The hotel is being renovated so you cannot open the windows. Room assigned to us was different than the picture on the booking platform and the toilet and hot water didn’t work properly

A convenient location hotel for travellers taking the trains to other parts of United Kingdom at the Paddington Station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel only offers minimum services and the room is very small.

Nice clean rooms and Hotel in general was very clean. Staff are really nice and polite and had an issue with the air con in the room and they tried to fix before moving room. Amazing stay! Great location, super clean, and very comfortable. Water, coffee, and cookies were refilled daily, which was a lovely touch. The elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs every time we got to the third floor. No prior explanation was given. The walls were thin, so we could hear everything from the next room. The staff sat on the stairs, but they didn't seem to mind that we were being a nuisance. I'll never stay here again.

Very small. My room is located in a very narrow corridor that allows only 1 person to walk tru! Quite clean, ok if you just want to have hot water to wash and sleep. Worth only if you can book it cheap for HK$1,300 per night.

Great stay, great location, a lot of options for food like Bella italia right next door! Easy to get to Paddington and Lancaster Gate on the central line, can be in Oxford Circus in 10 minutes or so, will be back again!

It is actually connected to the hotel next door and shares a breakfast room called Bella Italia. The breakfast variety is average and the service is average. Check out another one next time.

We arrived to check in at midnight but was told that Trip.com overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms for us. Transferred us to their neighbour Hotel Indigo. Waiting time was extremely long and tiring with no reassurances or updates from the manager on duty. We had to approach other staff to find a solution for us. Finally they put us up in a 2 Singles room supposedly for wheelchair access...

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt House and it was a fantastic experience. In the UK, where everything is so expensive, having a kitchen in the room is a huge plus. The kitchenette in this hotel room was incredibly well-equipped – cooking utensils, knives, cups, plates, everything was even more comprehensive than what I have at home, and it even had a dishwasher! The rooms are small, but immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and a great location. The only disappointment was that the hotel was unable to provide toothpaste when I found I'd forgotten to bring some, late at night. I was called back to be told that I could go out to a 24hr shop. This isn't ideal when you're ready to go to bed; other hotels would carry basic amenities for such small requirements...

The on demand hot water was stupid...in relativley cool water all of a sudden a mix of scalding hot water would come out in a burst and almost burn the skin...design problem....upper management and design mistake not staff. Really stupid mistake for such a great hotel.

The room was clean and had everything you needed. It was indeed not very big, as I expected; basically, only big enough to unfold a large suitcase. The location is very convenient, about a 6-minute walk from Victoria train station and the subway, making it easy to get to the airport or explore the city.

This room is the best Harry Potter-themed room I've ever seen. The interior decoration is very thoughtful and the children love it. The hotel front desk also gave us some beautiful magic drinks, which tasted good. What's surprising is that the breakfast is also a magic breakfast, which is very interesting.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from Victoria Station. Airport access is also straightforward, with a coach journey taking only 50 minutes. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded my room, which was a very kind gesture.

Though the other recpetionists are not accommodating, the others are fine. I like the location being close to Hyde Park though I need to take a bus to the shopping centers. Good value for money. I didn't ask them but there is no dental kit in the room

Location is good, only 3 mins walking to Lancaster Gate tube station for Central line and 7 mins walking to Paddington station and it's safe to walk. I even managed to walk back to the hotel from Selfridges on Oxford Street in 30 mins.  Staffs are helpful and friendly.  

The location is good, but the room is a bit small for me. It is ok for 1 person, but if you are travelling with 2, it will be a bit small.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby was clean, but extremely warm and overly fragranced....if you have asthma...beware. My first room was on the first floor and was nice..although the hallway always smelled of cooking leftovers. My room on the 4th floor was nicer and the hallway smelled fine.

Was a lovely hotel clean and well maintained. However needs soundproofing internally you can hear everything outside and everyone coming and going leaving through the lift. I couldn’t sleep it was so loud.

It's about a 10-12 minute walk from King's Cross Station, the station famous for Harry Potter. The hotel service, cleanliness, and amenities are all good. The biggest problem is the lack of an elevator; those with heavy luggage should consider this carefully. This was the first hotel we stayed at in London, mainly because it was very close to the children's dormitory. The front desk staff were excellent; both were very gentlemanly.

Small Rooms We were a group that booked 4 rooms. It was very hot outside. Only 2 rooms had adequate AC. No windows that opened. One of the rooms should have not been sold as a double. Tiny room. Luckily they changed the couple into another room after the first night.

I had an amazing stay here! Compared to other rooms in London, I felt this was a great size. Front desk staff always super friendly. My only tip is for housekeeping to be mindful of the noise they make while cleaning other rooms. It is value for money. It's about 20 minute walk to Woodford Tube Station. Room was decent. Clean. No air-con. Friendly staff. Appears to be a popular venue for events.
