This was a very good stay. The room has everything. Most of the things are high quality- toilet paper, soup, kitchen appliances, water pressure in the shower. We had a room at level -1 and for us it was perfect as it was super quiet. The only down side was the heating- after 45 min of working it stops. So I woke up several times to turn it on as it was cold. Apart from that, everything else was exceptional

This was the perfect place for our group of four. We loved the location with easy metro and bus access, as well as a quick walk to Hyde park. The staff members were super friendly and available 24/7! We will stay here again.

Our stay at The Cleveland Hotel was excellent. It’s a quiet, modern, well-equipped hotel with great service. Everyone treated us wonderfully, with a 🌟 special mention to Howard—his hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. The hotel is very well connected to public transport (bus, tube, and train) and has supermarkets and shops nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a family room and it was very spacious. It had 3 huge windows overlooking the street below so there was lots of natural light, which was lovely. The hotel is in a great location and is close to tube stations and restaurants. It's a little bit tired in places but was very clean and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, nice staff, nice location, nice kitchenette, the fridge is small, I would go there again, but maybe try a room in the second or third floor, since the ground floor room I stayed in, was great, but I think upper levels would be even better, but not those floors, where the lift can not go to.

The origami in the bathroom was a nice touch, quite unique! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Even though the elevator was out of order, there were still staff members helping with luggage, which was great. The location is super convenient, near the BBC Television Centre, Regent Street, and Oxford Street. The only slight drawback is that the room was a bit small.

Townhouse is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. The room was quite cold though and we couldn't get the heating to work on our first night. TV in rooms are very dated and we couldn't cast to them or stream anything thst was a bit disappointing.

The young ladies manning the front desk all week (Natalia, Daria) were absolutely wonderful and very helpful, from stashing luggage and letting us change clothes before our room was ready, to personally bringing extra towels and pillows to our room, to helping us figure out how to call locally on our cell phones. The hotel room is very small, much smaller than it looks in the photos. The room is on the fifth floor and the elevator is broken. You have to go to the fourth floor and then walk up. The hotel does not have a chef at noon and in the evening. The restaurant directly buys food from the Chinese restaurant next door and adds a 20% service charge. Avoid it.

Very nice Definitely quirky boutique hotel. My single room was entered on the fourth floor, but there were stairs taking me down to my bed and the refrigerator. It was just quirky with the air conditioning because it was warm up where the bathroom was.

Have been staying at Cannizaro house for many years. Still convenient and best available in the area. Great location, good experience this stay all round with staff being excellent and motivated.... but its time for a refurb. Looking old, especially carpets and scuff zones on walls. The rug in reception would not make it into my dogs kennel and that is the area where you get your first impression....

Lovely hotel within 3 minutes walking distance to the British Museum. Inside there’s a lift to all floors. Our bedroom was a superior size bedroom with wardrobes and a cosy bathroom with shower overhead. Had a continental breakfast with my room rate. The hygiene of the hotel was really bad. My friend found a squirming bug under the pillow on the bed. The advantage is that the room is large, the bathroom is also large, and the attitude of the staff is also good. The room was quite small, but unless you're paying a lot for a hotel in London, it's the same even if you stay in a small hotel. The breakfast was good, and it's conveniently located near attractions and museums. Transportation is also convenient, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby!
