The staff was so friendly and helpful! They corrected my booking error with no problem! The hot tub and sauna were wonderful after our hikes! The views of the Matterhorn were spectacular! And the heated bathroom floors were a great Plus!! Highly recommend!

The pick-up and drop-off service was great. The staff were all friendly. The location, with its view of the Matterhorn, was also very satisfying. ^^ I'd love to stay at this accommodation again in Zermatt next time.

We had a balcony with a front row view of the Matterhorn which was breathtaking- ask for a room with that view! Gabriel greeted us when we arrived and he/his staff were all so friendly

Recently remodeled and looks brand new. Pull the curtains and view the Matterhorn from your bed. The balcony has great views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Everything in town is within walking distance

The room (JS) was a dream—spacious, immaculate, with a king‑size bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud, beautifully designed, spacious bathroom and a balcony that offered a postcard view of the Matterhorn

Our room was spacious and had amazing view on Matterhorn from the balcony and even the bed! We were also using the swimming pool after the whole day of hiking and the pool was great

Breakfast was excellent, I really appreciated that they even served rice, and the cheese selection was amazing. Facilities were complete, and the indoor pool was a nice bonus

Our stay at hotel Arca Solebad & Spa made our trip to Zermatt worthwhile! We were close to supermarkets and close enough to the trams and very near to the train station. The upgraded view of Matterhorn was amazing

There is a separate elevator right to the ski closets. The room was large and there’s even a small kitchenette to facilitate meals in the room. The bus stop is right outside and leads you to the rest of the town

We had a lovely time here - the hotel was kind enough to allow an early check in. The Sauna and pool facilities are larger than expected and tucked underground where the ski closets are

We visited Suitenhotel Zurbriggen for the 4th time to celebrate our wedding anniversary and do some hiking. Such an incredibly special place. It is located such that it has totally unobstructed views of the Matterhorn

It is next to the Klein Matterhorn gondola. The rooms are spacious, very well appointed, comfortable. The pool, hot tub and showers are wonderful. And the hosts Moni and Permin Zurbriggen are welcoming and gracious hosts

On the last night we are exhausted after a long day of skiing, and the room service arranged meals room Madre Nostra and Bazaar to satisfy everyone's tastes and brought it to our suite so we could have a lovely cozy dinner in our room

Our suite was gorgeous with it's own living room, dining room, kitchenette, and spacious bedroom. I adored waking up every morning to the perfect view of the Matterhorn

You have access to the versatile and in a positive sense unique spa area and the breakfast is absolutely amazing - without any annoying plastic packaging! I am happy when I can go there again

We had a really wonderful stay at Cervo! The location was so easy to ski in and out of. The restaurants were fabulous for dinner and for breakfast

The food was also great — breakfast had plenty of good options, and dinner was really tasty. The spa area was perfect for relaxing after a day out

Single room was small, as expected, but very clean and comfortable, and a great shower! A tiny balcony with a spectacular view! Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was the only meal I had, and it was very good!

The breakfast was generally good, though it could have used a bit more fresh fruit. Plus, having a microwave and water dispenser in the basement was a great perk that helped us save money on bottled water

Great location , great view of matterhorn. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. Only problem is it gets abit noisy bcoz its next to the main road.

First of all, location is nice. And the owner and team are really nice. Politely and passionate. Of course facilities is good, weather 'doubtless' to be nice. All good and clean. They have even provide me a nicer view

Simple hotel right in the heart of town. Old world decor but modern breakfast hall. Clean rooms and excellent bathroom (the shower was super powerful and the bath vast)

For my stay I was in the Basecamp rooms, and they provided comfortable beds, a secure place for your belongings, and good showers, which is always important and much appreciated after a long day in the mountains! Will have to return in the winter sometime for skiing! Thanks all!

Clean rooms, helpful staff, great in-town location right next to the ski resort bus stop. Ski lockers and a spa downstairs. Our particular room had a fantastic view of the Matterhorn

It's abit deep to walk from the Zermatt train station, literally you have to walk until the end of the village and they do not offer any free shuttle to pick or drop you to the station

Everything is good except the location is pretty far from the Zermatt station. Our room has the view for Matterhorn and we really enjoyed it!

But i love the room, the bed and i also asked for extra pillows as the pillows given was too soft. Not much amenities, they have water kettles, coffee and tea provided

We got fall weather, winter weather and perfect view of Matterhorn direct from our balcony! Room was large and with two twin beds we could separate them for more room! Staff were amazing and really good breakfast is included! Walk to village in 5 minutes and 10 minutes to train station

The heating in the room can be a wee bit stronger, it means the insulation is good while we tuned down the central heating throughout our stay when the external temp is subzero

The breakfast buffet was high quality with plenty of local Swiss cheeses. The rooms have a charming, traditional alpine feel, though they are a bit snug. Highly recommend for the view alone

Furthermore, there is a shuttle that will pick you up from the train station the first time you arrive (some reviews said they weren't met at the station cuz of the time coming in - it is not operating 24/7), but if you make a reservation between normal hours when you are leaving, they will take you to the train station, saving you a taxi fare

While the hotel sits on a hill, don’t let that scare you; they provide a key card for a private elevator/tunnel system that drops you right into the heart of Zermatt in about 3 minutes

There are no slippers provided in the rooms, and even basic slippers are only available for an extra charge, so it’s best to bring your own

Room was big, comfortable and firm beds as we like it, and the shower was in a tub with a curtain, so water didn't spray everywhere! The room would have had a SUPER view of the Matterhorn, except there was a huge crane right in our way, so we had to go outside and down the hill a little way 7ntul we had a good view - nothing the hotel could do about it

The room is OK, the breakfast is also good, the location is halfway up the mountain, and the boss drove to pick me up after I called him, which was quite welcoming

Housekeeping was top notched. Housekeeping staff were ready to answer to any requests. We were there to sight-see, so we did not use the hotel facilities for ski equipment. But I am sure they are on top of things

u can see matterhorn clearly but unfortunately there is a big construction crane block some view. On the way to hotel from zermatt station if you follow the google map, it gonna lead u to hard way, very high upslope hill

A bit far from the train station but it is reachable by taking a bus. The hotel requires a bit of uphill walk after getting off the bus. A bit inconvenient for carrying luggage and ski equipment

Location is slightly further from the train station, however you can hire a local EV taxi for est. CHF5/person from hotel to the train station (together with your luggages)
