Service was amazing, food was amazing, location was perfect, my only issue was the window would forcefully shut itself unless wedged open with something and there was nowhere to refrigerate drinks despite the insanely hot weather at the time of my stay, however my trip was amazing and I wouldn’t change it for the world
Highly recommend- stayed for a week & it was like home away from home. The staff were friendly, accommodating and highly professional. They really went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay
I just live this traditional hotels, although some may say it is need to modernising, I feel its beautiful, along with the creaking floorboards.
Traditional standards throughout, with really lovely staff.
Had a lovely stay at the Clarendon. We're not particularly that keen on London but, if we do have to go, we like to visit Blackheath and the location of The Clarendon is perfect
Staff are nice, breakfast is good and plentiful too and ye rooms are nice, comfy and clean

Just for you to lie down, this hotel also provides various scenes for lying down 🎬, the lobby, the beach 🏖️, the swimming pool, all of which are lazy figures against the backdrop of the blue sky.
The staff was perfect and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend and will come again. Pictures are from the hotel front area you can sit with a nice view of the street and park
Location is great - right around Holborn.
Near LSE - very quiet environment but still pretty safe for late night walks.
Location is within walking distance of all important things. You can easily get to places like Soho for shopping and eating. The hotel was much cleaner than other places for similar prices
Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful. Definitely to come back.

The hotel is right next to Hyde Park in the heart of central London. walking distance to the tube and bus stop for easy reach to the city. The room is large and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful
Rooms were larger than expected and well equipped (especially for charging devices and hanging clothes). Bathroom was function with hot, strong water pressure
Fabulous location - close to multiple tube stations, wide range of eating options in walking distance. Check-in was quick, easy and friendly
There is no parking but there is are meters near the hotel entrance for a short visit. The only drawback is breakfast but acceptable
Breakfast was average - good selection of pastries, breads, spreads, cold meats and yoghurt however hot food wasn’t to our liking (hash browns and hot chocolate would have been nice)
The rooms were very good too and made up nicely everyday. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone
Opposite Trafalgar Square, the location is very good, the hotel is very clean and tidy, the decoration is also good, there are free drinks and water in the room. The service staff is very good.
We didn’t have breakfast so no comment on food. I wish we could stayed longer but the next day was fully booked. Would recommend this hotel to anyone to visit London
This hotel made it impossible for me to choose any other hotel.I really love this one
My second stay was again perfect. The breakfast was excellent in variety and quality, the waiters were attentive, and the reception was very welcoming. 10/10
Lovely hotel, right by Trafalgar Square, in fact we could see Nelson's column from our bedroom window. Nice bar area. Pleasant room
Good location, just opposite the art museum, about 10-15 minutes walk to Chinatown. Except for the small room, everything else is good

Putting the service aside, overall I was quite satisfied. At least the hot water was consistent, the shower pressure was great, and the hygiene was impeccable – as it should be for £250 a night
The space was decent though, enough room for three suitcases. Its main advantage is its excellent location and convenient transport links; everything else was pretty average
They provided two bottles of water daily, one of which was sparkling. It tasted awful, but water is so expensive here, so we just made do. As for service, there was basically none
They just processed everything with a stone-cold expression, and I was the one who ended up saying, 'Have a good day,' haha. That inherent British aloofness was on full display
There was no option for an extra bed without an additional charge, which is ridiculous considering we paid over £250 a night for a hotel with Home Inn-level quality
The mattress was very soft, but the pillows were terrible to sleep on – many hotels in China now use latex pillows, which are much more comfortable
My sister and I stayed in this room near Greenwich University, and it was quite nice. The DoubleTree cookies are absolutely incredible – you can ask the front desk for them anytime
My daughter and i went there today for afternoon tea and the food was lovely. My daughter wasn't charged for her juice even though it was not include in the afternoon tea
Lovely hotel with interesting decor. Decent location if you’re wanting to go into Greenwich. Clean and free cookie on arrival
A nice place the stay in Greenwich, close to restaurants and the train station.
Staying was okay? Rooms a bit too loud but really nice hotel
Location was a bit off track for where I was needing to get to and although the walk to the station was ok distance wise, walking through Deptford high street at night was not something I will look to do again

I was not able to try the pool but will next time. From now on we will only book Virgin hotels
Except for the small size of the room, the rest of the experience was perfect.
Excellent front desk and service.
The key is that it is clean and has an excellent gym.
There are also special gifts for Christmas
The room was lovely, and the steam room inside the shower an outstanding feature that should be sold more actively
The rooms were spotlessly clean & even have steam showers & the staff were super friendly! The aroma in the corridors was divine! Breakfast was fabulous & Bibo restaurant downstairs was just amazing! Loved it!!
We had a fantastic stay- everything was perfect, from the staff being friendly and endlessly helpful, gorgeous and comfortable room and incredible food, service and views from the 7th floor bar/restaurant
From the excellent welcome from Pedro who gave a lovely warm but professional welcome talked through everything a credit to the hotel on giving such a first impression

