There are three swimming pools. There is a cafe you can eat at the hotel. But the location of the hotel is in the ass of the world. There is not a single normal cafeteria nearby

The environment and service are very good, suitable for taking children on vacation. Worth mentioning is their restaurant, every dish is delicious and the freshly squeezed drinks are great.

The price is very cheap, the room is spacious, the atmosphere is good, the staff is lovely. And it is just a short distance from Bangla Road and has many massage shops and delicious restaurants

Stayed here for a couple of nights while in Patong, it was a perfect location for visiting the food market and shops and beach. The hotel was clean and tidy, the desk service was a bit slow

The resort itself is spectacular and very close to all the attractions in Patong - shopping, street matkets,?restaurants. The only downside is that my room was in a part of the resort that had only stairs, no elevator

Older place but I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and nice comfortable bed. Cold AC and I liked the separate shower and toilet. Service was fantastic, maybe breakfast could be a little better

Which made it a clumsy affair with luggage

The front desk welcomed us with no smiles. The explanation upon checking in was very rushed. The swimming pool looks great but no try udirng our stay. Resort is in near to Patong Beach area, about less than 10mins walk

Location is perfect with 7-Eleven, halal food, massage, laundry and other shops nearby. They were also very sporting and even allowed us to wash our vehicles. Room had all the basic essentials and was comfortable

It's also very close to Central Plaza, where we go every day to explore the mall. It's also within easy reach of the beach and Old Street, making it very convenient for us to drive

We stayed one week until he was well enough to travel back to the states. This hotel was close by the hospital and lovely. The AC in the rooms was super great! There is shopping near by and a small laundry area on site

It is about 15 minutes walk to the sea, along the way there is a 7/12, barbershops, cafes, all kinds of fruit stalls where you can make any fresh juice from tropical fruits, massage parlors, etc

Best Patong panoramic sea views from the rooftop terrace. Apartments are modern and spacious. Little minus would be the quality of furnitures and construction but not a big problem

Absolutely amazing place, Kartoon and the staff were great and super helpful. The room had a clothes line, umbrella and washing machine which was awesome

To have the room cleaned and receive fresh towels, you need to request it at the reception (which I think could be done routinely, without needing to ask)

This hotel is like one of those basic budget hotels you find in China. The room size was decent, but it was facing the street and the traffic noise was really loud

It was not only close to the airport with a free shuttle, but the rooms were clean and spacious, the hotel was the perfect size, and the pool and garden setting, the staff was extremely helpful, and there was an excellent restaurant next door

About a 20 minute scooter ride from Patong, the Rawai area is a bit quieter when compared to the hustle & bustle of Patong. There is quite a bit of evening traffic where locals return home after work

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and decided to return in 2025. The rooms are still just as spacious and clean. Housekeeping, bottled water, and fresh towels and linens are provided daily

Nearby, there are cafes, a laundry service, 7/11, and massage parlors. You can also rent scooters directly from the hotel. It's a 5-15 minute ride to the beaches by transport

Sun chairs beside the pool if you just want to catch some rays. Room was very clean and a huge balcony to enjoy the night with a sink outside as well! Highly recommend

Rooms and Service were excellent no complaints and would Recommend. The only issue we had is the Address on Google Maps was not in the correct place. It created confusion and we ended up over paying for one taxi

2 kms from Patong beach, but up the hill. They also run scheduled free shuttles to Patong. The place is away from the busy streets of Patong. Rooms are big with a kitchenette and seperate sitting area

Patong Heights is a comfortable hotel offering spacious suite rooms with modern amenities and a nice view. It’s located slightly away from the main Patong area, giving it a quieter atmosphere while still being accessible

The hotel provides a shuttle service to town, though it runs on fixed timings. Breakfast is available, but it starts only at 8 a. , which can be inconvenient for guests with early checkouts

Since the property is on a hill, expect a bit of a climb if walking. Overall, a pleasant stay for those who prefer a peaceful setting close to the Patong action

The pancakes taste VERY artificial. There is a thai man that served us during out stay, but seems a little confused by many questions and comments; this may be the language barrier or him still being in training

I love this hotel, it has very nice service with reception and room service! Very gentle People working there, and the pool was amazing! ( the bad thing was it closed 22:00) Very quite place and not so far from patong with car (15min)

Very good but needs to upgrade the tvs in rooms so they can have Netflix and others as no channels we could use.  Also the coffee machine and breakfast needs to be better.  Apart from this a very nice place

In bathroom no bath plug, difficult to take a bath, also water leaking, kitchen not allow to use, pillows very bad.

- weak water pressure during the day time - strangely it seemed like they were changing the pillows daily, couldn’t seem to find the same arrangement of pillows to sleep on each night

Lovely stay, great room with Pool View. Pool lovely. Right on Rawaii beach, close to great bars, restaurants and cafes. Sad to leave. Would definitely stay here again.

-some nights we could hear bikes speeding along the main road, there is a bar in front of the hotel too playing loud music til around midnight

40 apartments around a beautiful and large shaded pool. There are comfortable beds, chairs and lounges right on the water. The apartment is very well appointed, cleaned twice a day, peaceful very clean and quiet

The general manager, Terence, is very thoughtful, welcoming and helpful - we had a minor issue that was not the hotel’s fault and he and his staff solved it straight away. Everything is spotlessly clean

Staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is à la carte and there is lunch and dinner served too. It suits couples and families wanting a quiet holiday

This is a wonderful hotel right on the seashore – the view is breathtaking! However, you can only swim during high tide; at low tide, you have to walk to the neighboring beach, which is about a 10-minute stroll

The room is spacious! Sometimes hotel rooms barely fit a bed, but this was completely different – you could practically dance in it! We had two rooms connected by a wide corridor that featured a built-in kitchen

The bathroom was large, with a roomy shower cabin, a bathtub, and a full-wall mirror – very convenient. All necessities were provided in the room, and there's a laundry service available on the hotel premises

I stayed for two nights in a Superior Double Room, which was spacious and exceptionally clean. The hotel is conveniently located across from the beach, and there are many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area

The only plus for me would be the location, and the incredible balcony with a view. Overall, the deluxe rooms look decent, you can definitely stay there comfortably. The pool, however, is not worth mentioning

You just have to be careful crossing the roads in Thailand as it is another skill to have! On another note, this hotel is a bit funny with their floor and room numbering system, so just be aware of that as I was assigned room 317 but it was 2nd floor in the elevator number, haha! It added some twist to how fun my Phuket trip was! In terms of cleanliness of the facilities and friendliness and service...

Aside from its awesome location, I particularly selected this hotel for its good price and their washrooms having a bidet! If you know, you know why that is important to some travelers as we are not uncivilized savages, so that’s a plus for those who are looking for this feature in a hotel room

The pools are so well kept and clean, the rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is great, and the food and is just brilliant. The staff are just so lovely and accommodating - I can’t fault the place

It's in a great spot in the middle of 'fitness street' but set back enough you don't constantly hear any noise. But it's the team that works there that really made it perfect

The room came with all the amenities I needed like a fridge, cutler, a tv, a kettle and hairdryer but the reception was only a minute walk away if needed anything else

I spent 4 weeks at Cocoville and it was like paradise. The team who the runs the place are so kind and made such an effort to make my stay as enjoyable as possible

Also the hotel offers incredibly priced laundry which was always done within 24 hours and smelt great. I can not recommend this hotel enough

The air-conditioner works well, the water pressure is good, and overall it’s good value for the price. Not luxury, but totally fine for travelers. The rooftop swimming pool is a big plus
