slept there for one night. nice location and the room was decently clean.
Big kitchen. Nice bathroom and toilet. Friendly staff. Very good location.
I stayed here for 5 nights early last month. First of all, the location is really good. It's a twenty-minute walk from must-see attractions like the British Museum, and a thirty-minute walk to Euston train station (I consider anything under a half-hour walk 'walking distance'). It's also close to Great Portland St and Regents Park tube stations.
I was in an 8-bed female dorm. The restrooms are outside...
The location is perfect. I love walking around in the city and feel safe even at night. The experience of staying depends on your roommates and your adaptability. Overall it’s pretty good.
This was a very average stay for us (family of 4 youths). The location is very convenient, walkable to major attractions like the British Museum, and many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The rooms were not great. The floors were not very clean, and the room with 4 bunk beds was very cramped and stuffy. The beds were comfortable but could be improved by adding pouches for personal belongings...
It locates in perfect district of London centre that is great for meeting friends and have activities around SOHO. 10 minutes walk to underground and shops on Main Street.
The room is super warm, it’s really hot🥵. I feel good to have bath inside the room, good enough for higher level of privacy female seekers.
Individual socket and lamp near the bed. But the shelf is too small for all devices i had...

Convenient location in Victoria. Close to coach and underground. Close to shops and places to eat.
Friendly reception staff.
Lifts had secure access. You had to use your key card to get further than the reception area which is good. Spare keys offered if travelling if your party is greater than 1 person.
Generous size room. Very clean. Modern convenience with power pads for lighting and heating/air...
For this price, finding a hotel with such a great location in London is excellent value for money. Plus, the room size is decent, quite large for London standards, and the restaurant and lobby are well-appointed. Highly recommend!
I loved the safety security this Hotel provides, it’s just quiet and spacious. This will be my permanent stay when I visit London.
Location is really just perfect, close to Victoria station so you can explore the whole city.
Room was big, and comfy even though not fully soundproof, and lacking a mini fridge as well as some commodities they were empty and not refilled.
This was a very satisfying stay. First off, the lovely young lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly warm and friendly, and very patient with guests like us who don't speak English. Check-in was smooth, and because we participated in their eco-friendly program, we received a voucher for the lobby bar. The hotel's fragrance was wonderful and instantly soothed days of fatigue.
Then, the...
This is an established four-star hotel near Victoria Station. The location is super convenient, within walking distance of the station, making it easy to get around the city or catch the Gatwick Express.
The facilities are a bit old, showing the hotel's age, and the carpets definitely bear the marks of time. However, it's very well-equipped with a bar, restaurant, and banquet hall. The hallways are...

Loved this place tho my visit was short. Staff made all the difference! Nalin, who was at the front desk when I checked in made it feel like I was visiting a relative than just staying a night in one of the busiest cities in the world. Thank you so much. Will definitely return here in future visits.
Proximity to EVERYTHING was incredibly convenient as well.
Amazing location and beautiful lobby. Friendly staff and was generally very happy with our stay. They have a lounge and free tea and coffee and it was warm and comfortable. The bed was great and I want to buy the pillows. Only thing I noticed was that the person who does the maintenance shouldn’t. See for your selves but that gorgeous old building needs someone who is careful and precise. Some parts...
I stay here often for work and have also brought my family on several occasions. This has everything you want in a hotel - reasonably priced, centrally located, two great food options on site and a bar, and a lounge with coffee all day. But what keeps me coming back is the staff - they are all best-in-class. Amazingly accommodating, always attentive, friendly, patient and willing to go out of their...
My brother and I booked Club Quarters Hotel, Trafalgar Square for New Year, staying from 30th December to 2nd January. We chose this hotel mainly because of its location, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. Everything is nearby, and I genuinely believe it’s one of the best places to stay in London.
The hotel looks very classy, with beautiful architecture. It’s neat, clean, and well maintained...
Excellent hotel, very central and super easy to get around from. Everything is close by, which makes sightseeing really convenient. It is a bit pricey, but honestly it makes sense because the place feels genuinely luxurious. Comfortable rooms, great atmosphere, and overall a high-quality stay. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for comfort in a prime location.
Great, good ambiance, a lot of delicious food, and a good location.

