Hilton London Paddington, London1 / 25

London, 146 Praed Street (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The location was simply amazing. Right next to Paddington station and easy access to everywhere. I was surprised they didn’t have a fridge but they brought it to the room when I asked for it. The breakfast was same everyday but had enough variety. Chocolate Maffin was good but such high calories….
This was the first hotel I stayed at on my arrival in the UK. I checked in around 11 PM after a delayed flight, feeling incredibly tired due to jet lag and the cold weather, all while traveling with young children aged three and four. To my dismay, the air conditioning in the room they assigned me was broken, making the duvet far too thin – it felt like a summer quilt! When I asked the staff for a...
The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation. I took a direct bus from the airport to the station, and it was less than a five-minute walk to the hotel. There are malls and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, spacious, and bright, but the consumables weren't replenished on the second day. The room itself was a bit dated but still acceptable. The breakfast, however...
The location is super good. There are many restaurant nearby, train station is just opposite and airport transfer to Heathrow airport is just beside. It's very convenience to walk around. What we dislike is hotel service staff are ******. Room were not clean on the 2nd day when we get back at night, we have to request for it and purposely go out for them to clean the room. Even thou, they also didn...
Ten years ago, I stayed on a street right next to the Hilton and always told myself I had to stay at the hotel one day. Ten years later, that dream came true, and it was during the Christmas holidays! What a historic, cultured, and unique hotel.
Very good hotel next to Paddington station. Easy way to get to places in London . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Hilton London Olympia, London1 / 22

London, 380 Kensington High Street (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
For its price point in London's West End, this hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is decent. It's also very conveniently located. The biggest issue is that the beds in the twin rooms are too narrow, only 0.8m wide – if you're a bit heavier, you'd roll off just by turning over. On a positive note, the breakfast is quite plentiful.
A perfect hotel for visiting Destinations Travel Show at Olympia. Lovely room with extremely comfortable bed. Great breakfast Let down by overpriced restaurant . Mediocre food and ridiculous service charge plus no Guinness 🙄
Overall hotel was very good. The only downside is how long it took to get to central london via bus.
very nice staff, good services, rooms a bit outdated but perfectly clean, location close to the center.
The hotel is in a decent location, nearby bus stations and the tube. The rooms are a bit small but the showers are good. Beds are comfy and service by the reception is great.
Lovely hotel. Very clean but in need of a little tlc in certain areas. A quick coat of fresh paint. There had been a repair work done in the bathroom. However the new silicon seal was poorly done. Certainly not done by a profesional. Overall a pleasant stay

London, 1 Addington St, Lambeth (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Avoid this place!!! Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 2-week trip to the UK, this one had the worst service. The front desk staff was absolutely discriminatory towards Asians. We checked in on the 30th for three days, bringing our child to see the New Year's Eve fireworks. We booked a London Eye view room. When we arrived at 2:38 PM, they said the room wasn't ready and told us to come back...
Good location. They gave me excellent service. If I go to visit London again. This hotel is my first choice.
We stayed 7days at this hotel. It was my birthday as well, the hotel surprised me with this sweet gifts. The location is perfect for visiting everywhere not only in London but also suburbs. The staff members were also supportive and kind. So we definitely would like to stay this hotel again when we come back to London. Thank you so much for making our trip much more memorable with providing this cozy...
The view from the hotel was really beautiful. But the window glass was a cloudy, so photos didn’t come out very nice… but everything else was perfect. The room was cleaned every day and kept tidy. However, when we stored our luggage, one of our suitcases got damaged and cracked. We didn’t notice it until we were already on the way to the airport. It was probably just an accident, but still a bit unfortunate
Great location, right by Waterloo Station and close to the London Eye. We stayed in a room with a view, and you could see the London Eye right from the bed. The room itself was also quite spacious.
The location is absolutely superb! It's just a short walk to Big Ben and the London Eye. The only slight drawback is that the room is a bit small. However, considering everything, I think it offers good value for money. I would definitely stay here again on future trips. The hotel service was decent, and the breakfast was a typical English breakfast.

The hotel staff are professional and friendly, the location is excellent, the facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, and the service from the bar's mixologists is nothing short of impeccable. The sole drawback lies in the steak sandwich served in the lounge, which was tough, dry and utterly inedible.
Fantastic! Would definitely stay again. Friendly and efficient check in with complimentary upgrade. Staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly, chatty and full of fun. My daughter even got them dancing in reception 😂 💃
it is nice and cosy restaurants and bar in hotel, when we check in they give us two cookies , you can walk to angle station about 5 minute and king cross station 15 minutes. Some equipment like hair dryer were broken and house keeper could not read english because i put note on the table to change hair dryer because it is not working and put two bottle of water in room but hey dont put those
Fantastic stay.lovely hotel great staff service and the bar has lovely food
Very clean hotel around 2 miles away from London. Pretty convenient. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Fantastic! Much better than expected!
Perfect for visiting Tower Bridge, and the subway access is super convenient. **Amenities:** No toothbrushes or disposable toiletries provided, they tell you to bring your own. **Cleanliness:** Excellent, very acceptable. **Environment:** The downstairs and top-floor areas are really pleasant. **Service:** Friendly and helpful.

