Location: 45 km from airport, Phuket town, 2nd road on the coast of Patong (Patong beach).
Consists of one 1-storey building and two 3-storey buildings.
Total area: 38 m2 850.
The hotel has 225 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 700 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs - for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

My stay at Deevana Patong Resort & Spa was great from the start. Check-in was smooth and I was happy to find my room was ready upon arrival. I did encounter one issue during my stay, but management took immediate action to resolve it and I was properly compensated. I really appreciated their quick and professional response.
The hospitality here is truly top-tier.
I want to give a special shout-out to three staff members who made my stay extra special: Aya and Meji at the front desk, and Aom from the restaurant. They always had big smiles on their faces, and we shared some good laughs in the mornings. I didn’t get the name of the cleaning lady, but she was an absolute boss. She can make the bed in seconds.
It is often the small things that go the longest way, and these three collectively made us feel very welcome and special.
Finally, if you’re looking to book here, I’d recommend booking the deluxe room with the jacuzzi. Although, I wish the water be a bit warmer, it did the job. Kop kun krap to the whole team and see you again!

Place is lovely. I just wish they had irons in the room as opposed to the whole resort sharing just 1-it was inconvenient to always go downstairs. There should be bedside plugs. Nice buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. They could improve on their restaurant food. Otherwise lovely.

Our stay at Deevana Patong Resort and Spa was fantastic. This was our third time here and on each occasion we have had an amazing time. All of the staff are welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was nice and had a variety of options. We also celebrated Valentines Day at a special dinner put on by the restaurant. The steaks were fantastic and cooked perfectly. We spent most of our time beside the pool, which was always clean and attended to. A special mention goes to the pool staff, Tae, Ohm, Jay and Glove. They were always smiling and made outstanding Cocktails! We were in the Junior Sweet, which was spacious and comfortable and overlooked the pool. Our room was always kept spotless by our lovely cleaner Cream, who also deserves a special mention because she was always happy and made us smile whenever we spoke with her. Thank you again for another lovely and relaxing stay the the Deevana.

Deevana is a really solid choice if you want to stay somewhere central in Patong while still having a proper resort feel. The location is excellent, close to everything but tucked away enough that you are not dealing with constant street noise.
The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities are good, especially the gym, which is much better than what you usually get in a hotel. That made a big difference for us while travelling. The pool and spa areas are also great for relaxing after a big day out.
There is a bit of walking involved between the lobby and the rooms, but it is manageable and does not detract much from the stay.
Prices were higher during the Christmas and New Year period, which is to be expected, but outside of peak season it represents much better value. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful and professional, which made the whole stay feel easy and well looked after.

Lovely hotel tucked away from the busy Main Street but no more than few minutes walk to patong beach and other busy areas such Bangla street.
Rooms are spacious with powerful AC. Daily housekeeping service with complimentary water and toiletries.
Pool is not too big, but always enough sun loungers for everyone.
The hotel has no lift so if you have accessible needs you’ll need to request a room on ground floor.
Check in by Meji was smooth and we got one room out of the 2 we’ve booked much earlier than check in time.
Big thank you to manager Kevin and assistant Aya, for sorting out an urgent issue that came up with our original booking. Your help was much appreciated 🙏🏻

Second day here. First impressions are great everything has gone well . Will update in 14 days.
A little more than 14 days ago I left the above review. Nothing in the rest of the holiday changed my opinion. We loved the hotel, the service was exceptional. We used the facilities during the day taking advantage of happy hours at both pools and taking lunch at the garden pool most days. We were a 3 generation group and the menu satisfied us all. Room service was great and when we settled our account at check out the cost worked out about 24000 TBH, about £90 per head (for 14 days, we had drinks through the day lunch each day, an evening meal in the restaurant and a room service meal one night). This we thought was great value. Without exception, the staff were brilliant. The hotel was perfect for us. We were not looking for an ultra modern 5* hotel with no soul. This hotel is tranquil with the garden areas contributing to the atmosphere in no small way. We found everything we wanted. We would not hesitate to come back. Many Thanks to you all.

I looked so many hotels and I decided this hotel. It was a great decision. Stuff is so kind and helpfull. Massage is wonderfull. Breakfast has so many opsions, french and british. If you are like me coming from west to asia and not sure what to eat in thailand this hotel is great for it. They make great pizza! It is a green hotel also pools are great. We stayed at deluxe wing but garden wing seems wonderfull too!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel from September 21st. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues.
The front desk staff, in particular, were unhelpful and rude. During check-in, I was interrupted abruptly when asking a question, and the staff member stated, "Wait a second, let me finish first." This behavior set the tone for the rest of my stay.
Furthermore, I encountered several problems:
1. Lack of support after 9 PM, including refusal to provide a microwave to warm milk, which is a medical necessity prescribed by my doctor.
2. Denied request for water to fill my bottle before going on a city tour.
3. Denied request to clean my room while I was out on the city tour, as the hotel only cleans rooms once every two days.
While the property itself is impressive, the rooms did not meet my expectations.
Considering the high cost of my stay, I felt that the service provided was not worth the expense. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues to improve future guest experiences.

The hotel is very nice! The service is 1A without a doubt, everyone was super friendly, attentive and helpful, I am very grateful.
The only detail, for me, is that the mattress on the bed was too hard) So the nights of sleep were not so pleasant for me.
But for everything else I recommend this place 👍🏻

The resort itself is in a good location with great rooms and layout.
Breakfast was included in our package, and had a good variety, but the bacon and eggs were not kept warm, but still ok.
Maintenance and up keep of rooms needs to be a bit better, such as blocked shower drains, room safe batteries and sink taps loose.
Room cleaning was excellent.
Would stay again.
