the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
We were told we could stay in the same room for 3 nights, but the next day our room was changed without any explanation. They moved us to a room with a broken hair dryer, and even though we reported it immediately and urgently needed it, nothing was fixed for two full days. They refused to change our room, and only offered a working one when our trip was basically over, completely useless at that point.

The worst part was the extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive attitude of the male receptionist. Instead of assisting us, he kept making excuses, ignored our concerns, and made the whole situation even more frustrating.

On the last day, they charged 1800 baht for a small stain caused by a completely natural issue. I have never been charged for something like this at any hotel anywhere.

Terrible service, zero professionalism, and staff who clearly don’t care about guests at all.
I absolutely do NOT recommend this place, don’t waste your money or your vacation.

What is this? Don’t have hot water from 7 days! 5 days repair works in front my door can’t sleep,loud music and noises from the workers 24/7. Never never again here is the minimum I can say for this place!!

The pictures shown are deceptive and the rooms are full of wall seepage and pillows are hard to sleep . The rooms lighting were shady and not a cozy feeling to stay and the size of room was small. There was not much cleanliness and no housekeeping staff to help you for luggage and phones were not working . The only plus point is location of the hotel but there was lot of sound of busy street at night as this hotel is near fighting club and one cannot sleep peacefully , rest all i did not like how they have maintained their hotel at such a prime location. Their bath gel etc were smelly and no fragrance was there. The wood in the room had small ants on the table.

We had bad experiences with the hotel and their service the hotel is untidy and their staffs are very rude and helpless ones had a very worst experience.

Substandard hotel, bathroom shrink water getting stagnant . Cannot lock toilet door. Reception collects 1000Bhat as security deposit.
No restaurant.
Poor room condition and insects and cockroaches found in room.

The hotel turned out to be worse than I thought. I would say that this is an overnight stay and not a hotel. the images of the hotel that you can see are deceptive. the room smells unpleasant, cockroaches are running around on the ground floor, the bathroom is rusty, the ceilings are shabby, the bedding and towel they give also have an unpleasant smell. in my case, they did not change the bedding after the promised three days, now it is the 5th day of my stay. Of the advantages, I would highlight only the presence of a rooftop pool and a free breakfast.

Found mold and bugs in bathroom. Bed sheets had a yellow stain upon arrival and the room smells of urine.
