Trip.com said they would charge you fee for a room WiFi but actually it turned out to be false information. The location is amazing and I am so glad that I chose this neighbourhood. It’s safe and beautiful. The room was very tiny and it was hard to move around but it was okay. Room WiFi is slow and weak. You have to ask for amenities like toothbrushes to the reception.

Very close it tube station, where lift is available. No worry even you are carrying a lot of luggage. Just 5 mins walk to the hotel.

Quiet and clean, located in a wealthy area of London.

The mornington hotel is one of my go to places to be put up during layovers/transit. They are clean and walkable to Earls Court station which is great for commute via district and Piccadilly lines. The breakfast is fresh and the team is very helpful and hospitable. I’d definitely recommend to stay with them.

The room was in the basement, but it did have a window facing a lightwell. The bathroom had a very strange and unpleasant odor. The room itself was okay, small but functional. Breakfast was semi-buffet style and quite generous.

Noisy room near lifts and front door, cold and super small. Super clean, well equipped. The electric went off in the room and was quickly rectified by the reception desk man. I was asked if I plugged something in ? Actually I hadn't used anything else other than the kettle. (I did then worry if the electric would go off again out of reception desk hours and there wouldn't be anyone around to fix...

Only stayed 1 night so not much to comment about, but the room was very clean. Interesting part is that the floor of the toilet is heated so during winter, it is such a good feeling to not be standing on a cold floor. Fairly big room for the location, and right next to Earls Court station so very convenient!

The receptionist was on the phone ca with his friend or family when I arrived. He didn’t hung up during the check in and not focus on the customer. I was really shocked.

Everything was great but our room was on the ground floor and even though it was deluxe the room seemed very small. Other than that location was great & staff were very helpful.

The reception gave us two basement rooms, which smelt like sewage. Asked for a change of rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked. In the morning, someone tried to break into my room at 7am. Thankfully, I put on the security chain before I slept. Apart from one staff at the morning breakfast, service attitude was poor.

Location is spot on. Very close to underground station and bus stop. Room is OK, not big but got everything.

Room 309 was clean but unable to use both sides of the bed to get in. On side was against the wall and no side table. The room had a large clock that doesn't work and an extra tv area with stools to sit on rather than a sofa?? Not sure when this space would be used? Breakfast was good, both continental and cooked. I originally booked because I got a great offer from a hotel website for a specific date, so I planned my trip to London around that date. My booking was originally for a Cosy Room. After a visit to an exhibition and then an evening at the theatre I arrived, tired and footsore, after 10pm, expecting to just check in and sleep in a small room, no frills. The breakfast was the worst part of the trip but by no means a deal breaker. The pastries looked unappealing and coffee was from a machine, and not a good one. Didn't try the cooked breakfast but the bar was great for dinner so that might be the way to go.

Nice hotel, interesting, a bit different and very well situated. Staff were great. Only issues were (1) the room/suite we were given was directly below the rooftop restaurant…there was a lot of residual noise that would have been a problem if we weren’t jet lagged, and (2) the restaurant itself which was chaotic disorganized and unacceptably slow when we dined there.

It deserves a 10! I booked a Standard Double Room and it had a lot of space for luggages. The bathroom was also big. The female staff was so so so nice and supportive. It had some noise but mostly from people outside the corridor. In general, I will still choose The Wesley Euston if I go to London again❤️

The hotel has a great location in a top residential area. We were able to explore the city by underground or even on foot. The hotel is very stylish and elegantly furnished. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was still set to summer in January, and it took two days for the service to get our room warm again. Definitely not 5-star service.

I really like their breakfast, it's very rich. It was my first time staying in a hotel in London. Anyway, I took a taxi everywhere. There is a small shopping mall within a ten-minute walk. It seems to be in the new financial district. There are many coffee shops and some Japanese food shops nearby. The front desk service is also very good, but the price is not cheap.

The Durrant is a charming true English Hotel. The staff, setting and location are ideal. The rooms are cozy linens pressed and towels always clean. Nice hotel, with elevator. Rooms were small, as are most in older London hotels, but nicely appointed. As an American, I was pleasantly surprised to see face cloths provided (unusual in the UK). The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. Very nice breakfast, although some some of the extras should be inclusive with the booked breakfast as well. One point of attention for us large Dutchies is to have a hook or two on the door or wall behind it for coats and / or towels to create a bit more space.

Breakfast to be improved Really not nice that breakfast is not buffet, you have fixed fruit plus one hot meal to be ordered. Any sweet need to be paid. This is not making any sense considering the whole room price. Reception is kind, pleasant environment, noisy floors when someone is walking above your floor. But please, fix the breakfast!

Ok stay, strange hotel room which was back behind the reception, no mention when booking the room that it would be bottom floor with frosted windows, very dark and gloomy with a teeny tiny bathroom. Checking in took a while, other guests complaining about the frosted windows. Ok for one night as needed to be closer to Paddington station but wouldn’t stay again.

This is now our favourite place to stay in London! The room was great for four, with room for luggage. The location is fantastic, so close to everything, including the direct train to and from Heathrow. The team members were lovely and so helpful, and the hosted hour each night was great.

Arrived in London in the morning. Fortunately, there was a room available. It was very nice. They also recommended a good brunch with a discount. The surrounding area is very close to the subway and in the Soho area. I will book it again next time I come!
