Great services provided by William & Steven. Food is good.
We spent one night there, all good, nothing to complain about, staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast you can skip, it is a rather limited choice. It is a very nice area and you are close to public transport.
Best Cantonese restaurant in Canary Wharf
Myself and my friend stayed at the Dorset, weekend just gone for 2 nights. The rooms were clean.. super comfy and the staff really nice. There was a water station downstairs to fill up your water bottles. Its so close to the tube, we were there for country to country and it was really great. We would stay here again
Very good one night stay for husbands Birthday. Rooftop bar with lovely cocktails, hotel very nice, comfortable and great location.
There was no drinking water available in the hotel. I was told the hotel is new and does not yet have a water supplier, which is why they only provide water via a lobby dispenser. However, when I needed water at around 1am, the dispenser was empty as well.
When I asked reception for assistance, I was told they’re going to refill the water dispenser and after making me wait for about 20 minutes I was...

Very good hotel clean and good service.
The drilling noise is very loud and I can't have rest in the afternoon, when I called the front desk they said they can't do any help but can offer me a free breakfast for the second day,but when I tried to have breakfast and the staff told me my breakfast is not included even I explained the situation to her, she said she was off yesterday, bad experience in Marriott
The facilities are a bit old and there aren't enough power outlets. However, the basic hygiene and service are good.
Hygiene: Good
Environment: Convenient
Facilities: Old
Overall: 3 stars
The room's hygiene was quite poor; it was dusty everywhere. The room itself was tiny and definitely not worth the price. Over 4000 RMB a night for virtually no amenities. I tried calling the front desk at 9 PM and no one answered—I nearly died of thirst! The soundproofing was terrible. They charged my credit card for a deposit, and I still haven't received the refund. To top it off, at check-out, there...
Had a lovely date night here. Annamarie was very polite and helpful and upgraded us to a king size room when we’d only booked a queen! The room was nice and modern. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Delicious free biscuits and hot chocolate added to our stay.

Always like any property with Mariott, great location and amazing room sizes, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Location is good, only few minutes from both Gloucester Street station and Earl Court station. The room or area above us was so noisy even though it was quite late in the evening. From about 22:00 -2:00am. On and off there was banging. The isolation of the rooms aren’t very good, I could hear someone walk by everytime. They also charge a £5 fee for room service. The room itself is quite clean and relatively...
Generally nicr hotel, but dont get a room next to the service entrance. No soundproof at all. The door closes and opens like every 5 min and you hear it all...
Reception staffs are helpful when I asked for rooms upgrade. Hotel location is convenient
Feels a bit better than a typical Ji Hotel in China, I'd say. And for the UK, the price is quite reasonable.
Very friendly personnel, beautifully decorated amenities, cosy rooms. Had a really nice stay in the centre of London.

Helpful receptionist, great amenities
Quite new hotel, friendly staff, good location, close to the transportation, quick trip by jumping onto the underground to the Centre London. We have lived here a few times, will definitely go back again.
Only stayed 1 night but the room and reception area were very clean and comfortable. Can’t comment on the food as we did not eat here. The staff we dealt with were professional and courteous.
Had an amazing experience with my mom and daughter was the best place to stay for our 2 days visit to london highly recommend
We had an amazing stay
Room was always clean the beds were comfortable + it has a kettle with tea and coffee bags restocked everyday🥰
Great location the circle line underground was only 5-6min away by foot a few stops to notting hill and about a 20min ride to the city center
There's Grocery shops and a few restaurants nearby
Staff were kind and helpful
Highly recommend!
Very comfortable but a bit far from Central London. The bus stop just infront of the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended.
Nice staff, decent and close to the underground!
The best view in London! Staying right next to Hyde Park was a dream. The hotel is stylish, quiet, and perfectly situated for exploring the city. Special thanks to the team for the excellent hospitality.
Great location and very friendly staff who welcomed me with complimentary cookies. However, my first room had a strong sewage smell, and the second room was not properly cleaned, with hair everywhere and missing basic amenities like slippers, a toothbrush, and a hairdryer. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.
Nice Hotel
Good location next to the most attractions in London
Friendly Staff
The location is near Hyde Park, but it's not very convenient. I'd recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton near Tower Bridge instead. The room windows here don't open, so the air circulation is poor. I definitely prefer the DoubleTree by Hilton by Tower Bridge.

