The single room was small, but well-equipped. The breakfast was rich, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I would book a Radisson hotel again next time. The hotel lobby offered lemon tea, apples, and Walkers shortbread for guests.

When the room was being cleaned, there was no ventilation, and it had a damp smell. After communicating with the staff, they actively ventilated the room, but I wish the ventilation time had been longer. There was no Chinese-speaking service.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so helpful going above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great location, really close to Chinatown. It can get a bit noisy during the day because of the plaza downstairs, but it's fine at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. They also allow service dogs without an extra charge, and check-in was super quick.

Great location, right downstairs in Chinatown, so dining and shopping are incredibly convenient. The only minor issues are that there's no parking right in front of the hotel, and there's a step at the entrance which makes pulling luggage a bit tricky.

Unable to stay due to middle east air space closure. Have requested for a goodwill refund of at least 50%. Hotel replied coldy stating during booking, i knew it was a non refundable. Booked this hotel for a one night stay to see a show. Was near Paddington station so ideal. We had a great little room. Comfy bed and very clean. The staff were very polite. We didnt eat there so can’t comment on food.

It’s a tired hotel in the center of London with spacious rooms. The entrance is on the back side of the street and there is no view from the window. I would give 3 stars to the hotel and hope they can renovate the space.

The location is excellent, being very close to Sutton train station and just across the road from Sutton High Street, making it incredibly convenient. They also offer a washing machine for guests' use. The only downside was that the bathroom surprisingly lacked shampoo and body wash; I had to ask the front desk for them, and they were only brought up upon request.
