Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. We had booked two Deluxe rooms, and both rooms were in very poor condition and did not at all match the description or standard promised at the time of booking. Upon arrival, we encountered dirty and unhygienic areas, clear signs of mold, and cockroaches in both rooms. The curtains were broken, and the air conditioning units were not functioning properly—they produced extremely loud and disturbing noise, comparable to a generator, which made the rooms uninhabitable. Due to these serious hygiene and comfort issues, it was impossible to stay, and we checked out approximately one hour after check-in.

Small property but it got the job done. Clean room, small coach, and small balcony. Wifi and air conditioning worked good. Clean room and clean bathroom. Very small pool on the roof but it was still good for a morning plunge to help you wake up or for a plunge when walking back in the afternoon heat. Only major con was that it's a bit off a walk to Bangla Road, Jungceylon Mall and Patong Beach.

Worst service experience I've ever had.You will be charged for breakfast, but it is not worthwhile(you will only get bread and butter). Additionally, the air conditioner was not functioning, which was a major issue. Would recommend do not choose this hotel for a stay

We didn’t liked the hotel🙄for Breakfast they only had toast, receptionists was not friendly, We didn’t enjoyed the stay, They are just dragging money 💴 Don’t opt for this hotel, better options are available

Everything ! The place is horrendous and disgusting… I’m surprised they even have a business .The property is shortly staffed, the rooms are in poor condition and everything is very dirty. There is only 1 option on table for breakfast, staff is too rude and they are very sly in overcharging you for things unnecessarily.

We stayed for 3 days and i must say it was on of the horrible experience for us.The pillow covers given to us for the stay was dirty from day 1. Despite of that, they asked for charges during checkout.

Worst experience while checkout. They are taking money for dirty pillow covers and also AC is taking to much time for cooling. Not happy with the service. They dont have variety in breakfast. I will never recommend thia hotel for stay.

Worst Stay, this hotel has a nothing when it comes to the breakfast and also they will make unnecessary issue to take more money out from you by showing you dirty pillow covers or bed sheet. I would strongly recommend not to opt for this hotel. They don’t have staff to service you for breakfast other than toast breads. Also the receptionist is very rude.