Love the location, the room is perfect for a couple, the staffs are very lovely, will come back to stay here again
A very well thought out hotel with efficient, modern and simple designs.
Loved the check-in experience, the location and whilst the room wasn't super lux, it kind of felt it with the adjustable mood lighting, infinity bed and overall allocation of space. Really great spot, would happily stay again
The Hotel reception area is very nice, same as MOXY style(Marriott) but not like a MOXY Hotel!!! the Hotel does not want one to know it is a Hotel. When you arrive on this plaza, no indication where is the Hotel Entrance, which is a sliding door as if you enter offices or an appartment building. Basically at the entrance they advertise for their bar and on a verey small placard it seems this is...

Excellent service with kind and professional staff. Very comfortable room, however some of the cupboards looked a little older which didn’t match with the rest of the room. For those who are more superstitious, bear in mind that the hotel is next to a churchyard.

Staff we're excellent and very attentive. Lovely atmosphere, clean and well laid out room. Would definitely stay again! Thanks
Excellent staff, very busy lobby, the room very small
The control of hot/cold water was very difficult in the sink, the shower door didn’t close, no slippers in the room
Did not eat or have any meals at the property. It was nice the restaurant side had a Photo Booth but it would have been nicer to have iconic London on the print out or backdrop. It was a very quaint boutique type property. One block away from the underground and a supermarket on the corner. Very accessible by Underground and walking to other areas under 20mins. If I go back to London (4th time) I would...
Our corner room had a lovely view, which was a highlight of the stay. However, during our four nights, housekeeping never serviced the room. Bathroom amenities were very minimal, and the towels were quite small and thin. I’ve stayed here a few times because the location is excellent, but it consistently feels like more attention is given to the lobby vibe than to making guests feel genuinely welcome...
Jessica was amazing when I first arrived! So welcoming! She upgraded me and got me checked in early. The room was perfect, clean and comfy. Could use places for more plugs but other than that was great. Vibes were awesome for the hotel. Location was great
I really enjoyed my stay here as it was close to many place in walking distance. I chose the snug room since I was traveling by myself. It was a good size for one person but I wish they had a luggage rack since I had to use the only chair in the room to hold my suitcase. I also used half of the bed to place my clothes since there is no shelf or cabinet to put those on. Other than that the front desk...

Would def recommend it value for money good
The Clayton Hotel City of London is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base in the city. The hotel’s location near Aldgate East is incredibly convenient, offering easy access to the Underground while being just a short stroll from the vibrant energy of Shoreditch and Spitalfields.
The hotel's location in the City of London is great, but the cleanliness was off-putting. There were stains on the faucet and the bathroom floor.
We had a fantastic experience in this hotel, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, spacious shower room as well, very easy to check in and check out.
Fab location just opposite tube station. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Nice touches in room, having a recycling bin and complimentary snacks and drinks. Low light in bathroom was great for night light and perfect for trips to bathroom in middle of night. Shower had great pressure too. Would definitely recommend.
Very nice hotel, just a few minutes from the subway. Although it's a new building, my room was comfortably furnished.

We stayed here a few years ago now, (just a month before the first Covid lockdown) and remember it being a pleasant stay with a large room with everything we needed, decent dining facilities and friendly customer service. Great location within short walking distance of Shepherds Bush tube station, and handy to Westfields and TV Centre.
Stayed here in 2021 in the suite (I edited errors in my review so says Sept 2024) . Lovely, spacious room with a lovely interior design. Overall very comfortable room choice. However, the room is not in its best standard. For example, there was ash between the window ledge (pretty shocking) and the toilet seat wasn’t securely fixed to the wall (very unfortunate and uncomfortable for me).

We have been staying at this hotel at each visit in London since 2002 and every time I felt like I was coming home. Great staff and breakfast never let me down. I love the spacious gym and lots of machines to do your workout with. Rooms are great and modern. I truly recommend it.
I recently stayed at the K West Spa Hotel in London. The receptionist upgraded us to an executive room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed.

