Mornington London Kensington, BW Premier Collection, London1 / 18

London, 19-21 Penywern Road (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Trip.com said they would charge you fee for a room WiFi but actually it turned out to be false information. The location is amazing and I am so glad that I chose this neighbourhood. It’s safe and beautiful. The room was very tiny and it was hard to move around but it was okay. Room WiFi is slow and weak. You have to ask for amenities like toothbrushes to the reception.
Very close it tube station, where lift is available. No worry even you are carrying a lot of luggage. Just 5 mins walk to the hotel.
Quiet and clean, located in a wealthy area of London.
The rooms are unfortunately very small.
The mornington hotel is one of my go to places to be put up during layovers/transit. They are clean and walkable to Earls Court station which is great for commute via district and Piccadilly lines. The breakfast is fresh and the team is very helpful and hospitable. I’d definitely recommend to stay with them.
The room was in the basement, but it did have a window facing a lightwell. The bathroom had a very strange and unpleasant odor. The room itself was okay, small but functional. Breakfast was semi-buffet style and quite generous.

Excellent room - comfortable bed, fridge, tea/coffee. Very clean room, modern and attentive room service. Hotel split into three buildings. Felt safe and secure. Very good local amenities, bars, food nearby. 3 mins to Earls Court underground.
Noisy room near lifts and front door, cold and super small. Super clean, well equipped. The electric went off in the room and was quickly rectified by the reception desk man. I was asked if I plugged something in ? Actually I hadn't used anything else other than the kettle. (I did then worry if the electric would go off again out of reception desk hours and there wouldn't be anyone around to fix...
Only stayed 1 night so not much to comment about, but the room was very clean. Interesting part is that the floor of the toilet is heated so during winter, it is such a good feeling to not be standing on a cold floor. Fairly big room for the location, and right next to Earls Court station so very convenient!
The receptionist was on the phone ca with his friend or family when I arrived. He didn’t hung up during the check in and not focus on the customer. I was really shocked.
Everything was great but our room was on the ground floor and even though it was deluxe the room seemed very small. Other than that location was great & staff were very helpful.
Hotel is very convenient to central

very convenient location and the staff members are very helpful
Great location, the staff are friendly. We love the location as it is easy access to underground and the breakfast is excellent.
Great location, nice bed. I had a great stay there.
The hotel is very close to the subway station, a 2-minute walk away. There is a Marks & Spencer supermarket at the door. Starbucks, KFC and various restaurants are also very close. The British Museum, Big Ben and other important attractions are all accessible by subway. The windows are quite comfortable. The rooms are not big. The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic. The breakfast is a standard English...
The reception gave us two basement rooms, which smelt like sewage. Asked for a change of rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked. In the morning, someone tried to break into my room at 7am. Thankfully, I put on the security chain before I slept. Apart from one staff at the morning breakfast, service attitude was poor.
Location is spot on. Very close to underground station and bus stop. Room is OK, not big but got everything.

Room 309 was clean but unable to use both sides of the bed to get in. On side was against the wall and no side table. The room had a large clock that doesn't work and an extra tv area with stools to sit on rather than a sofa?? Not sure when this space would be used? Breakfast was good, both continental and cooked. Friendly service. Used the bar on Friday night but very quiet.
Great location for a friends wedding! Reception team gave a super welcome. Room was clean, perfect for the weekend. Bar staff in the bar, friendly and efficient!
I originally booked because I got a great offer from a hotel website for a specific date, so I planned my trip to London around that date. My booking was originally for a Cosy Room. After a visit to an exhibition and then an evening at the theatre I arrived, tired and footsore, after 10pm, expecting to just check in and sleep in a small room, no frills. Violetta was on reception and she was so welcoming...
The breakfast was the worst part of the trip but by no means a deal breaker. The pastries looked unappealing and coffee was from a machine, and not a good one. Didn't try the cooked breakfast but the bar was great for dinner so that might be the way to go.
The hotel looks super nice from the outside. Very clean and elegant. The receptionist Victor is a super nice guy. He’s very funny and he helped us with everything we needed. Our room was ready early and we could go in straight away. The room was really big, the bathroom as well. Everything was clean and we had a nice view. The atmosphere in the hotel is really relaxing in total and it was nicely decorated...
Lovely welcome from the man on reception - who was just back from being poorly. Lovely energy and very kind and welcoming.