First off, the view of the city from the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge is simply insane. The comfort of the bed was superior, allowing me to feel well-rested and ready for a day of exploring London. I also appreciated the free water and fruit available at reception—a nice touch that adds to the overall experience. The room was serviced daily and always spotless, with all amenities refreshed...
Lovely location for Spa break and weekend getaway! Stayed on a solo trip for my birthday, called amd spoke to a lovely lady called Delaram, who also checked me in on the day. She was lovely, explained where all the facilities were, explained the east and West rooms and best way to access the spa. Service was efficient and staff attentive. I arrived on a day there was an award ceremony, so it was busy...
This hotel offers a great experience, it's a really good value for money. You are welcomed with a glass of prosecco when you arrive, which is a nice touch. However, there are long queues at the reception when you arrive (and I checked in online before I arrived), so beware of that. The reception area also offers water refreshments and apples. I had the superior king-size-bed room and it was really...
I first stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge a few years ago and absolutely loved it — but coming back this time was even better. We celebrated my partner’s 30th birthday (it was her first time staying there), and the experience was unforgettable. We were looked after by Anika, who upgraded our room, surprised us with wine, and delivered truly exceptional customer service. She went...
Celebrating boyfriend’s Birthday, couldn’t wish for anything more special. Spa was amazing, buffet breakfast so much to choose from and staff were attentive. Room was spacious and clean. Will definitely be back!
Beautiful hotel in general, especially the rooms were so spacious and lovely! There’s two major things that needs working on: 1. The lifts within the building took ages to get up and down the building. We was on 7th floor and it’d take us anywhere between 5-10 mins of waiting time, to just get a lift. It’s a bit of a drag, and I think for a massive hotel like Leonardo’s, with a lot of guests staying...

I really enjoyed my stay at A&o, the room was comfy, I had a few nights of very good sleep, the staff was friendly and helpful. Downsides were that the sink in the bathroom was a bit blocked, I requested cleaning and it never happened, and the fire alarm went off at 8 am on 2 consecutive mornings. Otherwise a very pleasant London stay at a reasonable price and I loved the location.
Location was amazing, just a short ferry ride to Canary Wharf, great little pub the Blacksmith 20 metres down the road and l think that was its best bits. The staff were miserable we never saw a single smile from any of them. The breakfast was terrible everything was cold and not much to choose from. The room was okay but very basic no amenities hair dryer etc…. Booked this place thinking it was a...
Nice stay near the Canary wharf River . The cruise from hotel to canary wharf is included in the stay.
My stay here was exactly what I expected for a budget hostel near Canada Water. Don't come expecting luxury service or fancy amenities—it’s very bare bones in that regard. However, the room, while basic, was clean and comfortable enough for a very short stay. The really cool feature is that it’s right on the Thames with direct access to a ferry pier, which is a unique way to travel into the city. If...
Great customer service and care available 24/7 if you do need anything , uber boat right there for visits around London , a bar and restaurant within the hotel
The views was amazing from my room and you get a free boat ride all day to and from the other side of the river.

Excellent room - superior king. You get free mini bar with this. Shower over 4 foot bath disappointing. Breakfast average. Great location for accessing west end and Kensington by bus.
Amazing hotel in a great location by Victoria Station.  The inside and outside of the hotel was just incredible. Breakfast was a disappointment, as we found the staff were not engaging. Had a wonderful stay at Canopy. The room was very clean. Bed was soft and comfy. I really like how you could hang your coats and jackets on the open rack, once you entered the room. Very good selection at the breakfast buffet. Also very convenient to bus stop and train station. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
The location is fantastic! The hotel is right outside Algate station, making it super convenient for getting around by tube. The hotel itself is quite new, and the cleanliness and service are top-notch. They even helped me track down my power bank after I left it behind, which I really appreciated. For the price, the value for money is excellent.
While the stay was pleasant overall, the half-board experience was not satisfactory. The dinner options were very limited for vegetarians, and the absence of included drinks was surprising, as this has not been my experience with previous half-board bookings.
Though it’s allocated in the far end of London, it’s more spacious and worth the buck than The Standard.
If you are looking for a quiet location away from the tourist attractions and shopping, then this hotel fits the bill. The hotel is unable to keep your big luggage for a couple of days even though you are coming back to stay after a trip beyond London.
Checking in for the first time , found out that cleaning staff left the cleaning towel in the bathroom and paper in the toilet. Reported to the receptionist, and their manager provided solutions immediately, which makes me feel welcome and better. Great location!

