Buonissimo!! Love this place also food is heaven, pasta very tasty, grill mix big and flavorful, I took my friends here and they said next time they will book here good price for quality also his homemade cheese and sausages salami are super

Just returned from a 5 night stay although for 2 of these we kept the rooms so that we could leave the majority of our belongings while we went to Phi Phi. Frank the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but had everything you needed. Only given an average to good as the beds were really hard which affected my sleep, towels also very thin. Situated on a quiet street so not much noise at night and it felt safe and secure. Plenty of shops, bars within walking distance.

This is a very nice budget hotel in a quiet part of Patong yet a few minutes walk from most facilities. Nanai road bars and restaurants are closest or walk 10 minutes through to JungCeylon via a shortcut. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed. Towels are ok, could do with an upgrade.

We stayed here for our first 3 nights in Thailand.
Very clean and spacious room. Nice clean bathroom. We didn’t have a balcony but saw other rooms did and they looked nice.
Frank greeted us when we arrived quite late. We did have to pay a late check in fee of 200baht but we didn’t mind that. There is no formal reception but Frank is easily contactable via WhatsApp.
The location is good. We like to walk most places where we can and this was a good base to have.
If you are looking to book tours and things, we found that the pick ups struggled to locate the place but they made it to us in the end.
Some nice small coffee shops close by.

Die Unterkunft war extrem Sauber und hat einen sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber der regelmäßig nach dem rechten gefragt hat.
Die Lage war gut, sehr ruhig und trotzdem mit einem kurzen Spaziergang alles zu erreichen.

Excellent restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, managed by Italians, completely renovated, by the pool.
We ate the octopus with potatoes, grilled peppers and capers, just fabulous.
Spaghetti allo scoglio, linguine with amberjack and clams, sea bream baked in foil: all really delicious, with the care taken in the setting of a starred restaurant.
The Neapolitan pastiera then is the final touch to applause.

I stayed here for a week. 5 star service for 2 star prices. Everything is close. I really LOVED my stay here. Only had one issue and that was the cars on the road with loud exhausts as the hotel is right in the road

I am sure they have faked 5/5 reviews to make their rating higher than it should be.
My Experience here:
Scammed me put me in a different room than was advertised: disgusting bathroom, broken door, trash dirty room, furniture that looks nothing like the pictures and no hot water my entire stay!!!
When explaining to reception and showing them the room I paid for on Agoda they blamed the entire thing on me even though they clearly were falsely advertising!!
The lady who couldn’t speak English would just type into google translate: “This is your mistake” “These are the same rooms” “This is not the hotels problem”
When I tried to cancel booking they gave me the number of their ‘boss’ to sort it out with him. When I explained over the phone what has happened he just hung up on me…. as I had already paid online there was nothing I could do.
Absolutely 0 customer service I do not recommend booking here. At least book in person rather than online so you can see if you’re gonna get scammed. I warned you.

Too old rooms. Too noisy at night. For several days we've been there - we haven't any room service.
The only advantage is that owner gave us a motorbike for free, so we could get to many different beaches.

If you ever rent a room here, make sure you bring everything necessary like soap, toilet paper etc with you. In 5 days we didn't have any room service.
Our room was smelling disgusting, windows and floors are very dirty and oily! Blankets and linens full of yellowish stains!! There is also a water pump which is working very noisy 24/7! The bathroom is another nightmare : the door is broken so sometimes we were stuck there. No warm water. Worst sleep ever here! Cannot recommend to stay but the staff at the bar is very friendly
