Unfortunately, my stay at this accommodation was very disappointing. From the very beginning, there was a strong and unpleasant smell at the reception, which created a very bad first impression. Additionally, I noticed bugs/insects running around the property, which is absolutely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic hygiene.

Another serious issue was the financial matter — my security deposit was not returned, even though the room was left in good condition. I did not receive any explanation regarding this situation.

I definitely do not recommend this place and will not be staying here again.

The online listing was for a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, we paid the hotel owner 10,000 baht in cash for our stay plus a 6,000 baht security deposit. After checking out the room, we discovered it was a 3-star hotel. The shower had no glass, the room stank, a broken faucet, and noisy air conditioning. The owner refuses to refund the money paid. He claims he doesn't work with Agoda. He also didn't issue a receipt for the cash payment.

Worst hotel in my entire life. do yourself a favor and don't come!!

1.-Check in was at 2 pm, we arrived at 3 and the room was not ready.
2.-The sheets were dirty and had hair (attached photos) I asked the housekeeper to change them.
3.-When everything was finally ready I went to take a shower and THERE WAS NO WATER!! My boyfriend went to ask the reception and she told him they didn't know when it would arrive.
4.-I asked agoda to cancel the booking and get money refound and they refused even though the hotel closed (attached image)
5.-We spent a day and a half without water, without being able to use the bathroom, without showering. I didn't want to leave the hotel because I wasn't willing to give them gifted money.
6.-There was the WORST RECEPTIONIST that could exist (the woman), all the time she looked at us with contempt as if we were a nuisance. On our penultimate day, twice she stopped us asking us to do check out and we still had one day left there and she called a man who agreed with us both times. very upset, nasty receptionist woman
7.- The pool looked like a swamp when we arrived (attached photo)

Good value for the money. It ıs the cheapest with air cond. Owner is a good man. Best cheap room possible in phuket patong area. There is a nice night bazaar to eat near the hotel, massage, market, Patong ⛱️ beach 800m

This a a great hotel! Rooms are very clean and up to "western standards". Staff is friendly. Can rent Motor bikes in front of the Family Mart which is 100ft away. The pool is nice but the pool deck is a little rough. TV has an English movie channel.
We have stayed in the area before, just far enough away from bangla road yet close enough to walk. The beach isn't far either. Maybe 10 minute walk.

Beware of the Towel Scam!

Ask them to remove all the towels in the room. You can also setup a secret camera to inspect no one came into your room. However if they entered the room with a stained towel immediately report it to the police.

These scams are very common and you will pay 300 bhat for each stain made. You can walk away with so much paid!!!

All the photos on booking sites look beautiful but... After arriving at this place we have been shocked how dirty it is, dust on a shelf, dirty walls, bed linen with blood marks, AC not working and all the rest of the problems. During Checkin time receptionist and site owner didn't inform us about construction on a site and very loud noise until we confronted them after we hear constant drilling. They tried to lie us that it will stop soon. They have double charged us, and it took time to get our money back from third party booking site because Star Hotel Patong used that system to charge money despite us paying in cash at a glance and getting a refund within 15 minutes. Luckily we had a case to prove about wrongdoing.
There is plenty of other places you can stay, and if possible I would recommend not to book here.

i am Singapore , i enjoy my stay in this hotel from 11th July 2016 - 15 July 2016 is very clean and Cosy and importantly great value and friendly staff.
