Location is very convenient near shops and food markets and just 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms with pool access are great with nice bed. Temperature of the pool was great. Breakfast was very good with ample times

The top area by the pool with Ball beds looks a bit forgotten, but this does not affect the overall experience as the pool area is very nice

Overall, it doesn't feel like it's worth the price

We left the room early in the morning and returned back about 6 PM and it wasn’t clean. Breakfast didn’t include enough option like cheese, vegetables for those didn’t eat Thai food in the morning

The hotel not really in good location. The beach is about 15 minutes walking but it’s very small beach, no way to sit and relax. The room smell bad , not clean and the staff didn’t are about it

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Kata Rocks. The design is stunning, the views over the Andaman Sea are breathtaking, and the atmosphere feels effortlessly luxurious yet relaxed

Just the road goes there is very narrow, which only one vehicle can go and they got straight away valet

Great location close to the airport but still like a holiday resort. Nice big room but no WiFi for two days and water pressure for the shower was terrible. The pool was nice but the water was too warm

The TV and aircon had problems for both of the days I was there 😢 Some Reception staff had limited English which wasn't a big problem but it would be nice to have better English

Unfortunately when I arrived the TV, aircon and the shower were not working properly and this took more than an hour to sort which meant I was unable to sleep

It's just an average place, comparable to a 200 RMB hotel in China. You can walk to the airport and to the beach, both within 20 minutes. Breakfast was quite sparse, nothing much to eat

The airport pickup was excellent. Definitely worth booking in advance to save any hassle. I stayed in the double villa room which was very spacious and clean

You can find everything you need nearby and the hotel has everything one needs. We also took the ATV tour from their service desk. We ate in their rooftop restaurant, the food is not bad

This hotel deserves a 10/10. Never thought we would get a hotel this great in the area. The service, room, food and the views are just amazing. Will definitely come back

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Patong Beach, the famous Bangla Road, and shopping malls, which is its biggest advantage. The room was spacious enough and had a small balcony, which was a nice touch

Gig hotel location was in the alley which is noiseless when you need to sleep peacefully. It's only abt 5min walk to Jungleone shopping n central mall n walking steet. Recommend you talk a grab to the beach

However, the room facilities were just okay, a bit dim and lackluster. The bedding, towels, and bath towels all seemed a bit old. The surrounding area was also a bit noisy

Getting here from the airport was easy; we took the airport minivan for 100 per person, and the drop-off point was quite close to the hotel

A very loud air conditioner and also the hotel stands near the Tiger Muay Thai stadium. I just can't sleep without earplugs.

My stay at 77 Patong was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, super close to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, both within easy walking distance

The hotel is very good for the price. Our room was spacious enough and kept pretty clean throughout our stay. Cleaning service was daily (you just need to hang the notice on the door)

There wasn't a huge variety, but it was enough to get a good start to the day. The rooftop pool offers a nice view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during our stay

I was a bit worried that it might be very noisy because there's a Bangla Boxing Stadium right near the hotel, but it was always calm after 11 p. I would definitely stay here again

It was a perfect stay for my friend and I. Although we wished the shuttle could have more time slots to the beach but they also provide bikes. It was very easy to get to Nai Han beach (which had such huge waves)

We stayed in the Family Connecting Room. It was excellent — connected but separate, with a door between. The AC was quiet and easy to adjust, and the balcony had a great view. Everything was very clean across the hotel

It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, and there’s also a shuttle service available if you prefer not to walk. The hotel restaurant was good, though the breakfast left something to be desired

Some minor issues: no lift to the family suite rooms (building block #5), BBQ buffet dinner on Saturday is not very interesting and well packed, bicycles are old and in not very good condition

There’s also a shuttle that takes you to the beach or back up to the rooms, though it didn’t run that often. Breakfast was impressive, with a mix of local and Western options

The beach is a short walk away. At first I was unsure about walking along the road (not knowing Thailand), but it’s doable — not too busy, some lighting

We went here purely because it was easy to be picked up and dropped off after a snorkeling tour. Everything was clean and well managed. The food and spa were a bit disappointing

The hotel is conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from Phuket Old Town. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained

The beach right in front of the hotel was quite poor, with rough, yellowish sand that hurt my feet, and the ocean wasn't great either. However, for a pure resort stay, it's a fantastic choice

The breakfast was great, and the facilities met Hyatt's standards. My kids loved the bunk beds in the family two-bedroom suite, but the smaller room had no windows

My husband and I stayed for two nights in February 2026. We were on the 4th floor and had a magnificent view and a superb location. The rooms felt fresh, clearly recently renovated. Everything was very tidy and clean

The breakfast was decent, offering omelets, fried eggs, noodles, salads, fruits, and more. The only drawback was that the breakfast room itself lacked a view and windows, which felt a bit out of place for such a hotel

It would have been much better if it were on the rooftop near the pool. ☀️ There was delicious coffee and tea available in the lobby. The Tiffany blue beach towels were fantastic

One word: Exceptional! Very relaxing place! Seeing the sea and hearing the waves are the pinnacle of having an exquisite vacation. A short walk away is a relatively quiet beach. Highly recommended!

I had the most amazing time at CCS Hideaway. I came as a solo traveller and arrived at the beginning of May (slightly off-season), so the hotel was quieter, but the staff were still so accommodating and welcoming