Loved my stay! Stayed the night with the Spa time package. Room was spacious, only slight problem was the TV started glitching after 11pm. The food in the evening and breakfast was cooked to perfection. The spa was relaxing and also had the scrub and massage by Julia. She was lovely, professional and great technique! Would definitely go again!
It was a great spa, the first I've been to in months, and I had everything I needed. The snow room was fantastic, and the snow was actually really clean. The steam room and sauna were fantastic, and the pool had plenty of chlorine, but just enough for what you need in an hour.

Really lovely hotel and friendly staff. Doors banging throughout the night regularly though (the room doors don’t close quietly).
Welcoming hotel, great vibes and perfect location. The room was spotless and comfortable. A fantastic stay that I highly recommended!
The room and staff were fantastic. Building work was happening on the 1st and 2nd floors while I was there and I wasn’t informed either before booking or on check in. This was quite disruptive since it starts quite early and goes on all day. I was also informed afterwards that this is due to go on for the rest of the year so plan accordingly. I raised this with management and their idea of rectifying...
The room was comfortable and clean and the location is great for the Shoreditch and Old Street areas. Also the ground floor lobby seemed very convenient for anyone who needs to work there on their laptop. Some details made the stay less comfortable than it could have easily been. There was no electricity plug in the bathroom, and no mini fridge, so no water in the room—had to go downstairs to get it...
Great weekend stay in a cosy double which had everything we needed and good optional extras. Great location too. Would recommend for an East London stay.
Definitely The Hoxton is one of my favourite and coolest hotels in London!!! The hotel is so chic, very convenient to access most of the spots in Shoreditch. The hotel and lounge area is absolutely stunning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would love to stay in the hotel again for my next travel in London. Strongly recommend it :)

Excellent clean and tidy room with nearby location to major attractions
Very nice central hotel and got a free upgrade 😊
Good choice for breakfast and nice spa too.
One of the best hotels ive been to! The team were amazing!
The staff at this hotel were without exception, superb. Helpful, accommodating and friendly in all the departments.
Location is excellent with a great bus service practically outside the doors or it’s a pleasant 15/20 mins walk to Covent Garden, Soho, etc.

We have just come home from a last minute two night stay at the Crown Plaza. We like to take the children to London for days out and often book another hotel in the Docklands area but tried the Crown Plaza for a change as it had a pool and a slightly better room set up for us (plus parking) and we were so pleased we did. There's nothing I can complain about. The staff were fantastic and helpful, my room was very clean with air conditioning and they even left a can of water in the room for me.
Great for a night at RAH.
Staff either outstandingly polite and helpful, or rude and dismissive - hence the 3/5 on balance for service.
Very nice hotel in the middle of South Kensington. Only issue is the corridors are a little dark, other than that, lovely hotel
Great location near underground, restaurants, and you can walk 10mins to natural history museum ,V&A .
It's a great choice to stay here for discover london museum.
Room is good for solo traveller, staff is friendly and helpful.
Please note, you have to deposit 50 £ before check-in.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. It made my trip much more enjoyable.
Our stay at Apex Temple Hotel was largely excellent. A short walk to the river Thames , convent garden , soho. The underground is literally just 8 minutes away
Very good hotel in a good location. Walking distance from St.Paul’s, Tate, river and Tube. Rooms on top floor have good London views.
Would thoroughly recommend Apex Temple court - quiet location, well appointed spotlessly clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Little touches like the offer of fresh milk instead of UHT made it a very pleasurable and affordable experience.
Our stay was an excellent experience. Clean and comfortable room, Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules and water daily, polite staff, and a very good location.

Lovely hotel, decent location, about 0.5 miles from London Bridge station, with lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Room size was reasonable, lovely comfortable bed, only complaint was that it was a little difficult to regulate the heat and the room kept getting too hot. Staff were extremely helpful, I can forgive the very slow lift!!
The room was tiny and quite dim. It's supposedly a family-run hotel, but the location was hard to find. The staff were pretty cold and didn't smile once. There's a high step at the hotel entrance, which made carrying luggage incredibly inconvenient. Breakfast options were also limited.
