I swear they never made me feel like I was checking in or like I was incapable of finding the check in desk. or maybe they just treat you as a returning guest who knows the 5 star place but that was great

The location is excellent, shopping is convenient, and there are various restaurants within walking distance. The service is also very considerate, and they proactively helped with luggage

There are a few good places to eat on the doorstep of the hotel in Regent Street. So if you wish to escape the hotel catering which is brilliant but could be pricey for some, stroll around and you'll find ample places

The hotel is conveniently located just five minutes away from Oxford Street. It has five-star hotel standards and the service attitude is excellent. I am very satisfied overall.

Mediocre food and ridiculous service charge plus no Guinness 🙄

The bottom sheet on our bed wasn't straightened for the six nights that we were there, the duvet was just thrown over the top! These are just minor points which hopefully will be rectified before next August

For its price point in London's West End, this hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is decent. It's also very conveniently located

Service was great , staff are friendly and helpful. They don't have a swimming pool so its more of a business hotel than family. Breakfast is the same every day , the usual , but its always crowded and noisy

The biggest issue is that the beds in the twin rooms are too narrow, only 0. 8m wide – if you're a bit heavier, you'd roll off just by turning over. On a positive note, the breakfast is quite plentiful

It was my birthday as well, the hotel surprised me with this sweet gifts. The location is perfect for visiting everywhere not only in London but also suburbs. The staff members were also supportive and kind

However, when we stored our luggage, one of our suitcases got damaged and cracked. We didn’t notice it until we were already on the way to the airport. It was probably just an accident, but still a bit unfortunate

Great location, right by Waterloo Station and close to the London Eye. We stayed in a room with a view, and you could see the London Eye right from the bed. The room itself was also quite spacious.

The view from the hotel was really beautiful. But the window glass was a cloudy, so photos didn’t come out very nice… but everything else was perfect. The room was cleaned every day and kept tidy

So we definitely would like to stay this hotel again when we come back to London. Thank you so much for making our trip much more memorable with providing this cozy and relaxing space

The room they eventually gave us was the worst London Eye view room possible (as pictured, my view was significantly obstructed by the building on the right)

Had room with a view of the river which was great! Very easy to get to the Underground and easy access to waking areas. While I was there the showers were extremely loud. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5

Well located, beautifully designed in and out but city view they said was a building view blocked by huge walls and stairs

Few amenities for the price of this hotel. But it's a good base for exploring London.

The bathroom was decent, but the room itself was incredibly small, though understandable given the prime location. The front desk, housekeeping, and concierge staff were all very warm and attentive

Very modern but luxurious style and, I was impressed by the number of art pieces dotted around! One of the highlights was a very relaxing evening in the Residence bar, it felt very intimate and kind of magical :) The breakfast was lovely too

The service was excellent! They even gave us a free upgrade since it was our first time staying at their hotel. The location and surrounding area are great too!

Plus, there are tons of great food options, coffee shops, accessory stores, bubble tea shops, supermarkets, and more – everything you could possibly need! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of London, next to Chinatown. You can hop on a bus right outside, and a black cab stand is just 100 meters away

They even offer taxi services, Chinese translation devices, and spa services. All the facilities are brand new, and the slippers and towels are super comfy! Truly amazing!

Fantastic and friendly staff, lovely and clean room with a brilliant view over the Tower of London as well as the Shard, quiet and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel and one thoughtful member of staff (a ver lovely Addie) even went so far as to leave a happy anniversary card on our room door whilst we were out for the day

Pay the small extra charge for the view, you will not regret it. Genuinely the best view from a hotel I've ever had. The place was clean and tidy and super friendly. The rooftop terrace was lovely in the evenings

Perfect for visiting Tower Bridge, and the subway access is super convenient. **Amenities:** No toothbrushes or disposable toiletries provided, they tell you to bring your own

This hotel is amazing, a fantastic location next to the tower of london, and right next to Tower Hill tube. Lovely friendly staff and a great roof top bar with spectacular views. I would really recommend this hotel

The hotel includes a spa and pool in the room price, although we unfortunately didn’t have time to use them during our stay due to other commitments

It’s a bit of a drag, and I think for a massive hotel like Leonardo’s, with a lot of guests staying in it, a quadruple lift is required side by side. The hotel sauna, pool and steam rooms gets packed easily

