Hotels with sea view in Phuket

The hotel is located on a cliffside with nice views, but it's inconvenient to get to.

The ambiance is nice but the resort needs refurbishing as it is old. My family took 2 different packages (2 of them fully inclusive and the rest with lunch and dinner). The children enjoyed the pool, kayaking etc

We have stayed at many hotels in Phuket over the past year, but I can confidently say that the staff at Baumanburi Hotel are the best. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

The rooms aren't new, but they're very clean. There's a large, clean pool on site. There's a very good massage parlor on site. And most importantly, the best restaurant on site

We had a wonderful stay at Baumanburi Hotel Patong! The staff were extremely kind and upgraded our room for our honeymoon, which made our experience truly special. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable

The cleaning staff was very friendly but the reception couldn’t help me less…for restaurants, tours, or anything else, they would just tell me to go see in the street! Gym is ok (except for pecs…very important information 😂😂😂) and the pool is nice with a lot of shade

The pool is beautiful and the location is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. We are planning to visit Phi Phi next, and after that we will happily return to Baumanburi Hotel for another stay

The price of this hotel varies greatly between the off-season and peak season, but the hotel facilities are truly excellent. The rooms are laid out with a separate kitchen, living room, and bedroom

Downstairs, just a 3-minute walk away, is a 7-Eleven convenience store, and there's also a Chinese restaurant next to it. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I visit during the off-season

I'm very satisfied with the room; it has three bathrooms and three balconies. The location is great, with a 7-Eleven, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a pedestrian street all downstairs, making life very convenient

If you rent a scooter, getting to the beach is incredibly fast, and it's only about a ten-minute walk. The hotel is also very, very close to a street food area where the snacks are cheap and delicious

In the evenings, there's a lively bar street nearby. There's also a highly-rated and very clean 'The One Thai Massage' shop (Branch 1) near the hotel, which offers purely green services

You need to book your massage in advance, otherwise, you'll have to wait a long time. I recommend the 300 baht an hour option; it's very relaxing and stretches you out nicely

The hotel is right by the sea, and waking up to that view is just pure bliss. Plus, the front desk personally escorts you to your room, so no need to walk yourself

We stayed in a Premium Comfy Room with a bathtub and balcony, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious with ample storage and all the necessary amenities provided

The bathtub was surprisingly big — perfect for a couple to relax together after a long day. The bed was super comfortable, and we enjoyed excellent sleep throughout our 4-night stay

we did not stay there as our honeymoon😅And also the same room had mold in the shower, so we ended having to change rooms. it all went smoothly so it was fine

We had a truly relaxing and comfortable stay at Oceanfront Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, the vibe was calm, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding

One issue is sunbeds, get down to the pool after 9am and towels left out but no one visits all day. Staff try their best to manage this but unfortunately a lot of the hotel residents were very selfish and rude

The hotel is very close to the beach. The scenery of the hotel is very good and the facilities are good. So the main thing is that the price is very good and the breakfast is delicious. Overall, it is very cost-effective

Great Hotel, great rooms, great food and the staff were fantastic. We stayed on an all exclusive package and have to say the food was excellent with a huge range that was different everyday

Right from the check in until check out, the hotel staff goes over and beyond to ensure that your requirements are taken care off in true 5 star manner. Rooms are lavish and has plenty of wardrobe and rack space

The room is large and had a great sea view with some nice sunsets. However, the sound proofing is awful. There was a lot of noise coming from both the lobby and the pool area. The rooms really need a refurb

We had an overall very good stay at Novotel Kata Avista. There was one unpleasant incident during our stay which I prefer not to detail here, as it was handled professionally and elegantly by the reception team

The gym consists of 1 exercise bike, 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a bench and some god awful weights that are difficult to hold. Lucky there are a few gym options nearby for those who need it

A lot of the furniture is cheap, hollow and outdated. Things are awkwardly placed as well e. to open the curtains you need to undo the curtain tie which is right below the ceiling lamp and I banged my head on it

Unfortunately this was a common theme. We noticed a pool table in the lobby and I was excited to have a few games. The pool cues are broken, the table is awful and all the balls just end up at the sides

We also only had one towel returned to us and one day they took the bath mat and we had to ask for it back! The breakfast was quite poor. There is no air con in the breakfast area or the lobby

The Rawai zone resort is quiet and very suitable for those who really want to relax. The hotel is located by the sea, offering views of small islands

Especially in the evening, the light is very beautiful, making photos come out soft and lovely. The hotel offers massage services with promotional prices as well, providing a very relaxing experience

Indian food is superb, I would recommend having food here instead of going out or order delivery. Views are great from sea view rooms. Location is bit odd on a steep hill so it's not walkable in my opinion

The accommodation was clean, roomy, and had a great partial view of the ocean. I received a very wonderful birthday greeting on my bed. They also surprised me with a lovely fruit platter on my birthday for breakfast

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — they truly go above and beyond. Even when we had to check out early, they prepared a breakfast box for us to take on the road

Stayed in a Club room with sea view. Room well kept and very comfortable. The big problem is that in the club rooms there is a rumbling noise coming from the pool pumps, I was told

This hotel is located on Kamala Beach, which is relatively less crowded. We specifically chose it so we could spend a leisurely day lounging on the beach chairs. The overall service was pretty good too.

The food was equally impressive and beautifully presented, full of flavor, and crafted with great attention to detail. Each meal felt like a memorable dining experience especially at Tengoku and Sipping Tiger

It was semi-buffet style, and the à la carte items took ages to arrive, same with coffee. They couldn't remember what we ordered and would come back to reconfirm our coffee choice. This happened twice on the same day

Not bad at all! Since it was a family trip, I was really worried about communication issues in Chinese. But there was a very pretty lady at the front desk who spoke excellent Chinese and was incredibly patient

The hotel's service, room size, and overall environment truly justify the price of just over 1000 during peak season. The breakfast and pool, in particular, were absolutely fantastic

I stayed at three hotels in Phuket this trip: a 5500 baht per night pool villa, an 1800 baht local specialty hotel, and the SIS. Personally, I found SIS to be the best value for money and the most satisfying of the three

And the sea view was absolutely amazing!

The rooms are clean and the location is really calming. The breakfast was good and the pool in the 4. floor is great to enjoy the evenings. You can walk down to the village or get yourself a grab/taxi

The only minor inconvenience was the uphill walk back to the hotel after exploring the surrounding area, which was a bit strenuous. Also, the rooms facing the road were a little noisy

Unfortunately, the photos are a little misleading — it’s essentially a seated area within the pool rather than a true swim-up bar. You can still order food and drinks poolside from the restaurant, and the food was good

We requested some kit multiple times during our stay which we never received- likely due to the language barrier. Additionally, room service needs improvement

My daughter was sitting on a lounge by the pool (fully clothed) enjoying the sun when another guest aggressively told her to move because she wasn’t swimming — despite that guest not swimming either

My 8-year-old had also just gone down the waterslide and barely had time to move away before an adult slid down and landed directly on top of her, with no apology or check to see if she was okay

The hotel’s spa was lovely, and there are plenty of activities available, including clay modelling, skating, archery, tennis, and climbing. We tried the archery and had a great time
