We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The service was very good throughout our time there. We would also like to say a special thank you to Jerian for her exceptional customer care.
A great spot for a weekend city trip. The rooftop bar has a fantastic vibe and amazing cocktails—perfect for a date night. The room was sleek and modern with a very comfortable bed. Excellent location for walking to all the main sights and restaurants.
Fantastic location in Bond St, nice staff, nice room. No complaint.
Excellent location, close to Oxford Circus and Regents Street. Though the hotel was a bit old with some wear and tears, it was clean and tidy.
Just a few minutes walk to Underground. Next to the famous Bond Street. Value for money.
Everything was ok except I have not received my deposit back, and I couldn’t reach the hotel on its phone number listed with Trip despite multiple tries: I checked out from the hotel on 16 Feb and today is 26 Feb. I had prepaid the full amount for my booking on Trip but was charged yet another full amount at check in. I just want to know when the refund could be processed. Would appreciate it if anyone...

It’s so clean just a bit far from city centre
The hotel was ok, the walls are incredibly thin and you can hear what the people in the next room are saying. Heard someone taking the bins out at 6:55am on a Saturday Morning. Location was great, wouldn’t stay here again
Check in was very seamless using the online link that the hotel sent to my email. Staff were friendly. Though initially they did not include the dental kit and slippers in the room, they were very prompt in getting them to me when I informed the reception. The hotel allows for storage of luggage after checkout which was a god send as I had a day trip activity after checking out in the morning. Had...
Right near the tube, with a fabulous view of the river and right next to the o2 arena if you take the cable car
It was a really nice place to stay and cosy. Not too far from the underground, like 10 mins walking.
Good for a quick pit stop. Everything was clean apart from the carpet and it was really worn in places. The room is very small but apart from that everything else was ok

The location is very convenient and the price is reasonable. It's more like a domestic Atour or Ji Hotel. The room is a bit small, but it saves a lot of time for convenient travel.
comfy and cozy stay! loved the convenience and little embellishments to the room. mini bar was super well stocked too. highly recommended!!!
Great value for its location and cleanliness but overall, lacked warmth and felt very transactional.
The room was clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. However, the water from both the sink and the shower seemed to have oil mixed in with it.
Excellent hotel location and friendly, helpful staff. Would book again for a return stay.
Was great experience staying at Page8 London this time, first of all location is excellent and very convenient to go anywhere, Katie at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and also had great food and coffee almost every morning! For sure will be back again😆

Great hotel would stay there again
I absolutely loved the hotel. Its location is excellent, with most attractions within easy walking distance. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, full of stunning architecture, cafes, and shops. Our room's window was initially locked, but we requested the front desk to open it, and it made a significant difference to have it open. The room itself was very comfortable.
Good location and clean room no doubts to stay again thank you
This is the best hotel! The location is superb, with everything within walking distance. The Elizabeth Line is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a direct journey to Heathrow. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
We had a pleasant surprise as the room was much bigger than expected than most London hotels in the same category. The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.
Great hotel in a great location. Room was spacious, clean and really well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Pleasant experience, very modern feel and spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Fire alarms did however go off at night. Otherwise smooth and welcoming. Morning breakfast tasty and worth the price. Sweta and Pritesh provided great exceptional service too
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel ! The hall was nice to sit at night or to eat take outs. The staffs were nice and helpful. We loved the room but we took an executive one so might not be the same experience for everyone. There are a lot of fastfoods and shops around but the area seems unsafe sometimes, this is the only minus point that I would say. Except that, you have the bus stop in front of the hotel...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I pulled up to the entrance, I knew I was in for something special. A Stunning Architectural Marriage What first caught my eye was the incredible architecture. The way the hotel has seamlessly integrated the original, historic building...
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I walked in Abhismek made sure he looked after me, the warm atmosphere and attentive staff made me feel welcome. Very large room with wardrobe, area for luggage and sofa and table
The room is clean. The staffs are friendly. Sound proofing is not really good, we can hear other room flushing or when they use the bathroom
The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast, while not as elaborate as a Turkish breakfast, was quite good for London.
Hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Rooms were very clean, quiet and functional. Breakfast was a mix of hot and continental which was great. Staff very attentive . Short walk to the nearest tube which was handy.
The hotel room was great, and breakfast was a standard English breakfast.
The home cleanliness was not very good. There was dust plus the housekeeping service needs to improve

