A good budget hotel. A small set of services, average service, friendly staff. For a family holiday, relaxing holiday.

Location: 40 km from the airport of Phuket, in Patong beach.

Consists of two 5-storey buildings and one 2-storey block.

The hotel has 122 rooms.

Total area: 2700 m2.

Beach: public sandy beach, 500 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – a fee, towels – free of charge.

WARNING! No good security. 2 break inns in 4 Days. Black mold everywhere... got sick---and you will get sick too if u stay hear.

Nice room. Air conditioning excellent....can be very cold if you set it at low temperature. So the thermostat is working properly! Swimming pool great. Breakfast fair with limited selection...Not much change in the daily breakfast buffet. Service is good. Wi-Fi is fair at best and if not poor reception and password needs to be reset. Best part is that it is reasonably cheap to stay and not far away from the beach and in the vicinity of most local amenities.

OK hotel for 3 stars.In the photo you can see everything.The bathroom did not like that there is no curtain on the shower-the spray flying in all bathrooms.Clean and change linen daily.The staff is friendly.Breakfast no frills but in General, all present-salads,omelets,sausage , rice, stewed vegetables with meat.coffee of course is no,but delicious pancakes with jam,Breakfast from 6 30 to 10 30.The Hotel has free Wi-Fi, 2 different points.the password at the reception.The hotel is away from the road is good there is no noise of cars,to the beach about 10 minutes.

This hotel is being managed by a very few staff. They are not able to meet the needs of the guests. They even refused to provide few plates and glasses in my room for my guests. Electric kettle provided in the room is archaic. I had to wait for 30 minutes for a staff to come to my room and take my luggage to reception. They said that a big Iranian group was checking in and staff at the reception is busy. Hotel dining was unattractive so we had to go out for food. However, house keeping was excellent. It is centrally located. It appears to be more a bed and breakfast accommodation than a hotel.

Ok ok hotel near to patong beach. Happening place in phuket. Far from airport and sight seeing trips.

it's waste hotel in Thailand I have visited such type of hotel we lost money in the room there is no responsible management we waited three days no compliant no action..for u my suggestion don't stay in that hotel its waste waste waste............