First off, the view of the city from the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge is simply insane. The comfort of the bed was superior, allowing me to feel well-rested and ready for a day of exploring London

I arrived on a day there was an award ceremony, so it was busy but I am still very impressed. Aesthetically pleasing and great amenities. Lovely the Spa, exec lounge space and self service element and overall location

I also appreciated the free water and fruit available at reception—a nice touch that adds to the overall experience. The room was serviced daily and always spotless, with all amenities refreshed

5 stars because its the first hotel in London where my room was free of noise from outside and/or neighbouring rooms. I also enjoyed the nice view on the skyscrapers of the city from the seventh floor

In this kind of hotel have to be someone to help you with ur luggage as it is very long walk to the most of the Rooms

The hotel service is warm, clean, and tidy, with cozy and spacious rooms. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. The front desk sister is also warm and welcoming

I guess also when its a weekend that does have an impact on it too. I used pool facilities and steam room, sauna. That definitely was lovely to relax. Some things need upgrading around the hotel

I loved being right beside the outlet shops. Also the receptionist was very kind and made my stay exceptional. Some areas seemed a little old but it was generally a lovely stay. Breakfast was exceptional too

My husband also had his shirt stained by a member of the kitchen staff slashing food on him at the breakfast buffet. Even though these issues were resolved and dealt with accordingly, it's worth the mention

Breakfast was great!! Loved staying here as it is very closely located to several tourist attractions in downtown London and in close proximity to some out of this world historic pubs

From the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk to the delightful surprise upon entering our room – spotless floors, fresh-smelling linens, and new tea bags thoughtfully placed on the small tea table by the window – every detail was incredibly touching

These past few days, we've felt as comfortable and at ease as if we were at home. You can feel the thoughtfulness in every aspect. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and choose it again for my next visit

There's an entrance on the first floor that leads directly down to the train and subway stations, which is super handy. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and if you walk further, you reach Sloan Square

The location is absolutely superb – right above the train and subway stations, so you don't have to walk an extra step when heading out. It's incredibly convenient for catching trains or exploring the city

They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance!  The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too

The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The atmosphere was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were nothing short of a palace

I had an absolutely delightful 12-day stay at The Landmark and I want to sincerely thank every member of the team. From the very moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, I felt genuinely welcomed—almost like coming home

Love everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrive we feel at home. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Restaurant for breakfast is very busy

My only disappointment was that the lobby bar area was closed due to renovations, so it restricted areas to relax around the hotel, but very much looking forward to seeing the upgrades

Lovely breakfast more like brunch. Rooms are large and well appointed. Some communal areas needs a refresh. Small but nice spa facilities. Liked the bottled milk in tea/ coffee tray

Room was beautiful, we got upgraded to a bigger one and the service was amazing. Value for the price, will book again when I’m in London.

There’s a good selection of hot and cold and again the staff are always ensuring you have everything you need

Room was ok, clean and bright, only downside was the bathroom, it was a tight squeeze for my daughter as she is 6 ft and it had wall that jutted out by about a foot so very tight to wash her hair in the shower.

The hotel is simple, but nice enough for a few nights stay. Very good breakfast.

This is my second stay this year at this hotel and it’s lovely however when I came in January with my husband our room was lovely it had a fridge and everything and was quite large but this time I stayed with my daughter a twin room it was much smaller and no fridge and was more Expensive I guess it’s to do with the type of traveller you are and the time of year

Nice comfortable hotel but a bit tired and in need of some updating. Only disturbance was from folk who don't know how to close a door quietly. Great location for the West End, Central Line station right next door..

Some rooms have stairs at the entrance that makes it inconvenient to carry large luggage. Provision of refrigerator is desirable.

I have stayed here for a relaxed day. booked one of he cheapest rooms and had a great experience. The location is absolutely amazing. The room size was nice and everything was in good condition

Amazing hotel, fab location, beautiful room, just a bit slow when collecting keys on arrival even tho had already checked in online…waited in a queue for 30 mins

The hotel is fabulous, the view is amazing, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic.

