The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a great balance of comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt premium

There is nice roof top pool and a small gym as well. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and the breakfast menu is a decent one. The price is quiet good in comparison to other establishments of the same level

The room is supplied with swim towels in addition to the bath and hand towels, beach basket, bath robes, complimentary water, air conditioner, fridge, water kettle and a hair dryer

The place is elegantly furnished, spacious, cosy and warm

This isn't my first time staying here. It's a little old, but quite clean. There's a bathtub and hot water. If you book a deluxe room, you'll get a nice view of the city from the balcony. A shop and laundry are nearby

The service was very efficient. Our stay was beautiful and relaxing and would be definitely recommend. The room was big the terrace is always clean with beautiful painting. The price for this hotel is well worth

Jiraporn Hotel is a lovely hotel in Patong! The location was perfect with nice view. If you want to relax, quite, great pool, strong Wi Fi, rooms are decent size, cleanliness, good staff and good price

Deluxe pool access is so awesome with good price. Room are clean and provide all amenities. Air con work well. Breakfast is good. Staff are so nice and helpful. Everything beyond my expectation.

Be careful, as the hotel is on a hill, so the climb up is quite challenging without a motorbike

For the price this place is great. Big rooms. Good view. Good pool. Location is fine is you have a bike or grab app. I would stay here again

Rooms need to be taken only on the second floor! They were almost not in the hotel, rented a car, and drove around the island a lot (car rental is Orange car phuket, I don’t remember the site, it’s easy to find through a search engine)

+ Free upgrade to superior rooms. Very diverse! Free transfer from Patong to Karon and back. Happy hours by the pool, two delicious cocktails for the price of one. Proximity to the sea and to the center of Patong

I've stayed here before it's central to so many things. We were upgraded this time to a larger room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Love the pool area and the cocktails. ❤ Would definitely stay here again

Close to everything and quiet at night time. Beds a bit hard but can ask for a topper to be placed on bed. Clean Spotless Rooms Air Conditioning works a treat. Would definitely recommend for Families

The location was perfect, right across from Patong Beach. Walking distance to everything. The service was great, they went above and beyond. They have a good variety for the complimentary breakfast

There were two major issues for us: the WiFi in our room was very poor. And on the balcony, it didn't work at all! The staff weren't helpful, even though they said we needed it for remote work

Rooms comfortable inc beds, with AC, fans, big fridge, kettle, balcony/terrace; low season you can do deals for longer term, economic anyway; stayed 6 weeks

Second, we like to sit on the balcony in the evenings on vacation, but the air conditioning here is so loud it's impossible to talk. Maybe we were unlucky with the room we chose

Everything is a couple of minutes away, hotel has a shuttle bus to the beach. You can walk around the area at night for good food,stores and its safe.

A great place to live closer to nature and away from the city, the service is excellent

100000/10 this hotel is very comfy very aesthetic and very strategic, you can reach terminal 1 airport bus station by walking, and the breakfast was amazing!! this hotel have 24 hours working space and laundry too, everything about this hotel is awesome

Affordable and great value accommodation in Phuket Old Town. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the room is dark and perfect for a good night’s sleep

Couldn't have picked a better place. Room is comfortable with everything you need. A soul lifting atmosphere is created by aged forestry, sounds of birds partnered with calming waves and a expansive deep blue sea view

The attraction of this property is “adjoining the Karon Beach” and on a small hillock!! You have your separate bungalow type rooms with a spacious balcony along with greenery all around you and gives you a fantastic Your’ Feeling

Giving this five stars for the staff and the location. Snorkelling right outside the room. The hotel facilities are old and tired but see past that. The staff are kind and friendly and there is a family atmosphere

Walk for 40-50 metres and you right on the Beach and I should say a Private Beach with no crowd at all. Small shaks offering Beer, drinks food etc and you bask in the Sun or sit on chairs in the shaks

From the maintenance men to the maids everyone is lovely. For an old man like me that’s great. If you don’t want to walk hotel reception is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and sends the little jeep

Spend 2-3 days here and Value for every money. ☺️ Premium views, nature at its best……. Breakfast is offered at the Resort. But people mostly spend time at the Beach having food from the Shaks

I just stayed 4 nights at the "Seven Seas Hotel". Nice little calm hotel in the North of Patong Beach

Pleasant place for a few nights you get what you pay. The pool is very small & there is no space for sun loungers but the pool open till 10pm. The staff are friendly & it’s clean

I loved the place. The room was clean and spacious, the service was kind, the breakfast was good and enough. The Seven Seas Hotel has a grat location, close to the seashore/ center, but still silentish.

