Everthing is easy and close to this hotel. Thanks
Excellent location. Right next to Paddington Station and just 15 minutes from Heathrow by Heathrow Express. Easy access around London via the Underground, with plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby. Hyde Park and Kensington Palace are within walking distance.
The hotel is being renovated so you cannot open the windows. Room assigned to us was different than the picture on the booking platform and the toilet and hot water didn’t work properly
Recognising excellent assistance and service from Zakaria on the front desk
Perfect location, friendly staff nothing not to like.
A convenient location hotel for travellers taking the trains to other parts of United Kingdom at the Paddington Station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel only offers minimum services and the room is very small.

The hotel was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay here.
good location, clean hotel rooms
I left somethjng in the room and email the hotel, they just reply once said they are going to navigate and get back to me, end up no reply at all afterwards!
Very clean and new hotel. Staffs are very friendly. The location is a bit far from underground, but walkable to attraction like Big Ben or London eyes. I had a good time staying at this hotel!
The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river...

Logistically excellent location. The whole staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, attending to us wonderfully. Special thanks to Anna, Syed, John, and Tynissa at reception, as well as the lovely lady in the breakfast room whose name we unfortunately don’t remember (we hope you all recognize yourselves)! A peaceful hotel with an adult-friendly atmosphere, and a delicious breakfast. Nothing essential...
Nice clean rooms and Hotel in general was very clean. Staff are really nice and polite and had an issue with the air con in the room and they tried to fix before moving room. Friendly and helpful in the bar and the restaurant too. Location was picked due to work around the corner but nice quite little part of Piccadilly. Breakfast was really good too.
I had a wonderful stay at The Caesar Hotel in London. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is extremely convenient for getting around the city. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. A special mention goes to Kamal, who was especially helpful, always ready with practical tips and showing great kindness. I truly felt very well taken care of and would happily...
Amazing stay! Great location, super clean, and very comfortable. Water, coffee, and cookies were refilled daily, which was a lovely touch. The room had plenty of space, proper windows, and even a nice view - not something you always get in London! The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Highly recommend - I’d definitely stay here again!
The service was excellent. The breakfast buffet featured fresh ingredients; the menu was quite extensive, offering a typical English breakfast and morning tea.
The service is really good, but the room is a bit small. Fortunately, I was staying alone on a business trip.

Room was gorgeous and unique with very high ceilings and great attention to detail. Staff was very welcoming and took their time to ensure that our check in process was seamless.
Good and nice. I will introduce my friends.
Pros: good location, a room was clean Cons: not worth of monay overall. You will find better value for the monay at same area from the other hotel.
The rooms were immaculate and perfect, even our smaller single rooms. The staff were amazing and attentive, from the reception to the breakfast team. Carolina in particular was very welcoming and ensured she did everything she could to make our check in experience as smooth as possible.
We had an excellent experience at Melia. The staff were very kind and always helpful with questions. Check in and check out were very smooth. The room was very comfortable. The location was great too. Out of the more crowded areas of the city and near a tube stop with good food nearby. Would definitely return.
bathroom sealing was blackish.  our room was cosy a room and it was looking to the air condition units because of that I was little noisy.

The elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs every time we got to the third floor. No prior explanation was given. The walls were thin, so we could hear everything from the next room. The staff sat on the stairs, but they didn't seem to mind that we were being a nuisance. I'll never stay here again.
Very small. My room is located in a very narrow corridor that allows only 1 person to walk tru! Quite clean, ok if you just want to have hot water to wash and sleep. Worth only if you can book it cheap for HK$1,300 per night.
Great stay, great location, a lot of options for food like Bella italia right next door! Easy to get to Paddington and Lancaster Gate on the central line, can be in Oxford Circus in 10 minutes or so, will be back again!
It is actually connected to the hotel next door and shares a breakfast room called Bella Italia. The breakfast variety is average and the service is average. Check out another one next time.
The ladies in front desk at night are super helpful and patient. Deserve a raise! About the hotel, the location is 5 mins away from Paddington station. Convenient.
We arrived to check in at midnight but was told that Trip.com overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms for us. Transferred us to their neighbour Hotel Indigo. Waiting time was extremely long and tiring with no reassurances or updates from the manager on duty. We had to approach other staff to find a solution for us. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt House and it was a fantastic experience. In the UK, where everything is so expensive, having a kitchen in the room is a huge plus. The kitchenette in this hotel room was incredibly well-equipped – cooking utensils, knives, cups, plates, everything was even more comprehensive than what I have at home, and it even had a dishwasher! There's a Marks & Spencer supermarket...
Staff are very polite and helpful, I had early check in. The room is nice and clean , breakfast is excellent and worth it.
Stay comfortably with a nice breakfast, except the quality of the early breakfast wasn't that nice. Having cleaning facilities was convenient
excellet location, just next to biggest shopping mall westfield, only breakfast i need to take fork and spoon by myself after i asked 2 times also no one serve for me.
Very nice hotel in a great location. Set in the heart of the Westfield shopping centre, with lots to see and do, this hotel is perfect for business and leisure travellers. Very clean and comfortable room, and the breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay here again

We booked a comfort room which was petite but it was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Lovely Milton and Brown products in the bathroom too! Big shout out to Natasha on the reception desk! Very professional and...
Good location, other aspects are average, price-performance ratio is okay.
The rooms are small, but immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and a great location. The only disappointment was that the hotel was unable to provide toothpaste when I found I'd forgotten to bring some, late at night. I was called back to be told that I could go out to a 24hr shop. This isn't ideal when you're ready to go to bed; other hotels would carry basic amenities for such small requirements...
Good location and welcoming staff at reception. Nice toiletries and lovely big towels in the bathroom.Tea, coffee and biscuits.

