We spent one night there, all good, nothing to complain about, staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast you can skip, it is a rather limited choice. It is a very nice area and you are close to public transport.

Myself and my friend stayed at the Dorset, weekend just gone for 2 nights. The rooms were clean.. super comfy and the staff really nice. There was a water station downstairs to fill up your water bottles. Its so close to the tube, we were there for country to country and it was really great. We would stay here again

Had a lovely date night here. Annamarie was very polite and helpful and upgraded us to a king size room when we’d only booked a queen! The room was nice and modern. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Delicious free biscuits and hot chocolate added to our stay.

Only stayed 1 night but the room and reception area were very clean and comfortable. Can’t comment on the food as we did not eat here. The staff we dealt with were professional and courteous.

Great location and very friendly staff who welcomed me with complimentary cookies. However, my first room had a strong sewage smell, and the second room was not properly cleaned, with hair everywhere and missing basic amenities like slippers, a toothbrush, and a hairdryer. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is near Hyde Park, but it's not very convenient. I'd recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton near Tower Bridge instead. The room windows here don't open, so the air circulation is poor. I definitely prefer the DoubleTree by Hilton by Tower Bridge.

Excellent service with kind and professional staff. Very comfortable room, however some of the cupboards looked a little older which didn’t match with the rest of the room. For those who are more superstitious, bear in mind that the hotel is next to a churchyard. Great location within walking distance to underground stations and the Tower of London. Loved my stay! Stayed the night with the Spa time package. Room was spacious, only slight problem was the TV started glitching after 11pm. The food in the evening and breakfast was cooked to perfection. The spa was relaxing and also had the scrub and massage by Julia. She was lovely, professional and great technique! It was a great spa, the first I've been to in months, and I had everything I needed. The snow room was fantastic, and the snow was actually really clean. The steam room and sauna were fantastic, and the pool had plenty of chlorine, but just enough for what you need in an hour.

Lovely hotel, decent location, about 0.5 miles from London Bridge station, with lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Room size was reasonable, lovely comfortable bed, only complaint was that it was a little difficult to regulate the heat and the room kept getting too hot. Staff were extremely helpful, I can forgive the very slow lift!!