The friendly staff of the Seven Seas hotel made me feel very happy, having chosen my hotel in a quiet part of Patong

The location is very convenient, literally walk the road, and you are on the sea in a couple of minutes on foot

Slightly away from the crowded part of the beach and Bangla Road while still being close enough, good location IMO. Just 50m away from the main road but this stretch isn’t well lit at night, however, the area seems safe

I can not say enough lovely things about the hotel and staff. My mother and father held there 25th wedding vowel renewal ceremony on the beach and everything was just perfect. The setting of the ceremony was amazing

Weerawon (the wedding planner) made everything run so smoothly that we were able to organize it over a few e-mails and just arrive on the day with everything set up and ready to go

The cost was nothing and i will definitely recommend to everyone

Clean place, friendly people at front desk and restaurant. Beautiful view of the beach and very close to it. Small swimming pool but very comfortable. I recommend this place.

You can't beat a pool and bar adjacent to a spectacular private beach, easy walking distance to Bangla Rd,there's public parking across the street at Hollywood parking.

A shame the resort has permanently closed

Skandar the manager was exceptional in helping make our stay superb. We were here 4 days and made it our hub for our vacation. We will always stay here while in Patong. Thank You!!!

Also this Location should be explored in the last as it is near by Airport and you will get a cab easily just in 500 bhat

Perfect place to check-in here that too at affordable cost for Indian people who just want to spend a night to get relax and they can go out n explore near by area like Patong Beach and Market

Great hotel, apparently not catchy. The reception looks very clumsy. But the rooms are great, Breakfast is varied. From "minuses" you can only come up with overloaded wi-fi in the rooms

We managed to get an early check in and spent the day around the pool relaxing and used the on-site restaurant for lunch and dinner both of which were good. This place is great value for money and all staff were so nice

Good location, a few steps to the beach. Just outside the resort enough food options and 7/11 on walking distance.   A big plus point is that the resort is located at the more peaceful part of Naiyang beach

The last row of rooms was a bit damp. Overall, the environment is great. It felt like living in a forest. The individual cabins are lovely. We've stayed twice and both times we were quite satisfied

  The staff is very kind and friendly. If we had any questions they are willing to help us.   We had booked a familyroom and it was very good. Bed was comfortable and the villa was cozy

As it was low season you needed to order your breakfast and not from the buffet so the options were limited, but I understand the hotel was not busy

This time they used the car hire from the Orange car phuket, on the advice of friends, good service from the guys, we are satisfied, the car is without complaints, all issues are resolved quickly, it is much cheaper than a taxi

Stayed here with my boyfriend in March 2018 and we were so surprised at how clean and nice this hotel was! Our room was so cute, with a reading nook, a balcony, and a huge bathroom! The breakfast food (we paid extra for food) was incredibly delicious and the staff was friendly

The administration is English-speaking with a Thai accent, but you can understand each other. Breakfast is good, varied food. Every day the room was cleaned, juices, water, beer, every day it was in the fridge

The best location, the best service. Been eyeing on this hotel a while, and I finally got to stay! This hotel is quiet and well maintained. You can enjoy the sunset on the beach from the POOL

The hotel as a whole is good, arrived at 6 am at the hotel, and we had a check-in at 14. 00, we had to wait, but already at 12. 00 we were settled in a room, which is very grateful

The rooms are spacious and comfortable; choosing a direct pool access room offers even more privacy. The staff are warm and attentive, the breakfast is delicious, and the spa experience is very relaxing

Just a 7 minutes walk from the left side of the hotel entrance will take you to the main road and a 2 minutes walk from the right side will bring you to a small night market where it is quieter, easier to find a seating place and not that hot

We love sitting there in the morning for a cup of coffee and at night when we are back from dinner/supper with a nice cold drink or beer. This will definitely help to keep guests cool during the hot months in Phuket

Love the location of this hotel as it is situated off the main road, which tends to be rather noisy with many tourists from evening to night. You definitely can have a good night sleep in this hotel

The front desk staffs are very helpful and polite too. Even though it is located off the main road, it is still very convenient to move around

The weather during end March is very hot and humid during the day, at night it is better, not so hot but still humid

I love this hotel, it has very nice service with reception and room service! Very gentle People working there, and the pool was amazing! ( the bad thing was it closed 22:00) Very quite place and not so far from patong with car (15min)

Very good but needs to upgrade the tvs in rooms so they can have Netflix and others as no channels we could use.  Also the coffee machine and breakfast needs to be better.  Apart from this a very nice place

