Value for money if you just need a simple and clean hotel room to stay. Location is in centre of London and hard to beat its low cost.
The staff were okay and supplied me with a hairdryer and extra towel when asked but nobody was on the front desk when I wanted to leave my luggage when I checked out
Good location, near the train station. It's close to the river which is very nice.
The room was very tiny but serviceable enough for me as a solo traveller - though my suitcase wouldn’t fit in the space under the bed so I had to always keep it in the doorway and move it every time I wanted to leave because the room was so small! Thankfully the bed was decent and it had great air conditioning so this made up for it somewhat
That’s pretty nice of its location, however the plugs are not working for the first few days. But they did try to solve the issue asap, no bad for the efficiency.
A clean wouldn't have resolved, not an issue of house keeping, this is a result of profit margins first and not customer 'no maintenance or refurb etc'

Tariq did his best to sort whilst I was out. Breakfast was basic but good, pastries, toast, fruit etc. the fresh orange juice was excellent. Not sure of the cost as my company sorted this but think it was around £250
I was moved to this Sonder due to overbooking at the Sonder Paddington. This hotel was nicely situated and the facilities were good
A very quiet hotel The desk staff were pleasant and helpful, special mention to Tariq There was a slight issue with my bathroom sink but only being there for one night it wasn’t a problem
I assume this is normal for this area but expensive to my poor country boy mind!! Would definitely stay again
They said it would be a 12 hour turnaround service to provide me with one, which I said was unacceptable, and in fairness they then did get one to me promptly
People were stressing in the corridors and as there isn’t hotel staff, no one on hand to support queries. The room didn’t have a hair dryer

The room itself was comfortable, but there was no bath plug, so a shower it was. This wasn’t a major issue, although as a couple without a bath at home, it’s always something we look forward to
Overall, the experience was fine, but for over £200 for one night, we expected much better. We were also hit with a non negotiable £50 deposit upon arrival, which we werent informed of
This requirement was not mentioned anywhere on the website or in our booking confirmation, which was disappointing and resulted in us driving around and finding pay at machine parking
The hot water also took a very long time to come through and no soap to wash your hands. Had to use the mini bottle of shower gel. Breakfast was a little confusing
On arrival, we drove to what we believed was the hotel car park, only to find it no longer existed and had been replaced by a building site behind the property
Which luckily worked fine for us, as we arrived late at night and left early morning, however this was only 4hrs max stay, so wouldnt work for most

Excellent boutique hotel I. The middle of Marylbone. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. It has a cigar bar and restaurant. Very close to shops and dining. Definitely recommend this hotel!
Generally fine. Slightly irritating additional 4% service charge payable when you leave. Room was red hot as the towel rail was left on max heat.. fighting with the AC.
It is certainly NOT the cheapest option and at the price you do have other good options. One point worth making for those with mobility issues. To get into the hotel you have to climb 5 or 6 pretty steep steps
The receptionist staff, Raluca & her male assistant were excellent in all ways to make our stay exceed our expectations. The bedroom was comfortable, the bed 🛌 really comfortable & the room well laid out
Between Marylebone High St, Marylebone Lane and Chiltern St there is every kind of shop or restaurant anyone could ever want. The room was large and the bed was good
Everything about this hotel was excellent, the only thing that wasn’t, the duvet was too heavy. That is personal taste and others may find it perfect.

Our room was very small, bed up tight to a firegrate, which was very dusty on the top. I asked to change but was told hotel was full. Bathroom was good, nice tiles with a good shower and towels
I left my luggages there after checking out and when I returned asked to stay there about an hour before my bus arrived. They let me and offered coffee, tea and water. All in all, good experience for a 3 star hotel
Great cozy little hotel in central London. Definitely would come back if ever I need to visit London and be close to all the attractions
It is clean but the building is quite old and walls are thin to hear the neighbors moaning 😁. Breakfast is good but they didn’t change the menu for 2 days. Would be better if they change the menu sometimes
There’s no elevator but they help with the suitcases. Breakfast was good too and with lots of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!
The room was quite small, but unless you're paying a lot for a hotel in London, it's the same even if you stay in a small hotel. The breakfast was good, and it's conveniently located near attractions and museums