London, Carburton Street (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very good location in London. Near to train station or tube Great Portland Street. Very convenient. However, the hotel is designed like a maze. If you are unlucky and have rooms away from the lift, you may need to walk for about 3-5 mins. For location, I fully recommend. But for the price, I think you can find somewhere else smaller so you don't have to walk 3-5 mins to your room.
Seriously, avoid this place if you can. The only upside is its convenient location, but beyond that, I can't think of anything good to say. You'd be hard-pressed to find a hotel this outdated even in a fifth-tier city... I'm almost too embarrassed to even post photos.
The biggest advantage is the convenient location! Everything else is really hard to describe! I already reviewed it in my previous comment…
The room was too small, the facilities were old, and the shower pressure was very low. All in all, I don't recommend it.
It's okay, but you can't compare it to hotels in China. For London prices, it's decent. The cleanliness is pretty good, and someone will clean tomorrow. There's no toothbrush, toothpaste, or soap in the bathroom though.
The check-in process was quick, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. They also offer luggage storage.

Very good option for London with an excellent restaurant.
Good experience. As expected from a 4-star hotel. The location is convenient for LBS business travelers.
Good, spacious and comfortable room. Great location with easy walking distance to the tube station and the bus stop while also easy to get a cab on the main road. However, the hotel room lacked amenities, such as slippers, laundry bag, shoe horn. Also, the basic room looks a little bleak and bland. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel, and I will definitely be back to stay again.

Absolute wonderful! Great location great breakfast great hotel
The best hotel in London!! Honestly I cannot describe into words just how amazing the team are here at St Ermins. The moment you step in, you feel like family, excellent service throughout, from the afternoon to, to the Caxton grill for dinner or drinks, and of course being welcomed by the reception and staff at the doors. I always love visiting st Ermins and even if you’re not staying at the hotel...
We had a really great 3 night stay at St Ermin’s. Beautiful historic place in a great part of town. 5 minutes to parks, close to palace and even closer to Big Bend and river. We had a great meal at the pub too and service was excellent. Room was comfortable and well serviced. Interesting historical points in lobby from WW2. Lovely unique entrance for a city hotel!
St. Ermin's Hotel exceeded any and all expectations I had. To start the location is perfect. It is centrally located and about an easy 10 minute walk from the must see locations of central London including Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. This makes it easy accessible while also providing a quiet environment without all the noises of city. Additionally, there is a taxi stand right...
I cannot say enough about this fabulous hotel and the staff. In the Westminster section of London, a perfect location close to attractions and full of history. The hotel was decorated beautifully for what the Brits call the “Festive Season” - and they really outdid themselves. The breakfast buffet is abundant, the rooms spacious and clean, and the staff are top notch in hospitality. I’d especially...
St. Ermin's is a beautiful property with staff who go above and beyond. I said to my husband multiple times that I had never encountered a friendlier hotel staff! They are the best part of the hotel. The property...

Great location, and you can walk to all the sights. The breakfast buffet is awesome.
Average stay, breakfast service was so slow. And was mediocre at best. One working lift from lobby to our rooms meant we were waiting forever for an empty lift as everyone was jumping in on every stop.
Location is near Buckingham Palace, rooms include necessary provisions such as toothpaste, toothbrush, bottled water, jar of snacks, robe and slippers. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Only slight dislike is the strong fragrant smell of bedding the room.

Not bad. Just average. Breakfast was good Staff was friendly , there is some issue about toilet blocking but hopefully that will sorted out for next costumer,
This is my second stay this year at this hotel and it’s lovely however when I came in January with my husband our room was lovely it had a fridge and everything and was quite large but this time I stayed with my daughter a twin room it was much smaller and no fridge and was more Expensive I guess it’s to do with the type of traveller you are and the time of year. Was still an enjoyable trip
Room was ok, clean and bright, only downside was the bathroom, it was a tight squeeze for my daughter as she is 6 ft and it had wall that jutted out by about a foot so very tight to wash her hair in the shower.
Did not meet my expectation especially with the value I paid for 3nights! Even the staff was supportive to help me finding proper room, but it seems it was a wrong decission of me from beginning.

Absolutely loved it and was thoroughly satisfied! The location is superb, being extremely close to King's Cross and St Pancras stations, which makes it incredibly convenient for both train and Tube travel. I'll definitely recommend it to friends visiting London.

Had a great time in sheperd dorsett as it is very near to the westfield shoping center and easy to find good food nearby
Parked nearby hotel, and the hotel is a great location for access to all parts of London, by tube and bus. No need to drive. Very helpful and friendly staff at reception
Very good location and nice hotel..been staying at dorsett sherpheds bush hotel 4 times or almost every year when ever we traveled to london.
If you need to be in West London with access to transport, this is a really good location; it's also easy to get to Heathrow early in the morning as we had to. We found the staff helpful, well-trained, and competent. Maybe the hotel hardware is a bit worn out, but it seems like they are overhauling things - the shower was new. For exploring West London or getting to Heathrow, we'd return without doubt
The location is perfect if you have rented a car for further trip to outside london as there is a big shopping mall - Westfield nearby which provides thousands of car parking space with reasonable rate. No congestion charge is needed. The room is big but the cleanliness is just ok.
Stayed in junior suite in Dec. Good room size. Bathroom basin and soap dispenser faulty. Radiator in bathroom helped to dry laundry. Rooms aircon max at 28C but felt really chilly, nowhere near 28C. Litz Cafe within 2 mins walk from hotel. Westfield 6 mins walk.