The staff are friendly, the hotel is beautiful, clean. However the shower is not hot. It is a little warm but more cold than hot. The restaurant closes early, around 15:00

If you are planning to order the breakfast on basket for the pool, be aware that is only available around 10:00 so unfortunately we missed that

Location was close to enough to old town if you’re able to walk 20 minutes. 2 nights are long enough in the location.   No sun  on the pool when we were there in December. Not sure if it was the time of year

For a hotel it was pretty good, outside of hot water breaking our last day, but they had a gym, a really nice pool, and brought water and coffee every day, cleaning lady came around 2pm every day

Stopped here for 2 days in between trips. It ticked all the boxes, very good value. Rooms were nice, didn't use the pool but looked good. Laundry facilities just across the road

Near the sea, ordinary, simple hotel

We left with the feeling that we were leaving our home in Thailand. They are outstanding people who have made an beautiful resort and will forever be our place to stay in Patong, Phuket

Great place and friendly staff. Only 100M from hotel to Patong beach. They allowed me an extension to 2pm free of charge. Lots of good restaurant and café around the hotel

Nice place near the beach, walk 5 minute to the beach, kindly and friendly staff The room is comfortable, clean, nice view on the roof top, I'll be back again soon.

The downside is that the hotel windows face a noisy road, so a room without a window is better - at least a little quieter, but in principle you can sleep

Our stay at the Ratri was exceptional. The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. The AC was great to come back to from a hot day of walking around

A Hidden Gem in Phuket – Highly Recommended! My wife and I were wrapping up our Thailand trip, returning from Bangkok to Phuket, and needed a place to stay for one night before heading back to Sydney

Very friendly receptionist name Bella. Ask for adaptor & iron+board, within 5minutes arrived. breakfast selection not suitable for Muslim traveller. But can find another alternative there

It is comfortable and the restaurant downstairs where the breakfast happens but also they serve great food and offer cooking classes and serve cocktails and where each night there was live music was always a good choice

The hotel staff were very friendly, but their English skills were quite poor. I asked a restaurant staff member downstairs to heat up some food for me, specifically mentioning it was crab and needed warming

The accommodation was perfect, various meals at breakfast, dishes were good and tasty. The location is calm and peaceful, a little bit far from main destinations, but we don’t regret anything

The stuff is extremely friendly, relate to you with a great hospitality. We need to leave our luggage for staying some days, as we departed to Phi Phi travelling, the stuff agreed with no problem

It is located right on the highway and if you have booked the island tours, complimentary pickup is available. The pool is clean and kids friendly. They even allowed late checkout

7-11 is also nearby about 10 minutes walking distance. A 7-11 kiosk is inside the hotel. Vegetarian lunch menu is also available with pav bhaji, stir fried vegetables and fried rice options

The room itself a bit old fashioned and tired, but it is still ok. Anyway, the hotel is nice and highly recommended

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. Incredibly peaceful, really tidy, and the staff were genuinely friendly. Air con in both the living room and bedroom which was great

That said, AIS mobile signal is full 5G and very cheap, so it was not a big problem. Also, the seats on the porch were really uncomfortable and it seemed like everyone else thought the same

Just to add to what others have said about the mattress, yes it is hard, but not in a worn out way. It felt like my old hard style Ikea mattress and we actually slept really well every night

We had breakfast most days at 250 baht each and it was a nice simple continental breakfast. The whole place was just really chilled. For what we paid I was very happy

Some of the negative reviews are honestly quite funny, as people seem to expect a luxury resort for £50 a night. There are only two personal things I would mention

Everything was amazing. Hotel location is very good near to everywhere not noisy like patong. Even we didn’t get cleaning one day but they left for us water in front of of our room. They are really nice

A decent budget hotel. The sea is nearby. There's a good restaurant nearby. The room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. Smart TV. Not bad for the price.

Very close to the beach, clean and tidy, more like a homestay, rather than hotel. Friendly service and good atmosphere. Beach was very clean and beautiful, plenty of beach umbrellas to rent

The hotel has a direct path to the beach, just a 1-minute walk, and it's also very close to 7-Eleven. There's a massage parlor right downstairs at the hotel, which is super convenient

Our room had a small balcony, and the weather these past few days has been perfect. Coming back at night and sitting on the balcony to enjoy the breeze was really comfortable~

Certainly better than most “continental breakfast”. Hotel has frequent shuttles to multiple beaches that are close by. Rooms were clean and a spacious bathroom. I would certainly stay here again

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this stunning hotel in Karon! The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast offered a large variety of delicious food to choose from. The rooms were cozy and very clean
