Hotel staff is friendly and service is okay. Rooms are quite neat and food tastes good. There's also a 7 eleven shop right across the main street. Also there's Hard Rock cafe and money exchange kiosk down the street.

I hate their food. They are not honest. I ordered steak vegetable but just came without vegetable. Also last 15 minutes their closing time they opened bottle of wine. Worst place in the planet. Never ever go there...

being at Meir Jarr hotel felt like home. it made our stay in Phuket even more memorable. after booking another hotel for our last week stay in phuket we were not happy with their standards, so we went back to Meir Jarr Hotel and booked with them again. the staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and the view from the roof top pool was magical. we spent most of our time swimming there instead of the beach. i will recommend this hotel to anyone

Very nice hotel, but the outdoor area is closed off.The swimming pool is open but no service/bar there. Nice gym!

Infinity Rooftop pool absolutely amazing! Personnel is very willing to help, they are all amazing and professional. What a pity that the room could have been a little more sound proof (I was in the second floor, or better to say in the half floor between the first and the second floor), but overall an excellent experience for the price paid!

+ The price is cheap but you get what you pay for- noisy, strange food, pool stinks - some nice people some not so nice.
- Horrible construction noise inside and outside the building all hours except1-7 am. Hard Rock Cafe next door drums only through the window. Next door hotel heavy noise. The pool is beautiful but water strange smell. Toilet flush goes up odor not down. Not a relaxing place. Cheap but cheesy

Very friendly, clean, service was great.breakfast was great. Near to the beach and town for entertainment and any thing else you may need.

Its beautiful hotel to stay at Patong, Phuket. Having there delicious breakfast & dinner. Good staff behavior. Good room service. Infinity Swimming pool on 7th floor is also awesome. Hotel is just at the walking distance from patong beach & also at walking distance from Bangla street.

Location is prime and that's the only point for selecting this hotel. But no great breakfast options for vegetarians expect fruits and bread.

Nice hotel but overpriced. The pool is a high standard hence the pricing but the rooms are basic. Worth it if you are going to spend a full day at the pool but the food wasn't anything special.
