Everyone we encountered at the hotel were similar, achieving the perfect balance of warmth with professionalism. We enjoyed a light lunch in The River restaurant - delightful, and dinner in The Grill that evening

And even checkout service with Anna was a pleasure - yet another team member who is engaging and warm. A special mention to the housekeeping team - every area of the hotel reflected their flawless high standards

She seemed to “read” our appetite and, with a selection of small snacks accompanying our cocktails, she managed to satisfy us perfectly. Her attentive and gracious service made us feel genuinely cared for

The location is unbeatable and the river views from the suite are something special. Housekeeping was immaculate and every interaction with the team felt effortless and genuinely welcoming

From the moment I arrived, everything felt luxurious, organised, and perfectly managed. The atmosphere is elegant, the décor is stunning, and every detail reflects class and professionalism

Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole occasion smooth and memorable. You can clearly see the high standards maintained at every level

1 star off for the proximity of the gym to the pool making it very much a sauna. Food for the rather pricy breakfast was great and i have paid the same or more for much less quality in the immediate area

Lovely staff and excellent services. Breakfast was amazing. My little girl enjoyed the fox trail.

Minibar: Restocked regularly with a good variety of complimentary drinks. Breakfast: Offered Chinese options like congee and oatmeal, as well as a traditional English breakfast

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest Southwark tube station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's also only 5 minutes from the River Thames, which was perfect for a pleasant morning jog

A real bonus was having several Chinese restaurants conveniently located right downstairs. The location is also quite good, with many nearby attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away

This is my second trip to the UK, and my second time staying at the Hilton Riverside Hotel. As always, I was completely satisfied and happy to give it another glowing review

Excellent service, breakfast is great (but same for 4 days) Location is excellent if you like City Walk and very convinent to all underground or train stations Smile and waem greeting by almost all staffs and make you feeling respected

We were on our honeymoon, and we sent word ahead of us that this was a special trip and the Waldorf really delivered a spectacular stay with perfect location, which included walking distance to the theatre in the evening

Great location and lovely rooms, awkward having steps in the bathroom and too much additional furniture in the rooms making moving around what should be a spacious room more difficult! Lovely to get welcome drink too!

The welcoming from the Doug on arrival is always like your family. Checking in fast and quick with prosecco. We asked for a city view room which was dealt with our second night and the views are great

We also received a free breakfast upgrade for our hotel stay, which was another bonus to our stay. The staff were amazing as usual and the last time we stayed was 5 years ago and they remembered us

The staff all the way through were flawless, and we are very grateful to the whole team, from the doormen, receptionist through to housekeeping who helped make this stay so memorable and special

This was the best hotel experience I've had in London. Although there was an issue at check-in where the room type I booked wasn't available due to a previous guest extending their stay, Manager Alex handled it perfectly

There were good free amenities for Hilton Honorary Silver members including free newspapers and free beer at the bar. There were loads of things provided in the room such as shaving kits, creams and lotions

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The facilities were excellent, and the bath amenities were especially impressive. Breakfast was abundant and elegantly presented with a sophisticated touch

What stood out the most was when I misplaced a personal item in the room—the hotel responded swiftly and located it for me. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and full of genuine care

The breakfast, which included both a semi-buffet and full buffet, was quite extensive by UK standards and offered incredible value for money

He resolved the problem and even offered a complimentary dinner and champagne. I truly felt their professionalism and respect for guests

Lovely hotel, very reasonably priced. Close to the centre of London and on a bus route from the end of the road. Staff extremely helpful, could not do enough for us and looked after us well

Only negative is the noise from the traffic was quite loud even though we were on floor 7! Woke us up a couple of times but the comfy bed and dark room meant that we found it easy yo go back to sleep quickly

We booked a deluxe twin room, and the bathroom didn't have a separate shower stall; showering in the bathtub felt a bit cramped, so be careful. Also, the shower water easily splashed out and made the bathroom floor wet

Lovely hotel with great location, right next to the Excel London and only about 10 minutes walk to Elizabeth line. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. I would definitely stay there again for future shows.

We loved every bit of the stay. It is beside the London City Airport , so if you love watching planes; this is the perfect place. The service was great and was perfect for a relaxing getaway

(2) If you book over a booking platform they will charge 15 GBP per person per day plus service charge (!) to access the gym and pool area. The pool is even small and noisy

This was our first time at The Ned & it was just gorgeous. We booked a cosy room but it was lovely,bed was comfortable & shower was great. We had breakfast in our room & again it was excellent

We had cocktails at Nickels Bar & then had dinner at Millies which was fantastic. The service & food were great & we loved the live music that played throughout the day

Despite it being full, I couldn't hear anyone on adjoining tables, so would highly recommend this place for a business lunch or when you need to have a personal conversation

It was easy to get to on the tube & i would definitely recommend. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff & service were excellent

the only negative thing is I didn’t get time to use the Spa facilities and pool so I guess I’ll just have to go back another time!

