Online payment is not possible for sea view rooms, which is very troublesome, and cards without chips at the front desk cannot be swiped. The room is large, but I think the price is not cost-effective, year-on-year

The penthouse was incredible—the view was breathtaking! The location of the hotel is perfect, with some really nice restaurants and street food spots just a short walk away

The overall feeling is good, the surrounding environment is quite good, shopping nearby is very convenient, the sanitary environment is okay, mainly because it is relatively close to the pier, and it is quite convenient to go to the sea

There’s also a massive 7/11 nearby and a Super Save store where you can find anything you might need. The value for this hotel is extremely reasonable, especially considering the comfort, amenities, and prime location

The location near the market was a huge plus, not far from Bangla Road, and there's a 7/11 nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Housekeeping was daily, and everything was clean.

Excellent hotel! It's clean, the staff are friendly, and the deposit is 1000 baht. There's a rooftop pool, it's very clean, and it's conveniently located near a 7-Eleven and Banzaan Market

The Room is bigger than most in Patong and the balcony is actually big enough to sit on comfortably. Great Location and the cleaners were excellent, breakfast was great. Will stay again 👍

The main downside is its slightly remote location; there's no hotel van or bus, making taxis a bit inconvenient. There's a bar and restaurant on site, and within 1000 meters, you'll find other restaurants and a 7-Eleven

The Hotel is built by shopping containers, And then toilet & balcony are inside but outside The container. The room has a small fridge and a small unit to hang cloths. The Hotel has a Nice little pool with a bar

I booked this hotel because online reviews said it offered the best sunset views in Phuket. To my surprise, you can't see the sunset from the room or anywhere else in the hotel; you have to go to Nai Harn's public beach

They even upgraded my room! Check-in was super smooth and everything was on point. The beach is right downstairs 🏖️ and you can grab free towels from the concierge, plus use the hotel's umbrellas and chairs

They even folded and placed a piece of clothing we had forgotten in the room, which was a lovely touch). The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the fruit was very fresh

Booked this room for my parents, it's their second stay and they were very satisfied. This time, there was a young lady at the front desk who spoke fluent Chinese and was very thoughtful in assisting them

The beach is a little more quiet just down from the hotel and quite busy beside. From your sun-bed you can hear the lounge music coming from the beach club inext door which is nice

40 apartments around a beautiful and large shaded pool. There are comfortable beds, chairs and lounges right on the water. The apartment is very well appointed, cleaned twice a day, peaceful very clean and quiet

The general manager, Terence, is very thoughtful, welcoming and helpful - we had a minor issue that was not the hotel’s fault and he and his staff solved it straight away. Everything is spotlessly clean

Staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is à la carte and there is lunch and dinner served too. It suits couples and families wanting a quiet holiday

Stayed in a family room (4 adults) massive beds, although a bit on the hard side. Watch out for the girls on the street selling massages. Unless you're walking with a female they won't leave you alone

There's an uphill climb, but it's gradual. Downhill, you'll immediately find the beach, and in the evenings, there's a market-like setup along the road and beach. Nearby, there's a massage parlor and a 7/11

Maybe from a different room, I can't say for sure. But you can't see it from the pool either (( A beautiful, cozy spot, like a little grotto! Birds singing, sun warming you. We highly recommend it to everyone

Both bedrooms and the living room directly faced the sea, so you could see the ocean from the bed. The entire apartment was over 200 square meters, with a terrace of about 150 square meters, making it very comfortable

All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly helpful, proactively offering assistance with everything from carrying our luggage to helping us change rooms when we were traveling, and even assisting with communication with taxi drivers

Good location, near the beach, near restaurants, near Soi Bangla. There are many sizes of rooms to choose from, but I personally don't like the bathroom because it doesn't separate the wet and dry zones

On the downside, the bed linen and towels were a bit grayish, and the curtains appeared somewhat dirty. We did experience a couple of brief water shut-offs, but they only lasted for a couple of hours each
