Clean place, friendly people at front desk and restaurant. Beautiful view of the beach and very close to it. Small swimming pool but very comfortable. I recommend this place.

You can't beat a pool and bar adjacent to a spectacular private beach, easy walking distance to Bangla Rd,there's public parking across the street at Hollywood parking.

I can not say enough lovely things about the hotel and staff. My mother and father held there 25th wedding vowel renewal ceremony on the beach and everything was just perfect. The setting of the ceremony was amazing

Weerawon (the wedding planner) made everything run so smoothly that we were able to organize it over a few e-mails and just arrive on the day with everything set up and ready to go

The cost was nothing and i will definitely recommend to everyone

Great hotel, apparently not catchy. The reception looks very clumsy. But the rooms are great, Breakfast is varied. From "minuses" you can only come up with overloaded wi-fi in the rooms

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient to the Banzaan market, a nice mall, a Mauy Thai boxing ring, great restaurants, Bangla Walking Street, Patong Beach, and just for exploring the area

Is a building, each floor 6 rooms, location very good, room also very clean, the only drawback is no pool, away from classes like markets and jungcelon really only a 3-minute walk from it!!!!

This time they used the car hire from the Orange car phuket, on the advice of friends, good service from the guys, we are satisfied, the car is without complaints, all issues are resolved quickly, it is much cheaper than a taxi

The administration is English-speaking with a Thai accent, but you can understand each other. Breakfast is good, varied food. Every day the room was cleaned, juices, water, beer, every day it was in the fridge

The hotel as a whole is good, arrived at 6 am at the hotel, and we had a check-in at 14. 00, we had to wait, but already at 12. 00 we were settled in a room, which is very grateful

We left with the feeling that we were leaving our home in Thailand. They are outstanding people who have made an beautiful resort and will forever be our place to stay in Patong, Phuket

The air conditioning didn't worked properly (it stayed at 16 degrees Celsius and it barely cooled the room). We also didn't have hand towels and hair dryer. Apart from these it was ok for the price.

The downside is that the hotel windows face a noisy road, so a room without a window is better - at least a little quieter, but in principle you can sleep

The other staff are alright? But don't seem on the ball at times. The pool is full of oils and chemicals, it's not fantastic, but it's better than Patong Beach

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days during which I encountered no problems whatsoever. The staff are friendly and the rooms clean and tidy. It is near Malin Plaza, a local market selling tasty Thai seafood

Is good, it’s clean, it’s fair price, decent staff. Not too noisy at night. Few people outside in the evenings having a drink, but it’s not a problem. I’d stay again happily. Plenty of things in the area

Service is good, people are great, cleaning is good; however, the room itself is not great and it is old. Biggest problem was it has transparent bathroom. Not ideal to stay with parents or friends

The resort itself is spectacular and very close to all the attractions in Patong - shopping, street matkets,?restaurants. The only downside is that my room was in a part of the resort that had only stairs, no elevator

The front desk welcomed us with no smiles. The explanation upon checking in was very rushed. The swimming pool looks great but no try udirng our stay. Resort is in near to Patong Beach area, about less than 10mins walk

The price is very cheap, the room is spacious, the atmosphere is good, the staff is lovely. And it is just a short distance from Bangla Road and has many massage shops and delicious restaurants

Stayed here for a couple of nights while in Patong, it was a perfect location for visiting the food market and shops and beach. The hotel was clean and tidy, the desk service was a bit slow

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. The staff always smile, very accomodating and service was fast n excellent. Breakfast buffet had good spread from american breakfast to chinese and indian food

My suggestion is to provide more english movie tv channels

There is a small local market opposite the hotel and around 10 mins walk to the shopping mall. Also they have happy hour offers in the hotel!

Rooftop pool, small but great views of Patong. Hotel about 1 kilometer from the main CBD so its only a 15minute walk and IRS not noisy like the inner city hotels

Although my booking voucher clearly mentioned a welcome drink, it was not offered to us. The next day, while sitting near the reception, I saw the staff offering welcome drinks to foreign guests who were checking in

For Indian or vegetarian travelers, I would not recommend taking the breakfast option as there are almost no suitable choices available. Another disappointing part of the stay was the check-in experience

The only problem we had was that there is construction happening next door every day except the weekend the breakfast was good but the swimming pools were too cold to use

Their beds unfortunately were awful. They were super hard and after complaining they came and changed it but then gave the kids our bed lol. It's very qaint and the pool closes early

I was little upset about my view, part of it was nice looking at the pool but the other side was on a waste land, not clean at all. Breakfast was not variable with same items daily but it was ok

Housekeeping staff does not automatically replenish bathroom items such as cotton buds, toothbrushes, toilet paper and drinking water. You should call the receptionist about it then the staff will bring it to your room

Great hotel, everything is close by, everything is accessible. It's a pleasure to stay. This is my third time staying here, and every time everything is perfect. There's a private pool and an amazing restaurant.

Our room came with complementary breakfast but we couldn't avail this because breakfast was supposed to be started at 8 AM, but our pick up microbus came at 7 Am to take us to the Rasada pier to catch the ferry to Phi Phi Island

My wife and I stayed here in February 2026. We had a late transfer, so they happily stored our luggage for free while we spent our last day at the beach

A group of people (5) was speaking loud in the late night at the room eating some spicy things smelling like disgusting I wanted to change my room but they are not accepted. They have pool in the top but that's all.

What bothered me was that the lockers in the room didn't have locks, so there was no security for valuables. You had to pay 100 THB at the front desk to buy a lock, which I thought was a bit greedy

The environment and hygiene are excellent. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and plenty of restaurants nearby. It's close to Jungceylon shopping mall, but a bit far from the beach

The room was ok, but mattress could use some padding. Location is great just a few blocks from everything including the beach and night life. Right outside are street food vendors and grocery store open 24 hrs