Being greeted by Bagheera the cat was a bonus! There are countless restaurants nearby for dinner and our room service breakfast including Brick Lane bagels was incredible! The two honesty bars in the lounges were also well stocked and a nice touch
One small thing - the bathroom it our room was very much designed for style over function. The shower was difficult to get to the right temperature and left the bathroom floor covered with water
They even supplied us some washing up liquid so my partner could try and take care of a stain on their clothing from dinner. Breakfast in the morning was delicious
It’s a great hotel! Very hospitable! Great service and location.
Fantastic What a beautiful and friendly hotel tucked away in the corner of Farringdon. Quirky and beautiful in equal measure. It felt like an oasis of calm.
Lovely room in a lovely hotel. Felt hidden and off the beaten track, though it really wasn’t. Easily one of our favourite hotels in London

No breakfast, but there’s a Frankie & Benny’s about two minutes down the road that have a decent breakfast (lots more food options around, too). Also, close to Paddington station and a short walk to Hyde Park
They also provided complimentary biscuits, milk, and coffee, and the toiletries were excellent. The location was superb, being extremely close to Hyde Park and only a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station
The room might not look big, but it's well-equipped with a kitchen and dining area. Despite its compact size, it's surprisingly comfortable, and it even offers more amenities than many other hotels.
Really lovely place! Stayed in a similarly priced hotel in London before, but this is a great location and so clean and lovely. Molton Brown products and a nespresso machine are a lovely touch
The hotel is in a very convenient location with all amenities you might needed. The staff is very friendly and always open to help. Definitely recommend!
The staff were very friendly and helpful 👍 The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would love to stay here again next time I visit London

Perfect location, actually when you get off the train, then 2-3 mins walk inside the hotel. Not laud at all even the train station is here. Room are really good for what I expected.
Don’t forget to walk to the black metal bar about a half mile north 👏🏾⚒️
The room size is great, cleanliness fine and location good but the service was awful. In this winter, the heater in the room was not working, I have tried to set it up but impossible
The location is incredibly convenient, with Hackney tube station and a bus stop just steps away. There are also plenty of great food options nearby, including a Japanese restaurant
In the kitchen should be there tea bags and tea stuff people spent alot on just room at least they expect a cup of tea no heating working no microwave working it was okay
Was great and they let me Check in a little Early which was so Amazing!! Well, they gave me their number when I arrived and said to text in an hour and if it was ready I could Come back and it was! 💃🏾 and the kitchen is always so helpful! And literally next to hackney central

Excellent staff.very helpfulness breakfast because I had to to leave early..But offered to do a takeaway. Would recommend this hotel
Great location clean comfortable good choice of breakfast brilliant check in staff room a little small but everything that you need bathroom small but lovely and clean definitely stay again if room had been bigger would have gave 5 stars
Room is small but clean and staffs were friendly, I like everything about this place, except the breakfast. It comes in a bag of croissant and juices, not worth it.
More than adequate for a short city break. Many cafes, shops , pubs and restaurants around walking distance.  Reception guy is very friendly and cheerful.  Room is a bit tiny but this is expected for London.

Tim, the manager, was absolutely incredible—truly the icing on an already perfect cake. The hotel itself is just a short walk from Liverpool Street Station, which made getting there from Heathrow incredibly convenient
The bathroom continued the theme with its standalone tub, a faucet shaped like a bird’s beak, and even a toilet with a hand-shaped flusher. Every corner had character and included a library full of real books
I even got a good laugh staying in a room named after a famous historical **********. That’s the beauty of history: not everyone was royalty, and the stories of all kinds of people make it richer
Stepping inside felt like being transported back in time; I practically walked in feeling like King Henry himself. The atmosphere was elegant, immersive, and full of historical magic
The room was stunning, and I loved that each one had a name instead of a number—a whimsical touch that fit the whole fantasy-like vibe of the place
Location perfect and even a coffee in bed is a 5 star experience - being bought on a tray with a flower and biscuits

The room only had 1 small side table on each side of the bed which was insufficient for my partner and I for putting our things - e. Room was barely big enough for us to open our medium sized luggages
Overall and okay stay, would recommend if you’re just looking for a convenient short stay as location is unbeatable right next to Paddington train station and Bakerloo line
There is no proper reception counter, only 1 staff stationed at the lobby on his/her laptop. Had to fill up a couple of information online prior to check in
They were really kind in allowing us to check in early before 3pm as our room was ready. Service was okay, staff were helpful but not overly friendly as most reviews have indicated
lift was broken but really not a drama, staff where ever friendly coffee shop and cocktails brilliant
It is also on the Elizabeth line which goes to Heathrow airport

