Absolutely amazing stay at The Kee Resort! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations — from the friendly and professional staff to the modern, clean rooms and the perfect location right in the heart of Patong

The room was big for a family of 4 and the pool was great too! The area is right in Bangla Street so shopping was very easy. Will stay there every time we go Phuket

Since it was my birthday, after a day out, I returned to find the room beautifully decorated and a birthday cake waiting for me—a really thoughtful touch

The hotel's location is super convenient; it's right next to the bar street and directly across from the beach. Perfect for anyone who loves nightlife

They always welcome us with a smile every time we are back from the beach or shopping and they make small talks to make us feel at home

To top it all off, I even saw fireworks from my balcony that evening, which was such a pleasant surprise!

The hotel has a total of 8 buildings with various room types, including sea view, pool view, and standard rooms, all at different prices. The breakfast is abundant, and there's a Western, Japanese, and Thai restaurant

Excellent food and very friendly and caring service. I have visited before about 18 months ago.. so good to be back we have eaten 3 days in a row here....Superb.

The room facilities are a bit old, but the service is good. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right in the heart of Patong Beach, just across the road from the beach

This hotel stay is excellent with all the attentive staffs catered to your needs and request! Especially when they see I teaching my baby daughter swimming in the pool, they bring a kid life jacket for my baby daughter

We stopped in for a drink walking Patong beach. As regulars to Patong and Thailand, we hadn’t been in before but the service was outstanding. We got a laid back couple chair setting facing the beach and ring road

The island was a little busy as should be expected during high season and the Chinese New Year holiday, but the staff did a really nice job of managing it all

Stayed from 3 to 5 November 2025 Room type: Deluxe Pool Access Location: Island Escape by Burasari – Coconut Island We visited as part relaxation and part inspection trip since we run a travel agency, and honestly this resort exceeded our expectations

Breakfast was truly 5-star quality. Wide variety, everything fresh. We also had lunch and dinner at the resort and the food was very good. Ordering is very easy through QR code, they call to confirm and deliver quickly

The Deluxe Pool Access villa was simply amazing. Two levels, direct access to the pool, strong air conditioning everywhere (6 AC units in total), large TV in the living room and another one in the bedroom

They had sent us an email before arrival offering online check-in, so we completed it in advance. When we arrived, the process took less than 10 minutes and our luggage was already delivered to the villa

Night, was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He even gave us an easy way to contact him anytime we needed to go to the restaurant or infinity pool. Within 5 minutes he was always at our door

The breakfast on the other hand is really good, the rooms are nice, big and the sea view is beautiful. I would rate it 4 stars, service is not at 5 star level

The hotel is great and well designed and maintained There is a renovation going on in some areas which might be a bit uncomfortable but they are doing their best to accomodate guests through it There is no early check in

you will get in your room by 3:00 if it is busy. I asked for late checkout several times which was also hard to get due to occupancy. Restaurant staff, security guys at the entrance will go beyond the limit to help you

I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service

The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful part of Cape Panwa, which was perfect for me since I wanted to relax away from the busy tourist spots

We booked the panwa lodge for the bridal party accommodation and it was beautiful. Others stayed in the 2 bed villas and standard rooms and no one had a single complaint (or if they did they didn’t tell me)

The food, drinks and views were absolutely amazing on the day. Big thank you to Aom, the venue coordinator, and her assistant for helping to make the day run so smoothly

Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and so accommodating. Cape Panwa will always hold a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to come back

Yes some of the wings with rooms need to TLC but the room we stayed in was great. Cape Panwa Hotel convinced me to visit the area again, Thailand again and we will be booking this hotel

We chose this resort because it combines luxury with that authentically Thai down-to-earth vibe. If you prefer western, modern and sleek it’s not for you but we loved the fact that it was rustic and charming

I highly recommend the Pad Thai at the Talay restaurant in the lobby – it was the best I had on this trip out of three different places! The sea view from the room is beautiful