We booked this hotel after searching for an ideal one for a very, very long time, and I am so glad we found it! Although the room was small and didn't have windows (both things were not a problem for us), it was very tidy and clean, and also had all of the amenities you could ask for (hairdryer, UK and EU plug, a USB entry, TV, a table and two chairs, three mirrors)! The bed was soft and confortable...
Very friendly staff to help with check in and with coffee at breakfast when one of the machines wasn’t working
Nice budget hotel next to Aldgate East tube station, practical to move around the city. Rooms are cosy with all basic amenities required for your stay
Bonus points for the amazing and super polite staff, who were always eager to help and even served us breakfast before 7AM, in order to accomodate our needs. I know where I am staying next time I'm London! 😊
Lobby is nice to have breakfast, a meal during the day or a drink, and practical to work as well
The breakfast had many different and well-served options, such as bread, croissants and other pastries, cereal, pancakes and yogurts

This hotel has a fantastic location paired with excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, and genuinely attentive service. Everything about the stay feels polished and consistent, fully living up to its name
The only downside I have is that the twin room beds were connected. If I wanted the twin beds to be connected I would have booked a double bed room. Other than that, everything else was good
Everything was great, just like the grades I’ve given in the above. The location was so perfect I have to double mention, near the train station and many other restaurants
Very comfortable and cosy hotel, would definitely recommend and located a short walk from Paddington Station!
The hotel staff, especially Kamalin, were very friendly and kind. They helped us change rooms.
The room and bathroom was very very small, the windows were draughty and the outside road was very noisy due to the thin windows. The location was perfect however and the staff were all really friendly

There is plenty of storage space, it is easy to clean and prepare for the return home. The lounge is very nice, bright and clean. I ordered room service, the quality surprised me, and I liked the steak
The staff is what makes this hotel very special as they are truly a highly dedicated team all over their property. The location is perfect as it is near Tower Bridge and 1 minute from the tube station
Afroditi at the spa made sure to go above and beyond. Her service was absolutely phenomenal and she was the sweetest. I gladly appreciated everything she did for me while I was there
Finally, the hotel staff gave me a very good deal on a taxi to the airport. I was very lucky that the taxi driver gave me a discount on the trip to the airport. I can again offer my wife more time for shopping
The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful when it came time to assisting me. Prabin was the bartender at the fantastic Lobby Bar, the cocktail he served me was amazing
The pool and spa area is relaxing. We booked a tour and service to and from the airport with the hotel which added to our experience

Our wedding reception was an absolute dream come true, and we cannot recommend this venue highly enough! From the very beginning, Parth and Andrei went above and beyond to help us plan and execute every detail perfectly
Walking through the halls feels like a journey through time, but with all the high-end comforts of a 5-star contemporary stay. A Foodie’s Paradise
The location is unbeatable
Being right in the heart of such a vibrant neighborhood made my trip so much easier. I was spoiled for choice with the sheer variety of restaurants just steps away from the front door
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had
The way the hotel has seamlessly integrated the original, historic building with a sleek, modern wing is nothing short of a masterpiece. It manages to feel both timelessly elegant and cutting-edge at the same time
The menu offered a great variety of dishes, each thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The food itself was outstanding — full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and made with high-quality ingredients
The hotel is well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a gym that provides towels and drinking water. It was spotlessly clean, especially the room
Near bus stops, supermarkets, food and restaurants. Room was quite spacious and the most glaring omission is a fridge in the room. Otherwise it would have been perfect. Bathroom is spacious and everything works
Hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Rooms were very clean, quiet and functional. Breakfast was a mix of hot and continental which was great. Short walk to the nearest tube which was handy
However, the hotel's location is a significant drawback; it didn't feel very safe, particularly the walk to the subway station, so guests should definitely exercise caution
The room is clean. The staffs are friendly. Sound proofing is not really good, we can hear other room flushing or when they use the bathroom
The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast, while not as elaborate as a Turkish breakfast, was quite good for London.

Our stay at The Beaumont Mayfair was absolutely excellent. The service was truly the best — attentive, professional, and warm from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious with high quality choices every morning
The service at the hotel was excellent. Everyone one was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was amazing and I look forward to going back to The Beaumont Mayfair Hotel
The staff from the front door to the front desk, phone, conceirge all provide OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Eerybody is always willing to help and make you feel at home and confortable
Everything about the hotel felt elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London
Was a classic high end hotel - the price was not locked in though from the time I reserved it.
Would definitely stay again! Convenient location and the hotel property is very nice.
The room is small, but it’s in the heart of London. Just right beside London eyes. Walking distance to London eye. Location is very convenient, and there is convenient stall (Iceland) just right beside
It is correct that there are no tea or coffee making facilities or iron in the room and that they happened to be in the galley on which ever floor you’re staying on, but I actually really like this concept And find it really eco-friendly
They do provide free hot drinks too, that’s sweet
Staff are friendly and helpful
Room are clean and cozy, small yet comfortable
Shower gel and shampoo are brilliant, smell so good
Great stay in a lovely location! Staff were super friendly and the facilities were clean! Really cool bar downstairs and comfy bed!
Very nice service and prime location! Would definitely stay here again.
Only downside is no warm (English) breakfast
Fantastic boutique hotel, staff, extremely welcoming hotel very trendy. We loved our stay there.