Great location, room was beautifully nostalgic, the window seat was a favoured spot. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend.
Nice hotel, interesting, a bit different and very well situated. Staff were great. Only issues were (1) the room/suite we were given was directly below the rooftop restaurant…there was a lot of residual noise that would have been a problem if we weren’t jet lagged, and (2) the restaurant itself which was chaotic disorganized and unacceptably slow when we dined there.
Friendly and professional staff with a high level of customer care. Room clean, comfortable and well set out. Restaurant and Rooftop bar both offered a variety of excellent food and drink with amazing views. Hotel clean and very well presented throughout with an amazing array of plants and decor.
Great views....good size room and bathroom. Good friendly service in restaurant even though we only drinks.
Staff really helpful. Rooms comfortable and very clean / well appointed.
The room was spacious, beautiful decorated with fun accessories and very clean. The temperature control was good too. . We had a gorgeous view on the city and we loved those benches to look at the sunset. Great ambiance lighting but so many light switches we kept clicking on everyone to find the right one. The bed and duvet were so comfortable. I’m not a fan of the interior window between the bedroom...

Nearby Euston Station. Easy to travel but the road was on construction during the stay. But overall good.
It deserves a 10! I booked a Standard Double Room and it had a lot of space for luggages. The bathroom was also big. The female staff was so so so nice and supportive. It had some noise but mostly from people outside the corridor. In general, I will still choose The Wesley Euston if I go to London again❤️
Sustainability meets top-tier hospitality! 🌿 The staff at The Wesley are so kind and make sure every detail of your stay is perfect. 10/10 for eco-friendly vibes!
Lovely stay at the Wesley Hotel. Easy access to 3 different underground stations. The hotel is in a quiet location so we have a lovely night sleep
It was perfect for what we wanted, near the station and a great base to explore London. Room was spotless, staff friendly, good value for money.
Friendly and kind staff and good location. However when arriving to the room, discovered dirty and visibly used towels smelling of body odour left out for us in bathroom, possibly eye makeup stains on the laid out bed pillows. I’m hoping to get some sort of refund or compensation for this stay. Called front desk for new clean towels to be brought which never came. Only on visiting front desk later...

comfortable and generally pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, nicely designed, and the rooms are well kept. The location is convenient for getting around London and relatively quiet. However, the heating system was not great, which made the room uncomfortable at times. Service was average and a little inconsistent. The hotel has a great location in a top residential area. We were able to explore the city by underground or even on foot. The hotel is very stylish and elegantly furnished. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was still set to summer in January, and it took two days for the service to get our room warm again. Definitely not 5-star service.
Quite hard to find the hotel if it is your first time here. Everything is good especially the restaurant downstairs.
Peaceful and refreshing stay at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens! The hotel has a calming atmosphere with thoughtful design, eco-conscious touches, and friendly staff. Nestled in a quiet location yet close to everything—an ideal retreat in London.
Overall, the hotel is lovely and pleasant to stay. However, the twin bed near the bathroom is sunken for some reasons. As we returned to London on 29 May and stayed at different room and we had the sunken bed again.
First time traveling to London with friends and I booked a room at the Inhabit Queen's Gardens. The location was perfect...about 4 blocks from Paddington Station, which made it very easy to get to. Upon arrival the hotel upgraded my room without me even asking! They put me in a larger room that was super clean...I'm a stickler for things like that. The room had everything I needed. Excellent location as it is minutes walk to underground stations and shopping areas like Oxford Street and Leicester Square. The staff were warm and friendly to customers and this is rare in London for my own experience. The room is spacious according to London standard. My room was renovated recently with renewed facilities. The shower was weak and this is the only disadvantage anyway.
Not for away from Oxford and Regent Street the hotel is located central, but in a quiet area... surrounded by some nice restaurants and coffee shops. I absolutely loved the hotel, the service was amazing. I have stayed previously a few years ago and it is just as I remembered if not better.I was spoiled with chocolates, Prosecco and a balloon on my birthday. All my requirements were met and exceeded. I would highly recommend, central location on a quiet street, very close to Oxford Street.
We loved your hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were so impressed with the staff. They always took a moment to say hello - a small thing but an important detail. The room was perfect and the location amazing.

