SCAM SCAM SCAM I arrived and they said I didn’t have a booking even though I showed them the *********** reservation on my phone. The woman was the most ignorant horrible person I’ve ever met, told me I could have a room for double the price, read loads of reviews that say exactly the same thing, disgusting 😡😡😡

We booked this hotel for 700THB a night, when we arrived there was an argument between the owner (French man) and customers over the price. When I went to tell him we have a booking he straightaway said read the sign, which stated we would have to pay again almost triple what we paid and we would have to speak to Agoda to get a refund. This man was the most rude, obnoxious person I have ever met, he told us it wasn’t his problem and we need to pay 1500THB per night. This is clearly a scam, they get you to the hotel for a cheap price and knowing that it will be a hassle to find somewhere else to stay tell you to pay more money. Luckily we had a friend in Phuket we were able to stay with. Don’t make a mistake and stay here, unless you want to see a horrible stupid French man who has no empathy.

Kind cheap but service is not good. It’s better to upgrade it and do not take the cheapest room. Difference for us was aud $2 and room was much much better.
Huge shower nice bed with each day different animal on it.

Despite the bad reviews, I found this place amazing! Good clean rooms, nice service, good bike rental, no passport holding, online bookings and they take cards unlike other places

I booked a room with balcony and when i arrived i found out that the room has no windows or balcony its totally like a jail cell , and even worse it has no lock anyone can open the door of your room anytime lack of privacy and safety feeling, its a very dirty place and when i showed them the reservation for the superior room that i have reserved they refused to cancel and pay me back my money or the difference in money between the two rooms they started yelling at me without no reason very bad experience never go there there are a plenty of hotels with nearly the same amount of money with many mora facilities