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. As soon as I walked in, there was a beautiful smell from a diffuser in reception. The hotel was beautifully decorated with a Moorish theme
I could not find one speck of dirt or dust! My room was cosy, clean and well furnished (see photos). Staff were extremely helpful with late check-out requests and storing luggage. Always someone on reception 24/7
Had breakfast one day and there was a great selection and the lady at breakfast was very friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend!
Very good service, room clean and location great
The room was a good size but it could do with a deep clean from housekeeping. The jets in the bath were grubby and the wooden floor dusty. Overall this was a good room, we slept like logs, check in and out was easy
Good family room for £150 a night. Separate parents bedroom and corner sofa. Good showers and there's lift access. Easy Uber or taxi pick up within a minute or so.

The hotel was fabulous - good location, staff very attentive - would definitely recommend

The night before chose the hotel near Paddington station, small and shabby, and importantly hot, do not save this £30, otherwise you will not have a good night's sleep
Great Location, normal size room that you would expect in London in this price range. Friendly staff as well.
I am very satisfied with the convenience of transportation and the price of the same star hotel in London. I will book this hotel next time I go to Bicester Shopping Village
Very clean and new, safe and comfy.
Small room, but sufficient amenities to stay for a single night. Room was a little dusty but mostly clean. Very good location in central London.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a five-minute walk from the embassy. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in even without our passport. The staff were polite and courteous
Hotel is really recommend. Very good 3star standard! Clean and friendly. I had a very big room with tea and a good big bed!
Location is brilliant, less than a 10 minute walk from tube stations and easy 15 min walk to Oxford circus and the west end. Continental breakfast which is included was good to set you up for the day
Stayed to a friends party nearby, great location and nice room, very clean, friendly staff....only missing a cooked breakfast

We found the hotel with a good offer. Good position, just near the underground and with several restaurants at few meters. The staff was very kind and available. Breakfast: We liked the waffels, freshly cooked and tasty
Location was excellent for Paddington Station. Staff were friendly, building was spacious and nicely decorated. Room was clean and excellent value.
The Hotel is located in the centre. Train, bus, food and restaurant just around the corner. The location is the best and most convenient. But the Hotel is not made for certain group of people because there is no elevator
The cleaning some days was good, some days not. The hotel receptionist was kinda impolite times and made me feel that they are doing a favour for me

The room was surprisingly spacious, easily accommodating four people. The bedding and bathroom were quite clean, though the furniture and flooring showed their age a bit. Overall, the interior felt compact but functional
The location was excellent being very close to the Earls Court underground and bus stops. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful in storing our luggage until check in time and again when leaving the hotel
Just recently got back from our stay in the Garden View Hotel with my daughter and grandchildren. We actually booked 2 rooms for the holiday, 1 being a double room and the other a quadruple room to sleep 4
Stayed here during my birthday treat in London, and it was such a pleasant experience. The location is perfect — very easy to access central London, which made getting to my dinner plans super convenient
The room was clean, nicely set up, and surprisingly comfortable for a city stay. Overall, a simple but lovely hotel that made my trip smooth and enjoyable

Once I got my bearings, I was able to get to pretty much anywhere from here, either by tube, taxi, or on foot. If ever I find myself in London again, I'll definitely stay here once more
This is my second time staying here. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. Although the hotel is quite small, it has all the necessary amenities
Just a few minutes walk fr Paddington station, which is a plus is you're coming fr Heathrow. Lots of food establishments, supermarket nearby. Easy to check in and you can leave your things if you arrive early
Plus, they provide complimentary coffee and tea bags in the rooms, which is a really thoughtful touch
This was perfect for a one night stay. Good location and reception were really nice. The window also opened which was very much welcomed in the summer!

Friendly and very efficient reception staff/check in and out. Clean and compact room and sufficient, fresh breakfast. Location is good - Belgravia, short walk to Victoria and other attractions
The only thing missing was air conditioning. But 35 degrees in London is extremely rare anyway.
Overall, the staff were outstanding, tending to any needs best as they could. Hairdryer was available in the room (although minorly hidden) and an iron was available upon request
Nice location. Room slightly tight but with everything. Shower water could have a little more pressure. Overall good one

We have stayed here before, as an ideal spot to meet with friends for an overnight visit to London. The hotel room is always clean and the staff are very welcoming & polite
The owner was there & she was really nice as well. Also staff & everyone was so nice & friendly. It's about 10 mins walk to Apollo Theatre, Victoria station, pubs & restaurants
