Location: on Patong beach, 1.1 km from the centre of the nightlife area of Patong beach – Bangla road (13 min walk), 1,2 km from large shopping complex Jungceylon (14 min walk), 40 km from Phuket international airport (50 min drive).

Consists of one main 4-storey building.

The room environment is nice. It's only a 13-minute walk to Patong Beach 🏖️, and there's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel which is super convenient. It's also very close to Jungceylon Shopping Center. I had a very pleasant stay! 😃

The front desk staff often went back to their duty room to rest. The guesthouse itself is pretty nice, with relatively new and attractive decor. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, but the guesthouse is located a bit further inside, so there's no noise from motorbikes. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Walking Street, so it's a quiet spot in a lively area. You can ask the owner to help book island hopping tours or tickets for the Emperor Show; her prices are quite fair, and communication is easy. I compared a lot of options and ended up just booking through her.

The entire guesthouse only has two floors and no elevator, so carrying luggage can be a bit inconvenient. It's located in a small alley, so cars have difficulty getting in. However, the price is very good, so I don't mind not having a bike.

Before checking in, we heard the hotel was managed by Chinese, and it immediately showed! Cleanliness, comfort, minimalism – nothing excessive, yet everything you need is in the room! The only things missing were a TV and a VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL, which is why we consider it the only downside to this lovely hotel: a mosquito net on the balcony door and window, so we could open them and get some air. At night, you can't run the AC because the room is too small, and the fan only circulated the existing air, which made it feel stifling. There were mosquito repellents in the room, but they weren't enough. Plus, there are other insects to consider.

We noticed that nowhere in Thailand installs nets, even though they're really needed.

We hope this wonderful hotel will add them, and then we'd happily stay here again.

This hotel, newly opened by a Chinese lady, is very new and clean. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the proprietress was always online to help me with any issues. They also offer day tours at a good price. The accommodation facilities are comprehensive, and the location is excellent, close to restaurants and shops. It's very near Jungceylon, and the area around it is lively and comfortable. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

We had an amazing stay! Super friendly and helpful staff, good location near lots of activities and Patong Beach. Everything was very clean and newly renovated. For the price, it offers excellent value for money.

The room was beautiful, even better than the pictures, and very cozy and comfortable. The owner was super enthusiastic. There's a ton of great food nearby, with a 7-Eleven right outside, plus a popular clay pot hotpot place and a trendy Tom Yum Goong noodle spot! The price for this period was much better value than a big hotel. I'll definitely come again.

The room was newly renovated and had no peculiar smell. It's located in a residential area with many great restaurants nearby. It's not very close to Patong Beach, but that's fine because the water at Patong Beach is quite dirty anyway. The cost of staying here is relatively cheap. I've been to Phuket many times and always stay for several days, and this place offers good value for money. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was kept extremely clean!