There are stations, several supermarkets and chain cafes nearby. Although it's not in the city center, it's not far from anywhere. You can reach many famous attractions in ten minutes. Overall, I will stay here again

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service from the staff was incredible, so thoughtful and kind. The room wasn’t ready for check in time unfortunately. The hotel is beautifully designed

Carpet was a little sticky in room when we arrived but it got better after housekeeping came twice

The service, sandwiches, warm scones, array of cakes, marshmallow, hot chocolate and choice of teas were out of this world and in such a decadent setting

Since this was a birthday celebration for my daughter they presented her with a cake and candle

Breakfast was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they really went above and beyond for us and the children. This has been our best stay in London so far, and we’ve stayed in several great hotels

I stayed here for one night on Tuesday 2nd December and wanted to give a shoutout to the incredible team. Despite the hotel being very busy, every staff member I encountered was professional and welcoming

Worse still, there was a severe security issue: the cleaning staff apparently took my room card while cleaning. When I tried to contact guest services via the QR code, I was "read and ignored" for over 20 minutes

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Aldgate in London — 5 stars without a doubt. It’s excellent value for money, the location is amazing, and the décor is modern and really nice

The receptionist, Becroft, was extremely friendly and helpful too. I also spoke with one of the cleaners, Doina, who was lovely and clearly takes great pride in her work. My room was spotless, tidy, and comfortable

I honestly couldn’t have been happier — it was absolutely silent, right in the middle of central London. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

I booked this hotel through Trip. com and more than happy to pay for what I got as the room was beautifully decorated when we went in, the decor, the ambiance, the location, vibe everything was wonderful

Everyone at The Dilly was super helpful and friendly, we visited for my birthday. The room was lovely - reception and concierge staff were excellent.

The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it

Staff were very friendly, bed was very comfy and as the room was a birthday gift the hotel kindly decorated the room with celebratory bunting on their own accord - a very welcome gift

On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds

The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep

The amenities are truly 4-5 star range, beautiful hotel, great service & located in the heart of London, close to two tube stations and a bus stop right out front

Had a great time in sheperd dorsett as it is very near to the westfield shoping center and easy to find good food nearby

Parked nearby hotel, and the hotel is a great location for access to all parts of London, by tube and bus. No need to drive. Very helpful and friendly staff at reception

Maybe the hotel hardware is a bit worn out, but it seems like they are overhauling things - the shower was new. For exploring West London or getting to Heathrow, we'd return without doubt

The location is perfect if you have rented a car for further trip to outside london as there is a big shopping mall - Westfield nearby which provides thousands of car parking space with reasonable rate

Very good location and nice hotel..been staying at dorsett sherpheds bush hotel 4 times or almost every year when ever we traveled to london.

The hotel is only a five-minute walk from Waterloo Tube Station and a 15-minute walk from the London Eye. The breakfast area gets extremely crowded; if you go too late, you'll have to wait for a table.

I had waited for a couple of hours but then decided to book an overnight room at Hampton Waterloo. Best decision I made that day. Great price, great staff and the room was very well appointed

Breakfast was very good with plenty of staff and lots of choice. I will definitely use this hotel again should I get stuck at London Waterloo station

Excellent place to stay when Vista to London, definately worth recommending ad the location is good for all areas of visit.

I was stuck at London Waterloo on 03 October after a major incident renders the station utterly useless and very few trains leaving the station

This room is comparable to what you'd get for around 500 RMB in a major Chinese city. Check-in was smooth, and while the English breakfast didn't have a huge selection, it was definitely enough to fill up on

One friendly suggestion for the hotel: the doors are very heavy, and closing them makes a loud noise, which can disturb guests. On my first day, I was woken up by a child running, jumping, and closing a door next door

Convenient location in Victoria. Close to coach and underground. Close to shops and places to eat. You had to use your key card to get further than the reception area which is good

Spare keys offered if travelling if your party is greater than 1 person. Modern convenience with power pads for lighting and heating/air-con on both sides of the bed and wall-mounted inside the door

For this price, finding a hotel with such a great location in London is excellent value for money. Plus, the room size is decent, quite large for London standards, and the restaurant and lobby are well-appointed

It would be great if the doors could be improved. My sincere thanks again to that concierge gentleman. I didn't catch his name, so please, hotel, if you see this, pass on my gratitude

The shower was hot and had great pressure. The bathroom extraction was also good. Soap, lotion, hair shampoo and conditioner provided - note strong fragrance
