Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Great hotel at a decent price. Great location right on the beach at the end of Patong. It’s quite quiet & peaceful if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle. The pool area is great, very comfortable loungers and infinity pool with views of Patong beach. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, special thanks the Bank at the reception for resolving some issues we had during our stay. As it was low season you needed to order your breakfast and not from the buffet so the options were limited, but I understand the hotel was not busy

The hotel as a whole is good, arrived at 6 am at the hotel, and we had a check-in at 14.00, we had to wait, but already at 12.00 we were settled in a room, which is very grateful. The administration is English-speaking with a Thai accent, but you can understand each other. Breakfast is good, varied food. Every day the room was cleaned, juices, water, beer, every day it was in the fridge. We have a room on the first floor with access to our own pool, very elegant. In the central pool did not even go, and the sea, across the road, so there was no need. This time they used the car hire from the Orange car phuket, on the advice of friends, good service from the guys, we are satisfied, the car is without complaints, all issues are resolved quickly, it is much cheaper than a taxi.
The hotel is good, the car is super, the rest is excellent, I recommend.

This hotel is in a great position at the northern end of Patong Beach. The beach is across the road and only 30 meters from the hotel entrance.

Quite disappointing, wifi very slow, hotel room not clean enough, oily windows, smelly room telephone, and hand soap already opened... and pool closes at 9pm. The earliest I've ever experienced, considering that Im traveling around for work.

B-Lay Tong is the smashing hotel, in perfect location on the North end of Patong beach. I love the designs of the hotel's interior and the services always impeccable. Not to mention really good food. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Phuket! You won't be disappointed. Also, if you are into the arts, there's so much to see and a feast to the senses.

The air conditioning didn't worked properly (it stayed at 16 degrees Celsius and it barely cooled the room). We also didn't have hand towels and hair dryer. Apart from these it was ok for the price.

Nice place near the beach, walk 5 minute to the beach, kindly and friendly staff
The room is comfortable, clean, nice view on the roof top, I'll be back again soon.

The bathroom is very ugly, smelly and dirty. The room was also dirty, apparently they haven't cleaned. The towels provided were extremely smelly! The House is also extremely old and they do nothing. Dirty everywhere you look and it doesn't look anything like the photos when you want to book. The shower head is above the toilet and you need to use the same floor for showering. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The room had a window that didn't have glass in it, when you opened the window you found out why, its the view on a wall. Not allowed to wash any toiletpaper down the toilet, which is not very comfortable. The AC was not really quitte. Room was on the street so it was very noisy. They gave us another room and it was a bit better but also old and heavy noisy.