The hotel service was good, they provided free water and fruit. The breakfast in the morning was also nice, with a decent variety of choices, and unlimited coffee and juice refills. The only downside was that the room was quite small, and the hotel's hallway was also narrow. Overall, it offered good value for money.
This place is spotlessly clean, and the owner is truly dedicated to running it well. The front desk staff, especially the young man, is incredibly patient, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. It's very close to the London Eye and Big Ben, just a 20-minute walk. You can take the 63 bus to King's Cross Station, making day trips to Cambridge and Edinburgh really convenient. small than expected, but I just accept the room anyway. The breakfast is okay. Heating is very very warm and dry.
The receptionist are very friendly and warm, we checked in at 2am and they still kindly invited us into our room. Everything was great about this hotel. The breakfast was convenient, great selection, great upkeep and maintenance. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The free drink is a nice touch as well. Would def stay here again and would recommend! Thanks again!
The on demand hot water was stupid...in relativley cool water all of a sudden a mix of scalding hot water would come out in a burst and almost burn the skin...design problem....upper management and design mistake not staff. Really stupid mistake for such a great hotel.

The room was clean and had everything you needed. It was indeed not very big, as I expected; basically, only big enough to unfold a large suitcase. The location is very convenient, about a 6-minute walk from Victoria train station and the subway, making it easy to get to the airport or explore the city.
I like almost everything. Neat, cosy, and compact for a solo traveller. The only minor issue was the time it took for hot water to come to my room on the first floor. I highly recommend.
Charming hotel with character and in a great central location. About 10 mins walk from Victoria train and coach stations. Friendly staff at reception. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the whole hotel and my room. I was expecting my room to be quite old-fashioned, but far from it. A heads up to people who like their quiet though. The walls and floors are thin. You can literally hear a...
This room is the best Harry Potter-themed room I've ever seen. The interior decoration is very thoughtful and the children love it. The hotel front desk also gave us some beautiful magic drinks, which tasted good. What's surprising is that the breakfast is also a magic breakfast, which is very interesting.
I think it's great for Harry Potter fans. The exterior and lobby are ordinary, but the room itself has a nice atmosphere and may be good for fans of the world of Harry Potter. The room we booked had a small toilet and jacuzzi, so you should keep that in mind. Also, as the hotel description says, it can be difficult to carry food in if you're on the basement or second floor. Breakfast was a buffet style...

Th hotel was located in a very convenient location, with easy access to multiple underground stations. The size of the room was decent and service was very helpful.

The location is good, but the room is a bit small for me. It is ok for 1 person, but if you are travelling with 2, it will be a bit small.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby was clean, but extremely warm and overly fragranced....if you have asthma...beware. My first room was on the first floor and was nice..although the hallway always smelled of cooking leftovers. My room on the 4th floor was nicer and the hallway smelled fine.
Overall good stay. Hotel and rooms were fairly clean. The room size is small. Even for a solo traveler, it was on the smaller end. The lobby always had welcoming staff but there was a very strong air freshener in the lobby. The 4th floor and room did smell a bit (moldy, damp smell). But overall still a positive experience.
We stayed here in mid-October on our honeymoon for one night. We had a very nice experience. We arrived at 930 am and the desk staff offered early checkin for approximately 40 pounds. It was very helpful to us - to check in and leave our bags so we could explore London. There is a lift, which was helpful. The staff were courteous, including a person manning the door nearly every time we came in...
Was a lovely hotel clean and well maintained. However needs soundproofing internally you can hear everything outside and everyone coming and going leaving through the lift. I couldn’t sleep it was so loud.
Pleasant staff (front desk, cleaning people, door man, everyone really)... Totally paper thin walls. My neighbor was singing from midnight to past 1 a.m. finally had to call the front desk on him. The area seemed to be far from anywhere i wanted to go to. Shower stall real small. I would rate the hotel as average but clean and professional.

It's about a 10-12 minute walk from King's Cross Station, the station famous for Harry Potter. The hotel service, cleanliness, and amenities are all good. The biggest problem is the lack of an elevator; those with heavy luggage should consider this carefully. There's a Chinese supermarket about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and it's very conveniently located within walking distance of tourist attractions
This was the first hotel we stayed at in London, mainly because it was very close to the children's dormitory. The front desk staff were excellent; both were very gentlemanly.
This hotel is located 10 mins from Russell square station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean and have all the things you need for a short stay. Also breakfast is held in the college hall across the road which is a wonderful setting. Overall we were pleased with our stay.
Affordable and warm cookie upon arrival. However, no fridge for a 4 star hotel?
In a relatively quiet part of (central) London, this hotel is close enough to highlights of any London trip. Near Kings Cross station, just a few minutes walk away. The rooms are clean and neat, with a coffeemaker and kettle available. There is no airconditioning because it is a historically listed building, but fans are available in the room. The rooms are modern and the beds are good. My only point...

Small Rooms We were a group that booked 4 rooms. It was very hot outside. Only 2 rooms had adequate AC. No windows that opened. One of the rooms should have not been sold as a double. Tiny room. Luckily they changed the couple into another room after the first night.

I had an amazing stay here! Compared to other rooms in London, I felt this was a great size. Front desk staff always super friendly.
