Very good location in London. Near to train station or tube Great Portland Street. Very convenient. However, the hotel is designed like a maze. If you are unlucky and have rooms away from the lift, you may need to walk for about 3-5 mins. For location, I fully recommend. But for the price, I think you can find somewhere else smaller so you don't have to walk 3-5 mins to your room.

It's okay, but you can't compare it to hotels in China. For London prices, it's decent. The cleanliness is pretty good, and someone will clean tomorrow. There's no toothbrush, toothpaste, or soap in the bathroom though.

For its price point in London's West End, this hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is decent. It's also very conveniently located. The biggest issue is that the beds in the twin rooms are too narrow, only 0.8m wide – if you're a bit heavier, you'd roll off just by turning over. The location is superb. From the small balcony outside our room, we had a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower's hourly sparkling lights in the evening, which were truly breathtaking. If you need to be in West London with access to transport, this is a really good location; it's also easy to get to Heathrow early in the morning as we had to. The location is perfect if you have rented a car for further trip to outside london as there is a big shopping mall - Westfield nearby which provides thousands of car parking space with reasonable rate. No congestion charge is needed. The room is big but the cleanliness is just ok.
