Zenseana Resort & Spa in Patong

We had an amazing time! The hotel is really nice, great location from the beach, rooms were wonderful with great balconies, and the staff was the highlight for us.
Big shot out to Jig and Mew at the coffee bar. They truly made our experience. We had to work late a couple nights and they were so accommodating and kind. They made us fell very welcome and comfortable. It was stressful to find a place to work and they made it so easy.
Phenomenal gym as well. Doesn’t get too crowded, and lots of clean equipment.
Great breakfast! The pool was also a highlight, insane view of the water, and one of the best sunset spots on Phuket.
Loved everything about it, definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Patong.

The hotel restaurant was excellent, but what made it special was the service. A huge thanks to Nook and Joy — they were so friendly, professional, and always had a big smile on their faces. They made us feel very welcome!

I had an amazing stay at Zenseana Resort and Spa, and a big part of it was thanks to Mew. She gave me the best attention I’ve ever received at a hotel. Her customer service skills are outstanding—she was kind, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. She truly made me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay.
The hotel itself is in a perfect location, very convenient and easy to get around. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and the property feels pretty new, modern, and comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel, and I especially want to recognize Mew for making my experience exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

Many people write that the bathroom is visible from the bedroom and that the door does not close completely.
1. In the room I stayed in, that area was very well separated, and the inside of the bathroom was not visible at all.
2. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. In many hotels the pressure is weak, but here it was super.
3. Another point people mention is that the room is small.
In my opinion, the room is not small at all. The bed is so large that four adults could lie next to each other.
The room is very spacious, has a very nice balcony, and the air conditioner cools the room very well.

The hotel staff are very friendly, warm, and always willing to help.

The air conditioning does not work in the hotel corridors and reception area, but this is not a serious issue.

The breakfast is very rich, delicious, and filling. However, it would be better if there were more variety in the main dishes, at least changing them every two days.

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the beach.
When going uphill from the hotel, there are very nice restaurants, and all necessary shops are available nearby.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel.

We spent 12 nights at the Zenseana Hotel. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed, so nothing was missing! The hotel’s location was great—about a 5-minute walk to the beach. What we especially loved were the consistently friendly staff, who greeted us warmly every time we saw them. In particular, the concierge Mr. Kee, who always had a smile on his face and welcomed us so kindly. We would be happy to book a room here again on our next visit.

The best thing in this hotel is the location. It is in the northern part of Pathong beach. Not too far a way from Bangla road but still in quiet area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only issue is our shower leaks so the floor gets soaked every time we shower and that was annoying. We were in 3rd floor but our balcony was almost non existent as it was small and was looking into inner garden so we had poor sunlight. Roof top pool is a waste of space. They offer free WiFi but it's very slow and poor quality. Walls are thin so you hear everything from rooms and hallway. Gym is very well equipped. Breakfast was basic with limited fruit offer. It would be 3* but I give 4* just because of price we payed.

Really great location, close to the beach. Unfortunately at the time the spa wasn’t available. Overall nice hotel and staff really polite. Book your excursions via the lovely lady at reception, she gives great deals.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zenseana. We were disappointed that the spa was closed for renovations during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the rooftop pool.

Our room was lovely- it had a massive bed and a huge walk-in shower. There was nowhere to store your suitcase though which was annoying and only a few hangers in the wardrobe.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety every day and I loved that I could get fresh pancakes made every morning.

The hotel staff are so welcoming and friendly. Every person we met always had a smile on their face and they were always willing to help.

The hotel is located on a busy road. We were lucky to have a room at the back of the hotel but it was also 1 floor above the kitchen so in the morning when they were cooking breakfast we could smell it if we sat out on our balcony.

From the hotel to Bangla Road is about a 20-30 minute walk. You can walk along the beach which is pleasant. We actually liked the fact that the hotel was away from all the hustle and bustle of main Patong.

If you like good quality, well priced food for dinner go 2 doors along to NO.9 restaurant- it's definitely worth it!

Make sure you visit the rooftop for sunset too!!!