The Wife and I visited from the States, and we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well maintained, and it was in a great location near the tube
Also, there is a set of City Bikes outside the lobby on the street, and I would highly recommend renting a bike for cheap and using that as your transpo around the city (weather permitting)
Tube station is quite a walk away but there is a bus station right opposite the hotel that can take you to central london easily. Shoreditch is quite vibey and up and coming!
Great location in east london - super close to Broadway market and Columbia road. The fantastic and friendly staff deserve a big shout out. Fab stay.
I Love Mama Shelter, as it is just up the road from my son. The decor is cool, bed linen and bed comfortable, with a topper (requested)
Loved the vibe of the hotel, rooms were clean and cozy, bathroom felt quite small but overall a comfortable stay

Lovely place to stay, great location and helpful staff. 5 star rating would be 10 if I could choose it. Apartments very well presented, clean and modern.
The room was spacious and had a kitchen, which was great for buying groceries and cooking our own meals
We stayed in the room of the lowest expense and even then, that I did not even feel like i was staying in an apartment, but my own home! I could only imagine how beautiful the higher tier rooms will be
The only downside was that the hotel water was carbonated, and I got an upset stomach after drinking it on the first day. Also, the toilet didn't flush very well and got clogged easily
The living room offers great views, and the bedroom and bathroom are clean and spacious enough. It's conveniently located near a subway station for easy travel, and there's a supermarket close by
The rooms are well designed and equipped with everything you need. The room service was always spot on, the cleaners do an immaculate job and are well mannered. Check in and check out was easy
A huge thank you to Selina from the reservations department for her patient assistance with the birthday decorations during the initial communication process, and a special thank you to Hannah from the guest experience department for the beautiful birthday balloons – the attention to detail was exquisite, making the room a joy to behold from the moment we entered
The staff and level of service is the best we have ever experienced. The Dome Suite is incredible, room service steaks were perfect! The in house florist Mark does a fantastic job with flowers in every room
The bathroom details were particularly commendable: underfloor heating, double sinks, and even a small TV next to the bathtub, allowing you to watch TV while soaking – a truly immersive experience
Overall, this was a truly unforgettable birthday stay. We sincerely thank the reservations, guest experience, and housekeeping teams for their attentive service. We will definitely come back again if we have the chance
The minibar was complimentary, including soft drinks and beer; the orange juice was especially delicious. There were also snacks like potato chips in the room – a thoughtful touch
The pool itself wasn't large, but considering the hotel's prime location, having a pool at all is a rare treat. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the slippers were thick and soft
Their restaurant Celeste is my absolute favourite French restaurant in London. The only “downside” could be that at lunch time it can be quite empty, which means slightly over-attentive staff
The service at The Lanesborough is absolutely exceptional. As good as I have ever experienced in a lifetime of travel. I cannot recommend highly enough.
They offered a gluten free menu which was presented beautifully. The service was spot on and the hotel is dreamy. The best time definitely recommend this place for an elegant yet relaxed tea in London
One of the finest hotels in Europe. We travel quite a bit and this hotel really stands out. We have stayed here several times and it always amazes us
From the moment you walk in you are treated as if you are visiting royalty. We had a large beautiful room overlooking Hyde Park
In the morning we could watch the Royal Household Cavalry ride by on their way to the changing of the guard. The hotel is impeccably maintained in every aspect
Wonderful hotel, good service at spa, bar, front desk, door, and great facilities. Personally not a fan of the restaurant for breakfast, which was disappointing both days I tried it, both for food and service
London at Its Best
We had a truly memorable stay in London. From breakfast to dinner and evening drinks, every detail was flawless. The service was both professional and warm, and the location is simply unbeatable
Loved the decor and artworks. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well maintained. Hotel breakfast was exceptional. Hotel staff friendly. Great location. We walked almost everywhere during our 7 night stay.
the location is perfect and the staff is helpful and friendly!! this hotel is a must in soho! we live in new jersey and are already planning a staycation at there nyc location!
Rooms are lovely and service level exceptional!
Restaurant is excellent as well. Gym is good for a city center boutique hotel.
Excellent hotel in terms of service, cleanliness, room size, restaurant and location! It’s my go to whenever I’m in London!
Excellent experience. A bit expensive, but feel very comfortable and relaxed.
The location was perfect and very convenient. However, the blanket was dusty and had to request for new ones
The hotel deliberately assigned me the worst corner room on a low floor. Staff were cold, unfriendly, no smile, no service at all. Clearly discriminatory treatment towards Asian guests. Extremely rude and disrespectful
Also due to travel issues and trains cancelled due to bad weather they helped book and extra night. The hotel is excellently placed to see all the theatres and China town so I would recommend staying here
The room was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A very convenient and welcoming base for exploring London — would happily stay here again
Great location, was able to walk to shopping areas (20 mins) , some nice restaurants and pubs close by. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend The Thistle as a place to stay in London.
