Perfect hotel, amazing area, rooms can be better but still 10/10, Value is right. Very good location, near shopping mall!

A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean

The rooms were luxurious and had an amazing bathroom, with a large balcony. The amenities and activities were good. The food was top class and had a lot of variety, from seafood to late night snacks

The hotel is well maintained and looked after. All the staff work hard to please the guests and make their stay a holiday to remember A special thank you to Mr Isik for his kindness and generosity

We spent most of our time at the pool bar and Betul was a fantastic bartender and was great at her job. The lobby bar was also a great spot for spending the evenings with freshly ground coffee

Foremost, we’d like to say a great THANKS to all staff in the hotel. You guys are amazing! Beach bar, pool bar, lobby bar, restaurants - you made our vacation really wonderful

This was difficult at times as a lot of staff did not understand English so could not tell us what each dish was! The food was horrible and mainly catered towards Eastern Europeans, unfortunately couldn’t find any Turkish cuisine which was odd considering we’re in turkey! If you have an allergy then good luck as absolutely nothing was labelled and you had to ask staff what things were

They had empty plant pots beside each sunbed so people could put there cigarette ash and rubbish but they seemed to just attract more flies! Beach was fun the sea was warmer than the pool! Overall not the best atmosphere for a couple of colour as the hotel is mainly Eastern European, me and my partner often got rude looks and sometimes looked at like a lion in the middle of the city so be prepared

I asked the manager if it is usually this cold and he said yes, a big let down considering how big the pool is! The sunbed area was very filthy, you could not lie down for 3 minutes without a fly landing on you

There is an entertainment program in the pool and in the evenings in the amphitheater. There is a lot of entertainment, your hotel guide. I recommend both for a relaxing and active holiday, including with children

It's a really good hotel and a very good team in this hotel I'm really coming back to this hotel. The quality of the food here is excellent.

Had soup at about 2 am - that was a new experience The next day we went for breakfast and met some of the friendliest waiters you could ask for - Hakan was lovely, as we're all the other waiters

I will agree the walking can take its toll, but there is the yellow bus to help - although we were always going in the other direction! From the bad reviews we saw before coming, it is like chalk and cheese

The lady who does the amazing flatbread was so nice, and looked after us, and showed my partner how they were made from start to finish, and even did her a heart pancake for breakfast on our last day

They held tables for us, got us drinks and checked on us the entire time. We met the 2 lovely people who promote the hammam on site, and had a laugh with them every time we saw them

Staff very friendly, food varied and tasty however some complain it's not very warm,we didn't find that an issue at all considering the amount of people catered for. Overall an amazing experience

You get to the beach just in 2 minutes through the tunnel where you have fridge standing with water if you would like to take with you to the beach. You get towels and hotel has their own sun-beds

Highly recommend! You also have a hair salon in the hotel aria, and big market is located not far from the hotel if you need something. Keep in mind that hotel is 2 hours away from airport

Stayed at the grand Kaptan for 7 nights. Service - When we arrived we were greeted well and our bags taken up to our room and given a welcoming drink. We checked in late but there was food to offer in midnight soup

In the evenings, the ambiance with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere created a truly romantic setting. This hotel is definitely a great choice for those who want to relax and create beautiful memories

Throughout our stay all the members of staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful. Special mentions to Mustafa and Ebra (there were more but we didn’t get there names)

We spent most of our nights in the lobby bar playing card games which we enjoyed but after a few nights got very repetitive

The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is good, close to the center of Alanya, the atmosphere in the hotel is good, the service is nice, there are no language barriers - I had the pleasure of being in a Mexican restaurant, thanks to Yvcel Drhan for being professional and serving delicious dishes, they looked great

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment

However, there was nothing to worry about. The hotel was beautifully clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and the bathrooms have obviously been updated recently

2nd time here 2nd12th September and it was nearly as good as the first time room was immaculate cleaned every day food was good with a good selection for even the pickiest of eaters even vegetarians big thanks to Ibrahim who constantly checked if we needed anything

About improvements that I would think of : in the gym something to do pull exercises or just a bar for pull-ups; in the mini-club more equipmentand games and someone who will do the activities with the kids instead of just being present, and also take care of the strange smell in the room

There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room

*Location* The previous reviews are correct, the hotel is set in the mountains which offers an amazing view and view of the sea but at that cost there are steps and hills to get everywhere - some are quite steep

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

Having read the reviews of this hotel and worrying before we come I was quite surprised. If you’re coming from the UK I’d be aware that an English 5* and Turkish 5* aren’t the same, I would say this is a Brits 3

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

There were days when people would reserve sun beds with towels to use the bed for maybe an hour and it would stay with a towel on all day, only one day did we see them removing “reserved” towels

The minibar was not refilled with water, the room cleaning was not very thorough (even on the day of check-in it felt like the bathroom had not been properly cleaned – the once beautifully shiny shower doors were covered with unknown splashes)

There was also a lack of basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, and there were no bathrobes in the wardrobe. If we had not experienced your hotel in 2024, everything might have seemed acceptable

The hotel location is very good, near to the street shops and bus station. 2km from city center and ~10km to Alanya center

This is especially for those who are drunk)) in the evenings out on the Terrace to smoke Shisha, just super. The staff are all friendly , cheerful. Always joking, I marvel at their patience

I would recommend having a medical thermometer in the first-aid kit at reception. My child had a fever, and there wasn't one. The room is cleaned daily (they don't do swans, but there was a fan)

Service all around was perfect, fresh towels daily, lots of water, tea and coffee for your room. Still in love with the whole vacation and time I spent there

The biggest plus is the sea and the entrance to the sea, it is not a bad entrance at all, on the contrary, the best😊 We are staying in the main building, so it's really great, the only small minus is that the sunbeds on the beach are quite busy and there's usually no one there, then there's not much space for people who are currently at the sea and want to use a sunbed, otherwise everything is perfect...

The reception staff provided great support, offering them food upon arrival when they missed dinner, as well as helping with translations and arranging shuttle service when needed

Recently there was a reconstruction. Delicious food and great chefs. Animation after the dismissal of the animator Junior and the departure of DJ Serdar pumps up

The English is amazing from all staff and nothing is a problem, our room was cleaned every morning with fresh bottled water and fresh towels, there is food and drink round the clock with something for everyone and always something new to try

The entertainment team Yasin and Lera are next level, bringing everyone together and keeping a great atmosphere at the pool throughout the day and at night. Nighttime entertainment is excellent also

The beach was around 2 minutes away from the hotel and there was a beach bar that served soft drinks, coffee, tea and food, although alcohol at the beach bar was not included in the all-inclusive price (whereas alcohol in the hotel was included in the all-inclusive stay rate)

On the other hand it is not crowdy which was important for us. We stayed on BB basis but there is a possibility for HB and AI which is not needed if you plan to test local restaurants or sea food
