Location: in Koh Samui, at Lamai beach, 10 km from Samui airport.

Only 24 rooms.

Total area: 11 200 m2.

Consists of a complex of villas.

Beach: public sandy beach in 30 m from the hotel. The first coastal line. Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses and beach towels - free of charge.

Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

Pets are not allowed.

Breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00 (buffet/fixed menu).

The bungalows are located ten steps from the sea, in an abandoned hotel; the entire area is under construction. There's no staff on site, but cleaning is done daily. The beach is completely dug up; you have to walk to another hotel to get to it. If you're looking for a comfortable vacation, you'd be better off going to Krabi. Samui is incredibly expensive, and there's nothing to do there. Also, the air conditioning doesn't work in all the bungalows. We ended up booking for three nights, but only stayed one night, and on the second night, we simply packed up and left. We asked for a refund, but they refused.

Beautiful, clean, Nice staff. The restaurant and the pool are really next to the beach, the food is good, and the staff is really doing everything to make you happy. The rooms/villas are upper on the hill, its very quiet, the rooms are big and verry clean.