Lovely staff and excellent services. Breakfast was amazing. My little girl enjoyed the fox trail.
I stayed for four nights during Christmas season. The breakfast buffet is good with options of hot food and salad. There is a gym and poor that I didn’t try but I always see other guest swimming. The room is modern style with deemed light. There is not much in mini bar but enough for us.
the location takes a little bit walk to the underground station. And the dust in the room is a bit annoying
Room: Double family room, very spacious and comfortable. We could easily open three suitcases. The bathroom was also very large.
Cleanliness: Cleaned promptly every day.
Minibar: Restocked regularly with a good variety of complimentary drinks.
Breakfast: Offered Chinese options like congee and oatmeal, as well as a traditional English breakfast. The coffee was rich, and there was a great selection...
Great hotel. Brilliant location and staff
Staying at a Hilton generally doesn't disappoint. The breakfast offered a small selection of Chinese dishes, which was a nice surprise, though nothing exceptional. A real bonus was having several Chinese restaurants conveniently located right downstairs. The location is also quite good, with many nearby attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away.

Excellent service, breakfast is great (but same for 4 days)
Location is excellent if you like City Walk and very convinent to all underground or train stations
Smile and waem greeting by almost all staffs and make you feeling respected
The welcoming from the Doug on arrival is always like your family.
Checking in fast and quick with prosecco.
We asked for a city view room which was dealt with our second night and the views are great. We also received a free breakfast upgrade for our hotel stay, which was another bonus to our stay.
The staff were amazing as usual and the last time we stayed was 5 years ago and they remembered us....
Great location and lovely rooms, awkward having steps in the bathroom and too much additional furniture in the rooms making moving around what should be a spacious room more difficult! Lovely to get welcome drink too!
Everything was lovely. Thank you all.
We were on our honeymoon, and we sent word ahead of us that this was a special trip and the Waldorf really delivered a spectacular stay with perfect location, which included walking distance to the theatre in the evening. A visit here is a real treat, even more so if you consider its brand’s distinguished place in the history of the world’s best hotels.

It was a safe stay for someone unfamiliar with traveling alone overseas.
The staff were very polite and the location was great, within walking distance of Big Ben.
A very charming hotel in an excellent location, close to buses, the metro, and the train. Excellent service, a fairly large room for central London. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere. We would be happy to stay there again.
Excellent location, in the hypercentre, 2 steps from Trafalgar and several central stations. Very qualified and attentive staff, especially at reception.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay.
I had to carry two suitcases up and down three times before finally getting a usable room.
• The first room I was assigned had the TV on, an unmade bed, and leftover food on the table. It appeared to be already occupied — possibly a double check-in.
• The second room could not be opened at all. I suspect this may also have been a double check...
our trip to the gantry was amazing! first time in london and very sad to be leaving.
the room was absolutely stunning looking out onto lovely skyscraper buildings.
the staff were absolutely lovely and it’s very close to public transport.
will definitely be back again!
The room was exceptionally good, clean, and hygienic. What truly impressed me was the provision of disposable slippers – a wonderful touch! The hotel service was also excellent, very accommodating to guests' needs. Plus, the transportation nearby is super convenient.
The room was comfortable, and the toiletries were good, bright, and new. However, the location is a bit out of the way, not ideal for those planning to visit museums. Luckily, there's a subway station right across the street (about a 5-minute walk).
The first room they gave us was at the end of the hall, which felt a bit off from the start, and the toilet wasn't clean. The front desk later moved us...
This hotel was in a great location and easily accessible from Stratford International station. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard and staff are extremely helpful. I would definitely book again !
This hotel is relatively new, located right next to Stratford International station and the Westfield shopping center, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. If you walk a bit further west, there's also a green park. It's quite recommended for business travelers or tourists in London who aren't in a hurry to see all the sights.

