Close to station. Good service. Love the breakfast. Sadly not kettle and tea bag provided in the room.

The resort has a brand new feel overall. It's super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk, which makes getting to the Matterhorn really convenient. Plus, it's closer to the viewpoint than other hotels

Has a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Switzerland. The location was very good and convenient, the views were beautiful, and the room was clean. The service was also okay overall

Booked room with Matterhorn view. Luckily, I can see blue hour and golden hour in the last dawn. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are nice and friendly.

It was a comfortable stay and a good experience

On the last night we are exhausted after a long day of skiing, and the room service arranged meals room Madre Nostra and Bazaar to satisfy everyone's tastes and brought it to our suite so we could have a lovely cozy dinner in our room

Our suite was gorgeous with it's own living room, dining room, kitchenette, and spacious bedroom. I adored waking up every morning to the perfect view of the Matterhorn

My only point of improvement would be that the suite could use some more closet/shelves for all our things. Thank you Cervo for the beautiful stay! We'll certainly be back!

Highly highly recommend! The ONLY less than stellar part was the room service burger - overcooked and tough which was a bummer after a long day of hiking, especially for 40CHF apiece

We had a really wonderful stay at Cervo! The location was so easy to ski in and out of. The restaurants were fabulous for dinner and for breakfast

The breakfast buffet was especially impressive with fresh squeezed juice from a variety of fruits and vegetables, and beautifully cut and presented meats and cheeses

The only drawback is that we booked three rooms and only one had a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. In fact, many rooms in the hotel face the Matterhorn. In short, overall it's pretty good

This hotel has a fantastic view. My sister loves reading novels here. She spends her days playing cards and chatting in the courtyard, and you can even see the Matterhorn

The Ebus station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms offer unobstructed views of the Matterhorn both day and night – absolutely stunning. The terrace is large and comfortable

Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely amazing! Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay

They even put out table with great treats in the lounge every day for those who return from skiing. Even the ski room, lockers, and spa area was a perfect 10

It's not far from Zermatt train station and the shopping street. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast experience was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and a fantastic dining environment.

I planned a surprise weekend trip to Zermatt for my boyfriend’s birthday, and our stay at Hotel Rex Zermatt was absolutely wonderful

This was my fourth stay at the Rex, and although I’ve experienced several other hotels in Zermatt, this one truly stands out as the best in terms of value and quality

The room is spacious with good shower and balcony with view. Spa area is excellent and very clean offering drinks and snacks. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Bar in the evening friendly.

There are many good things about this hotel. If you plan to ski in Sunnegga then the location is excellent just 1min walk from the telecabin

Steps away from the train station with incredible spa and amenities. The breakfast and tea time with desserts daily was a cherry on top. Room service comes from a cute Italian place down the way and is great

We were able to celebrate my friend’s birthday with surprises prepared by the staff which included flowers, chocolates, and cake! The room was incredibly spacious with breathtaking views from the window. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the shower pressure was surprisingly strong for a high-altitude location, which was very comfortable

The Matterhorn's 'spectacular view' left me speechless! It's incredible that a hotel is situated at such a high-altitude location. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious too.

On Thursday evenings, there's a free stargazing event with commentary from University of Bern researchers, where you can admire the beautiful night sky through the hotel's top-floor telescope

Catching the sunrise in the morning is an exclusive experience for guests, and on the last day, I even got to see the 'Morgenrot' (alpenglow), which was absolutely amazing

The included daily breakfast was hearty, varied and of high quality, Our only suggestion is to open the spectacular outdoor hot tub earlier than 4PM so as to allow guests to soak immediately after the slopes instead of having a long wait

Hotel Sonne is an amazing locally ran hotel that makes you feel at home. The service and touch is as exceptional as their spa area. Breakfast is expansive and delicious and the rooms are extremely comfortable

Hotel Sonne is beautiful luxury hotel in the heart of Zermatt - 3 minutes walk from main street, 10 minutes walk to gondola station = hotel provides free taxi shuttle to the gondola for the skiers

amazing experience, we were unable to see matterhorn clearly on the mountains due to the weather, but luckily were able to catch a full clear view in our hotel rooms right before leaving in the last day! Def recommended to book the rooms with a mountain view if you want a sure chance of seeing matterhorn!

Would recommend the hotel, may be a tad warm in summer with no air-conditioning but the room had a balcony so it would be an easy solution to open the window

Our room faced the Matterhorn directly! Absolutely stunning! In the morning, you don't even need to go to a viewpoint to see the 'golden' sunrise on the mountain, and the evening view is just as incredible! This hotel is completely worth it just for the views alone! The service, needless to say, was exceptional and very attentive! Someone was there to pick us up right at the train station when we arrived...

There's also a free shuttle service to Zermatt train station, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly. When I checked out, the owner came to greet me. Overall, I was very impressed

Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, on our last day as we leave at 5a.m. they have prepared an excellent breakfast box. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It’s a ski town, so expect it to be slightly dirty. Walls are very thin and could hear fellow travelers coughing throughout the night. Overall, it was a good stay. It did the job of giving me shelter for the night. 😊

It is a hotel you will remember for a long time. The view from the balcony is magnificent. It is like watching a movie "Matterhorn" from the VIP seats. It is located very close to the Matterhorn Express station

All good. The hotel upgraded our room. Service very nice. Breakfast very nice. The only minor negative point is the fact that the hotel didn't provide toothbrush. Except this everything was perfect

You can also go to the bar and order a cappuccino. In short, you can eat very satisfying! The best thing is that this hotel also has a pick-up service

Because I was in a hurry to go up the mountain in the morning, I didn’t take any photos, but the breakfast is very rich, with various fresh fruits such as strawberries and kiwis, freshly fried meats such as bacon and grilled sausages, as well as vegetables such as broccoli and mushrooms, as well as various breads, juices and milk, and even freshly squeezed orange juice

The staff are friendly and the drinks in the mini bars are free..... They are generous with the food, they even have bread, nuts and fruits all day next to the check-in desk.

This hotel is our lucky hotel! We ended the bitter wind and rain in Switzerland here and finally saw the Matterhorn! This hotel itself is also great
