Perfect hotel, amazing area, rooms can be better but still 10/10, Value is right. Very good location, near shopping mall!

A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean

The rooms were luxurious and had an amazing bathroom, with a large balcony. The amenities and activities were good. The food was top class and had a lot of variety, from seafood to late night snacks

The hotel is well maintained and looked after. All the staff work hard to please the guests and make their stay a holiday to remember A special thank you to Mr Isik for his kindness and generosity

We spent most of our time at the pool bar and Betul was a fantastic bartender and was great at her job. The lobby bar was also a great spot for spending the evenings with freshly ground coffee

I have visited various hotels in Turkey but they get better every time. We are family of 4 and booked the quad deluxe villa, which came with two rooms

This was difficult at times as a lot of staff did not understand English so could not tell us what each dish was! The food was horrible and mainly catered towards Eastern Europeans, unfortunately couldn’t find any Turkish cuisine which was odd considering we’re in turkey! If you have an allergy then good luck as absolutely nothing was labelled and you had to ask staff what things were

They had empty plant pots beside each sunbed so people could put there cigarette ash and rubbish but they seemed to just attract more flies! Beach was fun the sea was warmer than the pool! Overall not the best atmosphere for a couple of colour as the hotel is mainly Eastern European, me and my partner often got rude looks and sometimes looked at like a lion in the middle of the city so be prepared

I asked the manager if it is usually this cold and he said yes, a big let down considering how big the pool is! The sunbed area was very filthy, you could not lie down for 3 minutes without a fly landing on you

Staff very friendly, food varied and tasty however some complain it's not very warm,we didn't find that an issue at all considering the amount of people catered for. Overall an amazing experience

You get to the beach just in 2 minutes through the tunnel where you have fridge standing with water if you would like to take with you to the beach. You get towels and hotel has their own sun-beds

Highly recommend! You also have a hair salon in the hotel aria, and big market is located not far from the hotel if you need something. Keep in mind that hotel is 2 hours away from airport

Atmosphere is good, nice friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities in the evening and day time. Good food, big choice of food. Area is not big but clean and cosy as also rooms are clean and cosy

There is an entertainment program in the pool and in the evenings in the amphitheater. There is a lot of entertainment, your hotel guide. I recommend both for a relaxing and active holiday, including with children

It's a really good hotel and a very good team in this hotel I'm really coming back to this hotel. The quality of the food here is excellent.

Had soup at about 2 am - that was a new experience The next day we went for breakfast and met some of the friendliest waiters you could ask for - Hakan was lovely, as we're all the other waiters

I will agree the walking can take its toll, but there is the yellow bus to help - although we were always going in the other direction! From the bad reviews we saw before coming, it is like chalk and cheese

The lady who does the amazing flatbread was so nice, and looked after us, and showed my partner how they were made from start to finish, and even did her a heart pancake for breakfast on our last day

They held tables for us, got us drinks and checked on us the entire time. We met the 2 lovely people who promote the hammam on site, and had a laugh with them every time we saw them

The location is perfect – close to the main attractions but still quiet enough for a peaceful rest. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from

The animators didn’t understand that some people didn’t want to participate. The location is good, the food is good – service depends on the day. I recommend it for those with low expectations!

Food was like most all inclusive, a little repetitive, plus who has broccoli at breakfast?! But could usually find something to eat, the show buffet often the best

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea)

The rooms are spacious and allow for 3 people as a minimum, not to mention if you came alone or as a couple. The entertainment was well done, and the location was conveniently close to the coast

One of the best Hotels in Alanya. The best one from Tosmur region. Great place for families and young couples. We stayed there for 2 weeks and we had no problems, great staff, great food. Strongly recomand. 👍

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment

However, there was nothing to worry about. The hotel was beautifully clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and the bathrooms have obviously been updated recently

2nd time here 2nd12th September and it was nearly as good as the first time room was immaculate cleaned every day food was good with a good selection for even the pickiest of eaters even vegetarians big thanks to Ibrahim who constantly checked if we needed anything

It was the last weeks of october 2025 so that also probably explains the lower price, and I booked directly on the hotel's website. Temperatures about 25-26°c and almost only sun

About improvements that I would think of : in the gym something to do pull exercises or just a bar for pull-ups; in the mini-club more equipmentand games and someone who will do the activities with the kids instead of just being present, and also take care of the strange smell in the room

also next to the swimming pool there is a booth were you can get fries and hamburgers, and also a patisserie for cookies and ice-cream, and another booth for Gözleme (traditional baked flat bread with filling)

There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room

Staff do speak very good English and are very friendly. The food is plentiful and if there is nothing there you like then there's something wrong with you, I'm a picky eater and there was always something I could eat

The comfort experienced was truly appreciated. The staff's helpfulness made a positive impact. Their friendly demeanor enhanced the overall experience. It's wonderful to encounter such dedicated service

Basically what I'm saying is it's a very nice hotel and great value for money so all these reviews moaning about everything they should spend more money and go somewhere else

Well after booking we read the reviews and we're a bit worried. We are here now and all I can say is people moan about anything. It's a nice hotel good rooms lots of space

The food is warm not piping hot but able to be eaten and there is a microwave to heat it up if you wanted to. The drinks are good and good choice

*Location* The previous reviews are correct, the hotel is set in the mountains which offers an amazing view and view of the sea but at that cost there are steps and hills to get everywhere - some are quite steep

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

Having read the reviews of this hotel and worrying before we come I was quite surprised. If you’re coming from the UK I’d be aware that an English 5* and Turkish 5* aren’t the same, I would say this is a Brits 3

