. The room is quite big, the transportation is OK, there is a bus downstairs. The service is OK. Because I wanted to change the bed type, I asked the front desk after one night and they gave me a new room. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Science City. There is also a small swimming pool.

We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. Our room was on floor 19 in tower 1, and getting to and from the room was the worst part of the holiday. With only 2 lifts and 1 being out of order, it was a constant battle. Our room was clean and very spacious, with a stocked fridge...

Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. The food was plentiful, lots of options for us all! We hired towels and cups which was very handy. The icecream, waffles and drinks were great. Would definitely go back!

We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Looking forward to going back there.

This was my first stay at this Novotel and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, thank you Elisa for all your booking help, and the rest of the team working at reception (Monica, and everyone else). Also, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable. I will come back again very soon.

The hotel is located near a large shopping complex filled with various restaurants and stores. There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground. The hotel itself has 12 floors, with a pleasant rooftop pool overlooking the city, as well as a nice bar that appears to be open to non guests as well...

Lovely stay with a great breakfast spread – especially the fresh fruits and good variety. The top-floor view is a real highlight! Very well connected to public transport and close to malls and restaurants. Comfortable, clean and convenient.

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel València. The room was modern, very clean, and housekeeping kept it spotless throughout my visit. I had requested months in advance to be placed on a higher floor, but I was given a first-floor room without a view. Great location, close to the metro and bus. Rooms are quiet and good beds and airco. The swimming on the roof top is small but nice to have. Roof top bar is expensive, you pay 5,50 euro for a cappuccino, 5,00 euro for a tea, glass of wine or glass of beer.

What an amazing place to come for my children's first holiday abroad, all the staff are really helpful and friendly and are quick to answer any questions you may have. The entertainment for the kids with Manel & Alex was next level, my kids loved Manel and he made them feel really included with all the activities from calling the numbers out in bingo or doing a tiktok trend to ping pong and even football...

Stayed here for 5 nights. Was greeted by very helpful reception staff. Room was ready as soon as we arrived. Rooms were very clean with enough storage space. Kitchen only has basic utensils with 2 elastic hob and microwave no oven or toaster. Ok for a quick week away. Everything was just ok at this hotel. Its very tired and needs some major refurb in areas but is possibly suitable as a 3 star hotel. The sauna/steam room area is not the best, again tired, in need of an uplift. Rooms are basic, which to be fair is all you need. Beds are not comfortable though. Balcony was not in a good condition, broken areas. Food was average, not hot at...