Good night sleep with very little outside noise for London. Excellent breakfast.
Everything excellent. Clean, great position, excellent breakfast (not a buffet and for this reason really good, one of the better breakfast I never had). I’ll back for sure
The room was clean and the location is excellent, definitely worth choosing. I hope breakfast can be offered as a buffet.
The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked well. The location was also good. The towels seemed a bit old, but the bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and drainage.
Facilities: Very well-maintained. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet, located between Bank and Liverpool Street subway stations, and a safe neighborhood. Service: Excellent and patient. I really like their breakfast, it's very rich. It was my first time staying in a hotel in London. Anyway, I took a taxi everywhere. There is a small shopping mall within a ten-minute walk. A very pleasant little hotel. Very clean and staff friendly. One of the better properties situated behind Victoria Train Station.
I had a very good experience, i recommend you try it out, the reception was splendid and felt welcomed
Very few hotels in London could maintain basic functions for business traveller looking affordable stay. My points good shower (water pressure and hot water), air con, clean bath and room, bedsheet and towel changing cycle (every day in my stay). After so many budget hotel failures this was on own level
I stayed at Sidney Hotel Victoria during a very unexpected and urgent two-day trip to London. Because everything happened last minute, I had very little time to choose where to stay. What I experienced instead was a stay that genuinely exceeded them. I arrived...

I loved my stay here. It was such a charming hotel, with great amenities and a fantastic restaurant. The staff was so helpful and attentive. I only stayed for 1 night, but I really look forward to coming back again someday for a longer stay. You cannot beat the location either!
The Durrant is a charming true English Hotel. The staff, setting and location are ideal. The rooms are cozy linens pressed and towels always clean. Hotel could use a little freshening up paint wise but everything was spotless and again the staff was wonderful! We also celebrated Christmas dinner which was delicious! I highly recommend staying at this Marylebone Charming hotel
Friendly staff, super clean ,warm welcome.cannot rate this place high enough.1st time here, and already thinking of going back in the very near future.
The Durrant is a very charming hotel, the room and numerous sitting areas downstairs was enough for my needs during my 1 day stay. Some things to note: the tub part of my shower was very high, someone older would definately have difficulty stepping in and out. Also I forgot to report it to the front desk but my hot water handle for the bathroom sink had to be turned numerous times before water...
Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the windows open for fresh air if you like that. Durrants has improved its amenities by having a fridge/mini-bar in a fairly ordinary room. You cannot beat this hotel for spacious common areas. While I do not like the new messages in the lobby, I do like the porter service very much, including the ritual of handing in your key each time you go...

The room is spacious. The restaurant offers a good breakfast and dinner. I booked on half board, so I received a £30 voucher for a starter and main.
The location of the hotel is excellent! Perhaps it might be a good idea of the hotel to replace the carpet as it looks quite worn. Apart from that, it was strange that the toilet is separated from the shower room. The toilet does not have a sink in it. Good value rooms for central London, and it is a great part of London to stay in. It’s a slightly old school hotel with lots of wood paneling and leather sofas in the bar and also though rooms as big as they used to be before the chains took over hotel accommodation in London. Bed was also very comfy and the staff were excellent and friendly. I needed to be in this part of town for a meeting but...
The frontage and reception/dining area was absolutely beautiful. The room was nicely designed and decorated but that’s when it all ends! There was nothing superior about the room, it was tiny! If you’re a 6 feet 16 stone man (or woman) you will struggle in the room. There was only one side of the bed I could stand up straight, and the bed was that close to the bathroom the door touched the bed! The...

The hotel stay was pleasant. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Location was excellent, convenient and quiet. Walking distance to many good places. We stayed at the new wing of the hotel. Some USB charger outlets were not working Would come back to stay at Norfolk Towers Paddington...
The Wi-Fi in the room was exceptionally bad, probably due to some room-specific issue. The room was so small that I couldn't even open a single suitcase.
Although the location of the hotel is in an excellent position…. Only 5 mins walk to Paddington station…. The staff is great! The location is good! Will book again in the future
The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. Very nice breakfast, although some some of the extras should be inclusive with the booked breakfast as well. One point of attention for us large Dutchies is to have a hook or two on the door or wall behind it for coats and / or towels to create a bit more space.
Breakfast to be improved Really not nice that breakfast is not buffet, you have fixed fruit plus one hot meal to be ordered. Any sweet need to be paid. This is not making any sense considering the whole room price. Reception is kind, pleasant environment, noisy floors when someone is walking above your floor. But please, fix the breakfast!
Was put in a room with No Windows, but there was no mention of this during the booking process. Rooms are also VERY small
Could be great, but improved systems required Room was compact but comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the service at reception seemed very disjointed and the check in process was very slow and tedious. Overall a good stay, but mainly due to the beds being very comfy rather than the overall service. If things can be streamlined a bit this could be a great hotel.
Ok stay, strange hotel room which was back behind the reception, no mention when booking the room that it would be bottom floor with frosted windows, very dark and gloomy with a teeny tiny bathroom. Checking in took a while, other guests complaining about the frosted windows. Ok for one night as needed to be closer to Paddington station but wouldn’t stay again.
