Chose this hotel as stayed here before and confidently close to Paddington Station. Gentleman at reception was very helpful ( arrived at 13.45 on 5/8/26). Got our room sorted and booked breakfast for us very efficiently. Our room was small,without being claustrophobic,but had everything we needed. Again staff were very helpful on checking out. Nice hotel but a bit pricey for what it was

Excellent customer service and the same can be said for the rooms. Good food, and good size rooms (by London standards) - would stay again and recommend for anyone looking for to stay for a night or two somewhere comfortable but not too lavish.

Pros: good location, a room was clean Cons: not worth of monay overall. You will find better value for the monay at same area from the other hotel.

The rooms were immaculate and perfect, even our smaller single rooms. The staff were amazing and attentive, from the reception to the breakfast team. Carolina in particular was very welcoming and ensured she did everything she could to make our check in experience as smooth as possible.

bathroom sealing was blackish.  our room was cosy a room and it was looking to the air condition units because of that I was little noisy.

The elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs every time we got to the third floor. No prior explanation was given. The walls were thin, so we could hear everything from the next room. The staff sat on the stairs, but they didn't seem to mind that we were being a nuisance. I'll never stay here again.

Very small. My room is located in a very narrow corridor that allows only 1 person to walk tru! Quite clean, ok if you just want to have hot water to wash and sleep. Worth only if you can book it cheap for HK$1,300 per night.

Great stay, great location, a lot of options for food like Bella italia right next door! Easy to get to Paddington and Lancaster Gate on the central line, can be in Oxford Circus in 10 minutes or so, will be back again!

It is actually connected to the hotel next door and shares a breakfast room called Bella Italia. The breakfast variety is average and the service is average. Check out another one next time.

We arrived to check in at midnight but was told that Trip.com overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms for us. Transferred us to their neighbour Hotel Indigo. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in London over the years and I really enjoyed my stay at Hart. I stayed in a large double which was a good size, the location was close to brick lane and old Spitalfields Market, and the gym was modern and very clean. Took off a few points from Service because there was a lot of staff miscommunication on my laundry pickup.

The room was absolutely fantastic, right across the street from Hyde Park, making it super convenient to get anywhere on foot. If the sun was shining in the morning, Hyde Park looked like a fairytale. Breakfast was delicious, and the setting was lovely too.

The on demand hot water was stupid...in relativley cool water all of a sudden a mix of scalding hot water would come out in a burst and almost burn the skin...design problem....upper management and design mistake not staff. Really stupid mistake for such a great hotel.

This room is the best Harry Potter-themed room I've ever seen. The interior decoration is very thoughtful and the children love it.