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

There were days when people would reserve sun beds with towels to use the bed for maybe an hour and it would stay with a towel on all day, only one day did we see them removing “reserved” towels

Me and my family stayed here for 21 nights (01. I need to say,that we were really pleased. The food was really good,and the workers in the restaurant and the reception were always friendly and interested

We were very pleased with our stay in Hedef Kleopatra. Of course the hotel is not suitable for everyone but we liked it a lot (me, my wife and 4-year old kid). The price/quality is very good

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. For the money, it's a perfect place. Rooms are clean, cleaned daily. The food selection is like in a 4 star hotel

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, doing their jobs perfectly. Warm greetings for Mehmet from the restaurant! The only thing that could be improved in our opinion is that there is absolutely no playgraound for kids

Outside there is no space for it, as almost all the space is taken by the pool/bar area, but inside the hotel there is a space, which is not used by anyone, and which could be converted to little playground for kids

Another thing that could be a disadvantage for some people (but not for us) is that the hotel has no animations, discos, live music, etc. There is of course music at the pool/bar

Then there was a guy named Fatih working at the bar — his English was very good, he served people very quickly, and he did an excellent job. Because of all this, I will definitely come back here for another vacation

His positive attitude and dedication truly enhanced our dining experience. We highly appreciate his outstanding service and would gladly return because of it

Excellent service! Our waiter was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire meal. He made us feel welcome, responded quickly to every request, and ensured that everything was perfect

Very good hotel for anyone, you can go with family or friends. Bartenders Ugur, Burak, Sahap and Fatih are very nice and kind to everybody. Dishes tasty, cocktails awesome, luxury hotel, I recommend everybody.

The massage was excellent, and I definitely don’t regret going for it. The entertainment team member responsible for darts and archery was also very friendly and funny. I really enjoyed all of his activities

Hotel complex with Kleoptra beach across the street. The sea view from the balcony comes at a price. Bigger road below and restaurants if you choose a room facing the sea

Great Location with a private beach and in a walking distance from the city center. Although not too diverse the food is very good. All the facility are clean and the entertainment is pretty good as well

The biggest plus is the sea and the entrance to the sea, it is not a bad entrance at all, on the contrary, the best😊 We are staying in the main building, so it's really great, the only small minus is that the sunbeds on the beach are quite busy and there's usually no one there, then there's not much space for people who are currently at the sea and want to use a sunbed, otherwise everything is perfect...

Service all around was perfect, fresh towels daily, lots of water, tea and coffee for your room. Still in love with the whole vacation and time I spent there

Iso is so funny guy, animator team are the best, room in hotel are good a lot pools here and bar drink are open a long time

The reception staff provided great support, offering them food upon arrival when they missed dinner, as well as helping with translations and arranging shuttle service when needed

Recently there was a reconstruction. Delicious food and great chefs. Animation after the dismissal of the animator Junior and the departure of DJ Serdar pumps up

The English is amazing from all staff and nothing is a problem, our room was cleaned every morning with fresh bottled water and fresh towels, there is food and drink round the clock with something for everyone and always something new to try

The entertainment team Yasin and Lera are next level, bringing everyone together and keeping a great atmosphere at the pool throughout the day and at night. Nighttime entertainment is excellent also

There is plenty to do around the hotel with shops restaurants and the beach all on the doorstep. We cannot wait to bring our family here next year with us. Thank you so much to Gulay and her team

The beach was around 2 minutes away from the hotel and there was a beach bar that served soft drinks, coffee, tea and food, although alcohol at the beach bar was not included in the all-inclusive price (whereas alcohol in the hotel was included in the all-inclusive stay rate)

Negative point: there was a young boy at the bar the whole time with his phone in his hand. Was unfriendly and not hospitable. Found it uncomfortable to be approached by a man for a massage in the Hamam

zeus and cesar are sympathetic entertainers, they are very friendly and very hospitable and all the staff are very friendly nice people I recommend everyone who plans to visit Kahya hotel 👍 recommended

The room was very comfy, and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. During the day the animators are responsible for the good vibes around the pool, they give their best to make you enjoy your staying

I would like to point out the guy named Zeus. He was really kind and always asked us about how is our holiday going. Definitely a person who i want to see in these kind of places

This hotel is worth staying at, we were there for 7 nights and it was very pleasant, the restaurant was great food, but don’t expect a 3 course meal, but plenty of variety from pizza , chips chicken stakes to local or European cuisine, and loads of salads and sweets and cakes

The location was also perfect, making it easy to reach nearby attractions and explore the area without any difficulty. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I truly enjoyed every moment

It Alanya and the hotel Chrysanthemum are the best for your holiday budget! Excellent service ,cleanliness, food,location ,Hamam! From morning till night ,the animation! We have tried both spending entire weeks there, as well as vacations like this one where we combined a stay at Krizantem with visits to places such as Cappadocia, Kiz Kalesi, and Istanbul

The hotel is always helpful with special arrival requests, making sure everything is adapted to wherever you are coming from or heading to next. The staff are always helpful and smiling, and the food is excellent

This hotel is exactly as advertised on their website or Booking. The location is amazing as it’s 3 minutes walk to the beach and the Main Street with shops is also on your doorstep

I booked a room with sea view, which was great the only thing was my lock didn’t work and the shower was leaking, but I didn’t see that as a big deal. I would recommend taking ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

But the day before my departure I got food poisoning and spent my last day in the room, close to the toilet hoping I will be well enough for my flight the next day in the morning

There is little market shop as a part of hotel complex, with very cheap magnets, cigarettes and designer bags

I was able to locate my phone on my daughter’s iPad and it was fortunately at the Taxi rank. They were able to call the taxi man and good enough within an hour and a half