Also, there's a slight issue with the shower's temperature control; it's almost impossible to find a middle ground between scorching hot and freezing cold, so I ended up having to angle the showerhead as high as it would go

My only minor complaints are that the AC can only be turned on or off, with no temperature control, which is a bit inconvenient as it gets too cold when on and too warm when off

This hotel is nestled in the mountains, so while it's not the most convenient to get to, it offers a peaceful retreat. The staff are great, and the overall facilities are good

the environment and ambience were good, but one shortfall was that toiletries were not provided. It’s best to bring your own, except for shampoo and shower gel.

The hotel is beautiful inside the premises, but room is small. They refused to provide extra tea kit 😞, even plate and spoon, must be having some management decision

This hotel turned out to be quite interesting. After booking, I went through the reviews and was almost sure I would lose my 3000 THB deposit

Many people had mentioned deductions, and I noticed that from November the deposit had increased from 1000 THB to 3000 THB. So when they actually asked for 3000 THB at check-in, it was a shock

The service also was very nice. What really stood out to me was Ms. June at the Breakfast buffet, she was the sweetest person ever. Helping customers, playing around with kids. She was the mama of the buffet ☺️

The structure is beautiful and very big. You have two pools and we had a deluxe suite with Jacuzzi and sea view which was stunning

To help with this there is actually a shuttle service which constantly operates from reception transporting guests to & from those higher rooms where acsess can only be made by that steep incline

We are just back from a fabulous Two week stay at Diamond Cliff. The Hotel is situated high up off a busy road opposite the beach & just a short walk from the main promenade

I had a great time at Chanalai Flora. The staff went above and beyond to help me fix my broken luggage. They made sure that I could explore Phuket worry free. Will definitely come back.

Took awhile sometimes 10 minutes to heat up in morning. Not sure why ? Both rooms we had were same issue with hot water. Maybe hotel was full and everyone took showers at same time

Best Western Phuket is fine lovely hotel for stay of two days with spacious clean room with double bed. The specialty of resort is three pools and health spa for Jim

The room facilities were decent, but it was right by the road, so it was really noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning. The beach wasn't too far though.

I could understand that I booked two single beds room but the hotel gave us a king room without any sea view. I can accept that our room was full of ants and the bathroom's sewer was clogged

In addition, be aware that there are quite a few stairs throughout the property, something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel !

They quickly prepared our table outdoor since it was rainy before. The non alcoholic drink was a bit too sweet for my liking but you really can enjoy city light/ phuket from above

Only stayed for 2 nights, the rooms are clean and modern. There are 2 nice pools with good relaxing spots besides the pools, however, I didn't have time to use them. I did not experience much noise during night time

The location is good , new and clean Bring cash for the deposit However, the procedure of getting towel in Swimming Pool is a little bit trouble, you have to get a card to get a towel, and when you return a towel, you have get back card from the pool side bar and return to the reception

Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht

The hotel is on a main road but didn't make any difference as when you were inside you could not see or here it. Ate in the restaurant on the beach which was amazing sitting by the beach and chilling on a night

It's the only one we had on our 3 week trip around Thailand that had an iron & ironing board! Bed was very comfy so slept really well. As these detached villas are away from the pool and main hotel it is peaceful

Our stay at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach was absolutely magical! We stayed in a villa with the most breathtaking sea view and our own private rooftop pool—it was pure paradise

We had a good time staying here. The jacuzzi pool was great, the room is quiet and comfortable. Our room has a beautiful beach and ocean view which is amazing. All the staffs are helpful & attentive

Changed to this hotel from Thai Kamala beach literally a couple of weeks before we travelled. This was cheaper and in a far better location for us. The Ocean Villa we booked made our stay

In room dining prices are not overpriced. One small comment would be the room slipper is too thin and slippery, so we didn’t use it. We will definitely come back to stay here again