My friend and I stayed at Pan Pacific London and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great view, delicious breakfast, and there is even a swimming pool

Everything has been thought of to ensure guest has the best experience. Well equipped, swimming pool and spa facilities are much better compared to the similar type hotels. I would definitely recommend and return back

I’m a regular business traveller and this hotel is perfect. It’s close enough to the main Oxford Street by foot, and 5 min walking distance from Bond Street tube station, 20 min by car to Marylebone train station

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions

Booked deluxe King and due to a unsealed window and it was late the friendly staff upgraded my booking to a King suite no extra charges. Very friendly and hard working staffs.

Lovely foyer with complimentary cold drinks and biscuits. Clean room with good quality toiletry products. The bed was very comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Good selection of food at breakfast.1

The breakfast was absolutely superb best thing about it. The so-called executive lounge is not worth the salt it's upon. Highly restrictive service and offerings they need to reconsider this immediately

The duty manager (Renjit, sorry about spelling) was absolutely outstanding in resolving this issue. We were issued a new room (across the street) in the Montcalm Townhouse

We queried this aa the room giving had stairs (duplex suite). The room itself was lovely just unsuitable with person who can't do stairs very well

Kind staff helped us with early check-in and printing a travel document. We are walkers and Tube riders so the location was great for us. I would return! Check out the Burrough Market!

A very clean and convenient hotel with a great location, within a 1 min walk to Southwark station, 5 mins to Southbank riverside, and 15 minute walk to borough market and London Bridge

Perfect if travelling to the 02 arena took 10-15 mins on the tube. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious, and the standard double room is large with all the relevant amenities

Every was nice there I like the location bye it’s self Because it’s close to London Bridge one side and close the London eye on another side

A standard chain hotel, comfortable and convenient. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was quiet and not noisy at all

Staff is always available at the reception to help with early check in, luggage storage, getting extra toothpaste. Buses stop right in front of the hotel. All the amenities are top quality

Loved our stay at the hotel, the deluxe room was fairly sized but I would think the regular rooms might be a little small. Not your average hotel, very hip/industrial but has all the amenities anyone can ask for

If one was inclined this would be the perfect spot for a theatre hop from the Public, Globe, and National Theatres- we saw A Christmas Carol at The Old Vic which was only about a 30 minute walk

Not my first stay and definitely won’t be my last. Always love staying at The Westin on the river. That beautiful signature scent as soon as you walk in sets the tone straight away

The breakfast selection is fantastic, and a special shoutout to Manisha and Aneesh who were so friendly and attentive (a rare gem in London!). Looking forward to coming back again soon

The bed was stitched with some variety of heavenly feathers and we were really impressed all the tech in the room was functioning- always a plus being able to stream iPlayer/Netflix

The room had a very comfortable and quiet two-meter-wide bed. The hotel's food was also great, and they offered dinner and drinks in the evening at a reasonable price.

We stayed in the last week of the year, through new years'. The good: superb location, short walk from multiple train stations and walking distance to a few attractions (St Paul's, Borough Market, Tate Modern)

Great location, right next to the British Museum, just a street away. You can even go without a bag! It's also convenient for visiting other popular attractions like the National Gallery

We de idea not to pay £24 per person to have breakfast here and instead had a 5 mins walk to Russell Square Gardens and ate at Cafe Tropea which was lovely food, great location and good value

The Bailey’s is a classic hotel, very nice vibe around the area, loved my stay here, clean and private. Opposite the station, very good for commute and great location

Hotel lifts were out of order constantly, paid for two singles got a double bed, went down to the front desk they said they would send house keeping up, waited an hour went down again to complain they moved us up from the 6th to the 7th floor same issues again house keeping came eventually after half hour to sort the beds out, rooms were small the bathroom was claustrophobic, the shower was full of...

There's a slight issue with Ctrip's search function. We wanted to book a hotel near Victoria Station, but this one is located near Royal Victoria Station, which requires two subway changes to get to

Compare to Novotel breakfast was not interesting to me, room are small specially toilets too small Staff was very friendly and helpful

The whole place was super nice! We could see the Thames from our room. The rooms were clean and bedding was very tidy and neat. All extra beds were set up and ready for us, all 4 of us were comfortable immediately

My special requests when booking were also taken into consideration. My family all agreed it deserved a five-star rating. We'll definitely book here again if we need to. The hotel's location is excellent

Lovely hotel! Terrific location! Few minutes walk to Covent garden, near to Chinatown and walkable distance to Buckingham Palace. Frequent bus service runs right infront of the hotel and tube is just underneath the hotel

The bathroom facilities were modern and we'll taken care of. The multiple water/shower sources were nice. Switching from the overhead rain style to the wand easily made getting ready in the morning quick and relaxing

The location was central to most places and with the underground right next door, you could anywhere. 2 things that could have been better - 1 of the 2 lifts wasn't working, and we weren't willing to pay £25