What a welcoming hotel. Staff were attentive, beautiful room, great location. Perfect stay
Had a lovely time. Hotel was excellent. Service brilliant. Couldn’t fault it. Would definitely stay again.
The biggest advantage is the location. It's very close to the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Chinatown, all within walking distance. There's also a subway station a few minutes' walk away, making transportation very convenient. The facilities are a bit old, and the elevator is a bit small. The room size isn't small, and the service was quite good. We booked a deluxe twin room, and the...
Hotel view is stunning from the garden view room. Service is great and great in the 5 star standard. Unfortunately, all facilities in the room are outdated. Even the soundproofing is bad. I can heard alarm from everywhere and can heard my next door chitchatted. This is so bad if for require a comfort level.
I had booked a Deluxe Double Room, and this was our second time staying at the property. Our first stay was excellent, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing.
The room was not properly cleaned, and there were no welcome drinks provided, whereas during our previous stay we received two bottles of wine (red and white).
Most importantly, we had stayed in the same...
We were upgraded to an apparently larger room, goodness knows how small our originally booked room would have been because I wouldn't describe what we had as large by any means. This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's conveniently located near Canary Wharf and has a great atmosphere.
Lovely stay . Amazing breakfast
The room is well-equipped and comfortable, with convenient transportation near Canary Wharf. There are many subway lines nearby and plenty of bars downstairs, making for a vibrant nightlife. The cleanliness is also quite good. It's suitable for travelers.
Big rooms by London standard. Although the hotel is a bit dated. Had a connecting room. Well located.
Very nice stay. Was offered a glass of Prosecco which sadly I couldn't partake of given that I am teetotal. Still appreciated the offer.
The room size was quite spacious, and the subway access was very convenient. Breakfast was also quite plentiful. I just wish the bed was a bit bigger; the room was almost double the size of other hotels, but the bed wasn't much different. Great location , walking distance to plenty great food restaurants and transportation option. Great place to work , lounge area with call booths and great coffee. Rooms are ok. A bit claustrophobic if you get the standard one.
Club Quarters St Paul's was great! Location was amazing - just steps away from St Paul's Cathedral and lots of food options and a Tesco just at your doorstep. Room was very clean and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly as well. Will definitely return next time I'm in London!
Right next to St. Paul's Cathedral, the location is unbeatable. Millennium Bridge is just across the street, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room itself was pretty standard. Despite being close to the road, it wasn't noisy at all. Overall, it was a decent stay.
Good hotel at a great location. Air conditioning were broken so rooms were extremely hot. Staff were very responsive but limited in what they can do.
This hotel is quite frustrating. I stayed for 5 days, and my room was only cleaned once. One day, I even specifically requested a cleaning by giving my room number when I left, but it still wasn't cleaned. Excellent soundproofing. Modern, spacious room. Nice City view. Many premium features such as bathrobes and slippers. Coffee facilities in the room and great restaurant -excellent food and reasonably priced. Only 3 minutes away from the Elizabeth line. I would definitely return.
The hotel staff were friendly, but the room's cleanliness could be improved, and the hot water pressure was quite low. The daily housekeeping varied in quality. However, the hotel's location is excellent and very convenient.

Perfectly located just a short walk from Custom House tube station. Really quick to get in and out of central. The hotel was closely located to the O2 so perfect for concerts. The actual hotel was lovely and comfortable

The location is excellent, right by the subway entrance with fast food and a supermarket nearby.
The Bailey’s is a classic hotel, very nice vibe around the area, loved my stay here, clean and private. Opposite the station, very good for commute and great location. Just that the washrooms in the singles are quite congested for people on the larger side.
