Overall the room was comfortable and spacious. Service was generally ok with turndowns being in the later part of the afternoon. Views were great although getting around to popular areas like Kamala and Patong did require travelling a car.

You will have to cross a road and walk on a path that cuts through an area that is currently undergoing construction. Did not feel the beach vibe here. It’s difficult to book taxis, the location is quite far, no convenience stores nearby, had to walk for around 18 minutes to reach the nearest 7eleven. The hotel amenities were ok and the staff friendly, they helped me exchange money. I didn’t like that I had to wait till 3pm to get my room. Most hotels do 2pm. The room was ok, but there was no tooth paste or toothbrush.

This hotel is quite close to Kamala Beach, which isn't too crowded and is generally peaceful. The rooms here are all very spacious, either suites or standalone villas, perched on a hillside with nice views. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and tidy. You can't beat a pool and bar adjacent to a spectacular private beach, easy walking distance to Bangla Rd,there's public parking across the street at Hollywood parking.

Clean place, friendly people at front desk and restaurant. Beautiful view of the beach and very close to it. Small swimming pool but very comfortable. I recommend this place.

I can not say enough lovely things about the hotel and staff. My mother and father held there 25th wedding vowel renewal ceremony on the beach and everything was just perfect. As expected of an Aman hotel, we had the best hospitality, the best views, and the best room. As it was our first Aman hotel, it had an antique feel, but the space was impeccable no matter where you looked. The breakfast was consistently delicious, and one of the joys of staying at an Aman hotel. It was a great trip!

A very satisfying stay. Although we only booked a room for one night, the hotel staff extended our check-out to 9pm for our sea tour the next day. It was really warm and considerate. The hotel's hardware, software and services are all top-notch.
