Been coming to benidorm for years and love the servigroup hotels. Our favorite being calypso but fancied a change. The Venus doesn’t disappoint. The hotel was nice and location was great. However for us the food was the biggest let down. We paid full board but we hardly ate there because it was not food that we would eat. The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. On the day of departure they let us almost beg for our cold lunch and gave us pork sandwiches knowing that we are a Muslim family.

The hotel is very large, which means that when it's busy, as was the case during the San Isidro holiday weekend, there are often long queues, especially during dinner and when using the elevators. The service is good, and the staff tries their best. The food quality is what you'd expect from a three-star hotel.

Excellent facilities, lovely suite / apartment. To use the kitchen facilities in the suite there is a local charge of around 15 euro per day. This includes fridge / freezer, microwave, grill, fan oven, toaster, pots, pans plates, cutlery etc. The sea view from the suite is amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had room 1207 with nice views. I enjoyed the dinners, but wasn't too happy about coffee and juice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach and old town. We had sometimes trouble parking, but on the end find a spot. But I guess, it is a nightmare in the summer.

I had an excellent experience during my very long stay . The staff is excellent! I will be back in January. Best hotel in Valencia. We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. It was especially great this time as we had a day pass to the new park 'Pirates Island' next door to magic natura and it was a brilliant day. We have and would recommend the parks to everyone

Staff did not let make video of the breakfast. Never had this issue in any of the hotels ever. Strange .it was just aversge breakfast. Only location is a goodpart . Rooms are old. The hotel is in a great spot — right next to the beach and within easy walking distance of the town center. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful sea views and is definitely the highlight. Our stay, however, was just average. The room felt a bit dated and could have been cleaner. The beds were quite hard, and since our room faced the street, it was sometimes noisy at night and not very well soundproofed...

Lovely stay at the Bahia, friendly staff great location. Lots of food options for breakfast. Great roof top pool with stunning views.

A great hotel with amazing views of the Mediterranean and the Peñón de Ifach. The location right by Playa del Arenal is perfect. Rooms are modern, clean, and have balconies with beautiful views. Loved the rooftop pool and the “Calpe Diem” lounge bar — perfect spot for a drink at sunset. Excellent value for money and a very pleasant stay overall!

Only one water provided per room per stay. Kettle supplied in room but no coffee or milk very poor for 4 star hotel

Hotel was passable room's nice size and clean. The lifts were a nightmare sometimes, to many people for 3 lifts waiting to long, And as for the restaurant at breakfast what a complete shambles it was "MANIC" had a job finding a seat tables left full of dirty dishes not a pleasant experience we were rather let down. Food was OK but was always on the cold side. Think we would pay a bit extra for a better...

We had an amazing stay here! Very clean and spacious rooms. Had everything we needed. So good we booked again! Close to the Old Town and New. Can't recommend enough! Great!

Lovely hotel for the price. In a great location for all of Benidorm. Got a Seaview room was ok not as big as I expected but otherwise couldn't fault . Lovely rooftop bar and decent prices for wine and beer. Good breakfast selection. Did not eat anything else at hotel so can't comment. Pool outside . Weather wasn't good enough to sit outside but pool was clean and checked every day.

2nd time staying at the Primavera Park, this time for a month so we opted for B&B in one of their comfort rooms. We have a small kitchen with hob, microwave/grill, kettle coffee maker, toaster and fridge. A mini apartment with a balconh and a large lovely supermarket up the road. Very clean, they change bedding daily, clean towels regularly. Staff are lovely, breakfast has something for everyone. ...

We stayed in this beautiful hotel from January 26th to February 5th. The staff was very friendly, also at the reception. The room was excellent (909), very clean. Breakfast and dinner were more than enough and delicious. The rooftop was fantastic and we enjoyed it. Thank you.

Simply wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff throughout. Wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Probably one of the best breakfasts i've had from a hotel! Easy walk to the Old Town, New Town and the beach.