decent size room in central location
Facilities: The room was spacious with a minimalist British style. The king-size bed was two single beds joined together. There was also a small sofa bed, about 0.9 meters long. The hotel provided toothbrushes, but the hairdryer was quite old, and it took a long time to dry my long hair. Cleanliness: Honestly, the bedding was in a rather awkward condition. The sheets had frosted lint, which wasn't...
The hygiene is really poor. When I checked in, there were all kinds of stains on the bed sheets, and there was bloodstain on the quilt cover. There was a card saying that everything would be changed for each guest, but it was obviously not the case. I called the front desk, and they said they would come to change the bedding the next morning. I'm really disgusted. How could I sleep in such a situation...

Great Rooms, great staff. Location wise can be a lil far from the train station
Decent size room but would be great if there are more lightings. The room is slightly dark given the furniture and carpet is on a darker tone. Breakfast was wondeful but same throughout the week, which is ok with me. It will be better if it can start earlier as it is too late for business travellers. Bathroom will be slippery after shower as the water gets out of area but they do provide a change...

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was professional. The only concern was the location, which was a bit far from central London but the underground station was only a few minutes walk from the hotel.
This hotel is incredibly old, like something out of the 1990s in terms of decor and design. The entire room smelled musty, and the smell got even stronger when I turned on the AC, so I ended up not daring to use it. The bedding wasn't clean either; I broke out in rashes all over my body. Also, Trip.com showed parking as £14, but when I arrived, they charged £18 or £20, I can't quite remember. The front...
The stay itself was very comfortable. The Internet was quite good. I wish they change the TVs to smart tvs so that one can pair with one’s hand device. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall quite a nice place for business travelers.
We stayed at Crown Plaze Hotel for a night, the location is good just 2 mins walk to Tube Station Hanger Lane, Room size and ambience is good & lovely, The only thing is bed is a bit small and too soft for us, bathroom size is fine but we don't like the shower curtain, though it is clean but it does have smell on it. Decent Hotel, Great Location, but Noisy and Not Spotless Conveniently located near the metro, this hotel is perfect for city exploration. Honestly, the room was spacious, and a great bonus was having a bidet in the bathroom. However, make sure to confirm when booking and upon arrival that your room includes one, as not all rooms do. Excellent location for Canary Wharf and rail connections into London. Pool and Gym are excellent, with nice sauna and steam room.
The rooms were nice and the staff were very welcoming, but unfortunately the cleanliness fell short. There were marks on the towels, not stains, which I understand can sometimes be unavoidable, but visible marks nonetheless. There were also marks on one of the pillows and at the bottom of the bed. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in London over the years and I really enjoyed my stay at Hart. I stayed in a large double which was a good size, the location was close to brick lane and old Spitalfields Market, and the gym was modern and very clean. Took off a few points from Service because there was a lot of staff miscommunication on my laundry pickup.
Neat, clean and well designed hotel in the middle of everything in this district. For the price I would expect small extras like Nespresso machine or baths ropes. Overall recommend.
I have to stay in this area as it’s close to family - it’s a great area. The hotel is the nicest I’ve found in the area and the price is cheaper than worse hotels nearby! I will stay again next time :) thank you

The hotel deliberately assigned me the worst corner room on a low floor. Staff were cold, unfriendly, no smile, no service at all. Clearly discriminatory treatment towards Asian guests. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Avoid this hotel! 全程被区别对待,只给华人安排低楼层角落最差房,工作人员态度冷漠无礼,全程无笑脸、无服务,明显歧视亚裔,极度不尊重中国客人,避雷!
Down for a couple of days with wife for the theatre. Fantastic location for west end and train stations. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable however it is very tired and in need of some modernisation.
The reception team were amazing and they allowed us to check in slightly earlier than the normal time as there was a room available. Also due to travel issues and trains cancelled due to bad weather they helped book and extra night. The hotel is excellently placed to see all the theatres and China town so I would recommend staying here. Also the food in the restaurant isn’t too bad.
Great location and nice staff. Easy to get around.

Unfortunately there was a lot of room for improvement, which was disappointing as we’d booked four nights to celebrate two special birthdays just before Christmas.
